The cultural and creative industry is an important driving force for traditional industrial innovation. It is an emerging industry with creativity as the core under the background of economic globalization. Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the cultural and creative industries in Liaoning Province have been flourishing. However, limited by traditional concepts and uneven distribution of cultural resources, the layout of cultural and creative industries in Liaoning province has some deficiencies. Therefore, this paper combines the current problems in the layout of cultural and creative industries in Liaoning Province, proposes development proposals, and then optimizes the layout of cultural creative industries in the province and promotes the development of cultural and creative industries in Liaoning Province.

With the development of Chinese industry of auto parts, Chinese auto parts export trade is also rapidly developing. The financial crisis occurred in 2013 led to the export value decreased in 2014 and 2015, which fell by 28.6% and 37.5% compared with 2013. In this situation, this paper analyzes the issues of the trade tendency of air condition system parts comprehensively and thoroughly. The issues are the reduction of exported scale, export concentration, the decreased quality and keen competition of export trade. By researching these issues, the company can put forward some countermeasures such as widen channels for getting information and formulating marketing strategy, expanding overseas publicity and widen customer source, formulation of quality management measures, enhancing the ability of the workers and the innovation power creativity of products.

In recent years, colleges and universities in China have achieved some experience and results in innovation training for college students, but overall, the innovation ability and scientific research level of college students in China still need to be improved. Online taxi tourism is one of the important ways of daily tourism. The operator carries out a single evaluation method for the driver's service quality, lacking a comprehensive study of service quality from multiple dimensions of order activity satisfaction, resulting in a high degree of hidden danger to passenger safety and rights. In this paper, an improved principal component analysis (PCA) method, namely Fuzzy C-Mean Clustering (FCM-PCA) based on PCA, is proposed. Experiments show that in the research of target object evaluation, the principal component values and principal component scores of target samples can be used as new indicators for clustering, so as to improve the efficiency of high-dimensional data clustering on the basis of reducing information loss. This study provides a way of thinking for the selection of important service components and a research method for the comprehensive analysis of different drivers' service levels.

With the continuous advancement of the popularization of higher education in China, the winds of cheating in exams have not been known to have spread quietly in higher education institutions. It is very common for college students to cheat in exams. The examination atmosphere reflects the academic atmosphere, and the current situation of college academic atmosphere is not optimistic. After the enrollment expansion of college students, the quality of students in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges is declining and the quality of education is declining. Practically strengthening and improving the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved. This paper attempts to analyze the problem of academic atmosphere construction hidden behind the problem of college entrance examination through the phenomenon of college students cheating. Through the analysis of the current situation and reasons of college academic atmosphere, the author puts forward effective measures for the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities.

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to promote the deep integration of the Internet and the real economy, accelerate the construction of innovative countries. Mixed-ownership enterprises are being widely promoted by various Chinese enterprises in various ways. The exploration of the incentive mechanism of mixed ownership enterprise management is in urgent need of theoretical guidance from the relevant new research on incentive mechanism design. There are many corporate governance literatures that study combination of inventive mechanisms of management. However, there are few researches on the relationship between different incentive mechanisms. This thesis attempts to establish a theoretical model to study the effectiveness and inter restricted relationship of the various incentive mechanisms of mixed ownership enterprise management, enrich the relevant literature of the management incentive mechanism, and provide reference for the design of the combination of incentive mechanisms of mixed ownership enterprise management.
