The species composition and distribution of antlions in the east and south-east of Udmurtia in the Kama river valley were studied. In the territory of the Karakulinsky district of the Udmurt Republic, two systematically and ecologically close species of antlions (Neuroptera: Myrmeleontidae) were found: Myrmeleon formicarius L. and Myrmeleon bore Tjed. (found in the Udmurt Republic for the first time). The areas, ecological features and development of both species are discussed.

This article discusses one of the key stages in the ontogenesis of winter triticale - the winter period, which affects the state, further growth, development and crop yield. The coefficient of winter severity is calculated, an assessment of natural hazards and their impact on the state of wintering plants is given. Long-term data of the meteorological observatory named after V.A. Michelson RSAU-MTAA named after K.A. Timiryazev. A comparative analysis of the results of field observations was carried out, as well as the resistance of the culture to unfavorable conditions of overwintering was determined. Studies show a high probability of various hydrometeorological risks and negative processes typical of the winter period of recent decades. The results make it possible to assess the impact of unfavorable agrometeorological conditions on the safety of overwintering plants.

The tourist and recreational system of the Krasnodar Territory is one of the priority objects of socio-economic development of the region, therefore its research is of particular interest. After conducting a study, it can be concluded that during the period under review, the development of the TRS of the region occurred in three stages. Analysis of calculated indicators suggests that in 2001-2007, the TRS of the region developed according to an extensive development model, in 2008-2013 switched to an intensive model, and at the 3rd stage (2014-2019) returned to an extensive one. However, the extensive factors at stage 1 were so strong that by the end of the period they were not completely overcome, and if we talk about the whole period (2001-2019), we can say that the TRS of the Krasnodar Territory developed according to an extensive development model. Currently, the regional authorities, together with scientific and specialized organizations, are engaged in the development of the TRS of the region to increase its efficiency and profitability.

In this article, we present some practical recommendations that we developed in the course of two years of work on obtaining several lines of rabbits with an artificially modified genome. The technology of obtaining genetically modified rabbits, based on obtaining dated fertilized eggs with further microinjection of genetic constructs, assessment of survival and embryo transfer by laparoscopic and laparotomic methods. The following regimen demonstrated the greatest efficiency: administration of serum gonadotropin (Follimag, MOSAGROGEN, Russia) at a dose of 4ME/kg subcutaneously and intravenous administration of human chorionic gonadotropin (Chorulon, Merck Animal Health, USA) at a dose of 60ME/kg. Thus, the resulting operating procedure allows the operator to perform microinjections with high transfer efficiency and maximum cell survival. Microinjection is carried out through an Eppendorf FemtoJet 4i pneumatic microinjector using hydraulic micromanipulators under visual control through a NIKON ECLIPSE TS2R inverted research microscope. The described results may be useful in the compilation of standard operating procedures used in laboratories that are engaged in the production of genetically modified rabbit animals.

Palynological information is important in the studies of the Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous deposits of the Western Caucasus, but it is still incomplete. New investigations undertaken in the Apsheronsk District of the Krasnodar Region has permitted to reveal better the composition of the peculiar deposits attributed to the Fuabginskaya Formation and to characterize their palynomorph assemblage for the first time. Methodologically, the present work is based on the detailed lithological analysis and the palynological examination of the specially prepared material with the use of microscope approaches. It is established that the studied deposits are represented chiefly by shaly siltstones with lenses of sandstones. The palynomorph assemblage is dominated by gymnosperm pollen (64,2%) and spores of terrestrial plants (11,5%), and there is also microphytoplankton (24,3%), including doniflagellate cysts (up to 20%). The palynological data implies Tithonian (Late Jurassic) age of the siltstones, which are, thus, much older than thought previously. In such a case, the deposits can be attributed to the Podnavislo Formation, whereas the need in the separate Fuabginskaya Formation is questionable. The peculiarities of the rock composition and the palynomorph assemblage allow hypothesizing accumulation of the deposits in a relatively deep-marine basin, but closely to the seashore.

The current military-political and economic situation in the world has significantly narrowed the space for Russians for outbound tourism. Under these conditions, attention should be paid to accelerating the development of all spheres of domestic tourism. And, in particular, the development of rural tourism as one of the elements of the tourist attractiveness of Russian regions. The choice of promising directions and the attractiveness of rural tourism for the inhabitants of the country are determined by: the degree of development of the infrastructure of the tourism and hospitality industry at the regional level; availability of relevant tourist and recreational resources in the region; the presence of specialized personnel in farms; availability and scale of regulatory, methodological and financial support from state bodies (both at the federal and regional levels). All of the above determined the choice of the purpose of the proposed study. In the process of performing the work, the authors have been: clarified some concepts of the terminological apparatus of rural tourism; identified types of rural tourism suitable for development in locations of a certain type, inherent in individual municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT); analyzed the experience of developing rural tourism in some European countries; assessed recreational resources for the development of rural tourism in the regions of Tatarstan; some problems that hinder the progressive development of rural tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan have been identified.

The problem of studies is the determination of hypothetical predictors for personality traits among five generalized EEG rhythms in the prefrontal cortex of youth soccer players. The goal of study was to explore the relationship between the oscillations of EEG rhythms in the prefrontal cortex and the personality traits of undergraduates of Sports University . The EEG was recorded using a wireless system with dry non-contact frontal sensor electrodes. The power spectrum was analyzed in five frequency bands (1-50 Hz). Personality traits determination was performed using Eysenck's personality questionnaire. A pair linear regression model, the Spearman's rank correlation and Kruskal - Wallis tests were used for analysis. The research revealed dominance of the extraversive peculiarity of the nervous system over introversive, which is likely due to preference for students, as groups as team interactions rather than individual behavioral strategies. Additionally, the findings of the study determined two slow EEG rhythms as predictors of personality traits among extraverts. It was found that delta rhythm is a correlate of extraversion, and theta rhythm is neuroticism with inversely proportional relationships. These EEG patterns of the prefrontal cortex are related to the features of behavior of youth soccer players of the extraversive type, which is caused by their temperament.

Modern climate changes present us the task of constant monitoring and updating of data on the occurrence of temperature extreme events that may pose danger to several areas of the economy. To identify the extreme temperature events, the 90 and 95 percentiles of daily maximum temperature during the warm season months of 1961-2020 in Izhevsk were calculated. Then the number of days with extreme temperature conditions was determined for every decade of the research period. The number, overall and average length, and intensity of the registered heat waves in 1961-2020 were also evaluated, and their dynamics analyzed. The results suggest the increase in number for both days with extreme temperature and heat waves. Other heat wave characteristics demonstrate more complex patterns of change, but nevertheless point on climate becoming more extreme during the last decades. None of the linear trends are statistically significant.
