With the continuous integration of new technologies in the medical field, the computer literacy of medical posts puts forward higher requirements. Practical research at home and abroad shows that the theory of ecological classroom has a significant effect on improving the teaching of courses. The research analyses the ecological imbalance of basic education of computer public courses from the aspects of classroom teaching environment, classroom teaching subject, teaching objectives and teaching methods. Through designing teaching research experiments to verify the teaching effect, this paper expounds the effective way to construct the basic ecological classroom of computer. From the oral communication to the new media era, the transmission mode information quantity is gradually elevated to a higher level. New media technology has created a new way of human communication and social life, it is a great force to effect social change. This paper analyses the essence of new media technology from the angle of philosophy. According to the new media ethics anomie, the paper analysis its causes, and put forward reasonable suggestions. Under the background of the new engineering policy, the teaching goal of architecture is to make students become an innovative engineer after graduation, which is also an urgent need for China to build a strong industrialized country. Their professional knowledge is richer, their overall quality is higher, and their ability to solve practical problems is stronger. Based on the survey data of 652 samples from 13 provinces in China, this paper analyzes the influence of mobile payment on consumers' consumption behavior and finds that mobile payment stimulates consumers' consumption quantity and willingness to consume luxury goods. The impact of the change of payment methods on consumers' consumption behavior has age and region characteristics. Mobile credit payment induces irrational consumption of the youth. The government should not only support consumers to use new and convenient payment methods, but also guide them to avoid risks of irrational consumption brought by new payment methods.

. As a very important and core part of the supply chain, procurement determines the starting point of business operations and the necessary conditions for survival. The optimization of procurement not only enables the company to achieve normal operation at the “lowest operating cost”, but also coordinates suppliers, manages the supply chain, and improves the profitability of the company. This paper investigates the purchasing management method and procurement process of D plasticizing company, and uses the activity-based cost method to analyze the problems of the company's sales and marketing process, and proposes innovative solutions for innovative business processes, information processes and supplier management.

Government affairs openness is an inevitable requirement for building an open government, a law-based government, an innovative government, a clean government and a service-oriented government. Over the years, Shandong province has been continuously promoting the work of government affairs openness and achieved great results. Taking government affairs openness in Shandong province as an example, and taking the 2017 government website as the benchmark, this paper made a professional evaluation of provincial departments, municipal governments and county-level governments in the province from the perspective of a third party. Combined with the evaluation results of some cities in 2018, the paper also elaborates on the highlights and existing problems of current government affairs openness in Shandong province, finds out the root causes of the problems, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.

Since China entered an aging society, the problem of old-age care has become more prominent. In providing elderly care services, the government, families, communities, markets, and social organizations have joined the ranks. From the analysis of the evolution of China's new China, the early stage of market economy and the pension supply model since the 21st century, it is found that China's old-age service supply model has experienced the "family-unit-social-family"-based provision of aged care services mode. And it is found that there are four problems in the current supply of pension service in China.
