In order to deal with the complex international environment, such as " Industry 4.0 ", " Industrial Internet ", "made in Britain 2050 strategy ", meeting the wave of Made in China 2025 industrial revolution, the lack of personnel training mode in the current undergraduate education system and limitations of the talent training of virtual simulation laboratory are considered. The main task of this paper is to build the virtual simulation platform. Based on the above task, an effective way of talent cultivation mechanism is studied. In detail, the teaching pattern is the project-based learning mode. The objective is to adapt to market the needs of economic development in Linyi and the surrounding area. At the same time, the objective is to adapt to talent demand of enterprise and public institution. The research framework of high-level, practical and integrated talents is presented for the needs of economic construction and talents in enterprise or business. This research will establish the foundation for construction and popularization of training system of mechanical major under the virtual simulation platform built by teachers and students.

This paper discusses the Task-based language teaching of college English courses based on the blended learning model. It argues that Task Based Learning could be realized in a blended learning environment. It suggests that the design should be carefully made in the Task-based learning activities and after-class tasks to make full use of classroom teaching and online learning, and that the purpose is to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and self-supervision awareness in online learning. It also claims that the online learning and classroom teaching should be integrated through the tasks. 1. The situation of college English teaching in China There have been many reforms in college English teaching in China, which definitely improves the teaching quality of college English and also enhances English language proficiency of college students. The Teaching Requirements of College English Courses issued by the Education Ministry in 2007 clearly specify the stipulations of college students’ English communicative competence. Bachman pointed out that an English class is a place full of questions and answers and language communication, and that the learning efficiency of a language should be improved through authentic communicative activities [1]. In an EFL (English as a foreign language) class, especially in the college English class in China, the classroom teaching activities should be designed to help students develop and improve their communicative competence. A college English class is a place where students can learn and practice using the language, so there should be enough output activities in the class. With the development of online learning, blended learning which combines the advantages both of online learning and traditional classroom teaching becomes a popular learning style in higher education. This paper is to discuss the appropriate way that can promote students’ language output and improve students’ English language level in a blended learning environment.

This document explains and demonstrates the biggest emotional disorder in language learning is anxiety. Researchers are increasingly concerned about helping students overcome anxiety in foreign language learning. Based on the review of relevant literature, combined with my own teaching practice and teaching experience, I tend to explore some methods to solve the learning anxiety of college English classroom students, in order to improve the learning effect, cultivate students’ healthy and positive psychological state, improve psychological quality, and thus promote students’ language learning.

Under the environment of sharing economy, the undergraduates are an important subject in using bicycles. Through the analysis and processing of the survey data of SPSS and AMOS, it is found that the undergraduates' behaviors of using Shared Bikes are positively affected by their action intention, which in turn are affected by their attitudes and perceived behavioral control, and the attitudes play an intermediary role in behavioral norms’ influencing their intention. This paper argues that enterprises should improve users' attitudes and perceptions of bike sharing: on the one hand, improve safety and convenience, and on the other hand, reduce costs.

In view of the development status of China's new energy vehicles industry, the paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings of the current new energy automobile industry tax policy:The overall tax burden is too heavy, and the repurchase of light insurance has defects. Drawing on the experience of developed countries, it is proposed to integrate the Green Tax System into the automobile industry, to guide and encourage tax policy recommendations for the development of new energy vehicle industry. 1. From the perspectives of region and topic selection, this paper combs the current research situation of folk songs in China for nearly 30 years, in order to summarize the law, and "continue to talk" on the basis of previous studies. The research finds that: collecting and sorting out, cultural implication, linguistic research direction are the main research approaches; distinctive regions and ethnic groups are prominent; comprehensive theoretical research is still hot, and folk songs research enthusiasm has risen since the new century, with a high level.
