Development of an information-analytical web-system for restoring soil fertility and recovery of degraded agrolandscapes 开发用于恢复土壤肥力和退化农业景观恢复的信息分析网络系统

The created information-analytical web-system for the selection of the technologies for the recultivation and use of agricultural land is presented, which allows specialists to make timely scientifically based decisions to improve the condition of degraded agrolandscapes. The web system includes a database, user authorization subsystem, cloud data storage and backup subsystem. Two web interfaces have been developed: a user interface, which provides access to the view and search modes, and an administrative one, which allows, in addition to viewing and searching, to add, modify and delete records in the database after entering the username and password. The main menu of the web system consists of the following items: «Soils», «Type of degradation», «Impact», «Type of pollution», «Object», «Category», «Recommended technologies and stages». After setting the required search criteria and clicking the «Request» button, the web system retrieves the relevant records from the database. For each record, you can get short and detailed information about the object and recommended technologies for improving soil fertility, execute GIS, satellite and other maps of the desired object, view related materials in various formats (doc, xls, pdf, cdr, etc.). This web system can be linked to the different files, various software products and online services.

Formation of conditions of functioning of management companies of reclamation parks providing highly competitive economic efficiency 形成填海公园管理公司运作的条件,提供极具竞争力的经济效益

The aim of the study is to find solutions aimed at the formation of optimal conditions for the creation and functioning of reclamation parks on the territory of existing institutions for reclamation subordinated to the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, through the establishment and justification of the necessary list of functions and powers of their management companies. The comparative analysis of the concept of creation of agricultural parks and the documents regulating functioning of agro-industrial parks is carried out. In addition, the studies were conducted in the context of Federal programs and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation. The analysis of regulatory documentation and scientific developments in the field of agro-industrial sector allowed to compare and make informed decisions on the formation of functions and powers of the management companies of reclamation parks. The formed materials will allow to organize highly effective work of the management companies of recreational parks, by endowing the latter with the necessary functions and powers, without burdening them with unnecessary functions that are not within their competence. Thus formation of functions and powers providing competitive level of activity of reclamation parks needs to be carried out on the basis of functions and powers of the industrial and agroindustrial parks regulated by the current legislation. The formed substantiations will allow to accelerate decision-making processes in the field of powers and functions of managing companies of reclamation parks by legislative and Executive authorities, and thus will contribute to more rapid development of the reclamation complex of the Russian Federation, and as a consequence of the implementation of Federal programs and other legislative acts aimed at the development of agriculture and import substitution in this area.

The article presents the results of a study of the cationicanionic composition of water extracts, the agrochemical properties of soils of the Kotovschikovsky drainage system in the Znamensky district of the Omsk Region. The analysis of fertility indicators of reclaimed lands revealed their satisfactory condition. Restoration and reconstruction of drainage systems is the basis for increasing agricultural production in the northern districts of the Omsk region, the peat soils of which have relatively high fertility.

The methodology for calculating the regimes of cotton irrigation of twoline sowing under a plastic film 塑料薄膜下两线播种棉花灌溉制度的计算方法

The article discusses the results of two years of experience with a semi-hydromorphic regime of soil formation in the Jizzakh region of Pakhtakor district of a new water-saving technology for irrigation of medium-ripened cotton variety Pakhtakor-1 of a two-line sowing of the irrigated drip method under a mulched dark plastic film and its comparison with the control traditional furrow method and on this basis FAO methodologies. With the new irrigation technology, the cotton yield was 42.0 c/g (irrigation norm 1630 m3/ha), and in the control 36.3 c/ha (irrigation norm 2270 m3/ha), which meets the criteria for assessing crop yields according to the MPES high experience and average on control.

Towards the digital land reclamation 走向数字化土地复垦

The aim of the research is a retrospective analysis of the history and stages of development of digital land reclamation in Russia, the definition of «Digital land reclamation» and trends in its further development. In the framework of the retrospective analysis the main stages of melioration formation are determined. To achieve the maximum effect of the «digital reclamation» requires full cooperation of practical experience and scientific potential accumulated throughout the history of the reclamation complex, and the latest achievements of science and technology, which is currently possible only through the full digitalization of reclamation activities. The introduction of «digital reclamation» will achieve greater potential and effect in the modernization of the reclamation industry in the «hightech industry», through the use of innovative developments and optimal management decisions.

The main principles and results of pollution monitoring of sediments in the river basin 流域沉积物污染监测的主要原理和结果

The problems of modern geological ecology associated with the study of pollution of sediments of water bodies by heavy metals are considered. The Volga River basin is quite heterogeneous, both in geomorphological and hydrological terms, and in thechnogenical development and usage. A fourrank taxonomy is presented for the selection of sites for monitoring, based on a combination of natural, landscape, climatic and thechnogenical factors. To the largest – the highest taxon – sites of the Ist category – bowls of reservoirs with the slopes and the urban zones, industrial and agricultural structures located within them are carried. Within these areas are allocated to smaller taxa, areas category IInd are the industrial and urban zones, areas category IIIrd are the small rivers without significant contamination and areas category IVth to conduct special observations. The examples of special observations in the study of the annual migration of heavy metals in the system «bottom sediments – water column» on the Ivankovo reservoir are highlighted. The investigations were carried out under the conditions of the standard flow rate for this reservoir and in the conditions of slow water exchange.

Cascade filtering method through natural sorbents using ferrite reagents 利用铁氧体试剂通过天然吸附剂进行级联过滤

Wastewater is a variety of waters, as well as precipitation discharged into water bodies from industrial enterprises, domestic, livestock production, as well as settlements through the drainage system, the properties of which were deteriorated as a result of human activity. In areas where livestock complexes are located, the situation is tense. It is necessary to solve the problem of processing toxic, toxic and harmful industrial, domestic, animal waste. It is necessary to develop special sites for the destruction and recycling of these wastes. There are many ways to treat wastewater, such as screening, initial sedimentation without reagents, filtration, sorption on activated carbon, ultrafiltration, ozonation, etc. Currently, it is becoming increasingly important to use the ferrite method for wastewater treatment from heavy metal ions. Basically, this method is widely used in wastewater treatment of galvanic production, engineering plants which in the process of their work have galvanic waste, i.e. galvanic sludge. The article presents the results of cascade filtration through various natural sorbents such as activated carbon of the BAU-A brand, gravel sand and zeolite of various fractions. The limiting indicator of the harmfulness of the studied pollutants before and after ferritization is calculated. Based on the research results, regression models were obtained that characterize the dependence of the concentration of impurities on the reaction time of ferrite reagents with poultry runoff.
