Analysis of the difficulties primary and secondary schools have in school accidents based on economics of law 基于法经济学的中小学事故处理难点分析

Primary and secondary school accidents involve many conflicting interests, complex relations and have a big social impact. While the whole society emphasizes the protection of the interests of minors, the interests of the school, as the main body of responsibility distribution, are often ignored. This paper intends to analyze the dilemma of school to undertake responsibility in primary and secondary school accidents from the perspective of law and economics, and holds that the ambiguity of legislation makes the judges have to refer to administrative norms in the practice of hearing school accidents. However, administrative norms with different leniency and strictness give rise to a large number of similar cases with different judgments. The Tort Law, based on civil law principles, confirms schools’ liability for accidents on campus in order to protect the interests of minors. Nevertheless, weak financial conditions of schools are likely to stimulate itself to transfer all the costs to the victims in school accidents. 基于法经济学的角度分析中小学校园事故中学校责任承担的困境

A Study On the Theory of God's Science of Maturidi School 马图里迪学派上帝科学理论研究

Maturidi school is one of the two pillars of Sunni sect in Islamic theology. In the heated debate on Islamic dogmatics, Maturidi school unswervingly protected the authority of the Book and the reason and became the one of the founders of the Sunni theology. Maturidi school successfully applied dialectical principles to ensure the supremacy of the Scriptures and at the same time upheld the role of the reason. They maintained a more rational and tolerant attitude toward many issues, and it is called "Moderatism"by the Sunni scholars. The thought of Maturidi school spread all over Central Asian countries, Afghanistan, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Rome, Persian, Turkey, Egypt and China ,etc.. In today's globalized and diversified international situation, it is of great significance to enhance the study of Maturidi school's theological thought, especially it's theory of God's Science in order to promote ideological and cultural exchanges between our country and Muslim world and to enhance the mutual understanding.

Output-oriented Approach and College English Teaching Reform 输出导向与大学英语教学改革

Based on the in-depth analysis of the disadvantages and benefits of traditional college English teaching methods, the key problems to be solved in the course of curriculum reform are identified. Output-oriented approach is conducive to overcoming the disadvantage of "separation of learning and application" in College English teaching in China. Its unique advantages can drive learning output. Its abundant evaluation system can also enhance students' learning motivation, and in the process of improving the traditional teaching mode to form a cooperative-facilitative teaching mode. 1. Problems in Traditional College English Teaching Method 1.1 Traditional College English teaching methods lack abundant ways to test learning outcomes. The ways of testing learning outcomes in the process of College English teaching include the midterm and final examinations under the traditional mode, as well as the National College English grade examinations. It is a fixed way in the traditional teaching mode to use these examinations to test students. However, it is far from enough to change this way only by means of the reform of College English teaching methods. This rigid goal and learning method will make students lose some flexibility and language sensitivity in language and culture learning. Without these characteristics which are crucial to language learning, a "cramming" learning mode will be formed in the process of learning, and thus they will not be able to go to school. Good results have been achieved in the internal examination and the national unified College English Level Examination. 1.2 Lack of students-oriented language thinking ability training. In the traditional college English classroom teaching, there has always been a lack of studentsoriented language thinking ability training, resulting in a great deal of autonomous learning space for students cannot get good teaching results, and students in this process cannot establish a very clear and serious learning objectives. 1.3 Lack of diversified cultural research and analysis methods. The drawbacks of traditional college English teaching mainly come from the strengthening of instrumental features in English teaching, while neglecting the purpose and foothold of learning this language tool. The goal of English language learning is to have a deeper understanding of cultural exchanges and multiculturalism, and to have a more open and inclusive view of the politics, economy, culture and specific lifestyles of the English-speaking countries in the world. 2. Output-oriented Approach (POA) Theory POA consists of three parts: teaching philosophy, teaching hypothesis and teaching process. "Teaching concept" determines the direction and overall goal of classroom teaching; "teaching hypothesis" is the theoretical basis of each link of classroom teaching, which needs to be tested one by one; the third part, "teaching process" is the carrier of realizing "teaching concept" and testing "teaching hypothesis", an

A Study on Translation of Culture-loaded Words in China’s Global Communication with Functional Equivalence Approach 用功能对等方法研究中国对外传播中文化负载词的翻译

With Nida’s functional equivalence, this thesis concentrates on the necessities of translating culture-loaded words in China’s global communication, categories of culture-loaded words. And based on the theory, the corresponding translation strategy is proposed, which is foreignization. The thesis aims to spread more of Chinese culture to the outside world so as to make a multi-culture world with less cultural shocks.

The Religious Destiny of the People in the regions or countries along the Belt and Road: A Case Study of the Destiny View of Maturidi School in Central Asia “一带一路”沿线地区或国家人民的宗教命运——以中亚地区马图里迪学派命运观为例

Maturidi school is one of the two pillars of Sunni theology in Islamic theology. In this article the author gives us a detailed commentary on the theory of God's Decree and Man's Destiny of Maturidi School. According to Maturidi school Man has the freedom in his actions, God's Decree is not inconsistent with his freedom, nor does imply any compulsion on the part of him, but at the same time he is not absolutely free, God plays an undeniable role in enabling him to do so. In the treatment of the problem of Predestination and Free Will that related God's decree, Maturidi school successfully applied dialectical principles to ensure the supremacy of the Scriptures and at the same time upheld the role of the reason. They maintained a more rational and tolerant attitude toward the issue of God's decree. 一带一路沿线地区和国家民众的宗教命运观研究
