Digital Image based Real-time Sea Fog Removal Technique using GPU 基于GPU的数字图像实时海雾去除技术

Seg fog removal is an important issue concerned by both computer vision and image processing. Sea fog or haze removal is widely used in lots of fields, such as automatic control system, CCTV, and image recognition. Color image dehazing techniques have been extensively studied, and expecially the dark channel prior(DCP) technique has been widely used. This paper propose a fast and efficient image prior dark channel prior to remove seg-fog from a single digital image based on the GPU. We implement the basic parallel program and then optimize it to obtain performance acceleration with more than 250 times. While paralleling and the optimizing the algorithm, we improve some parts of the original serial program or basic parallel program according to the characteristics of several steps. Design of a compact coplanar waveguide-fed 2-element quasi-Yagi antenna 紧凑共面波导馈电2元准八木天线的设计

In this paper, a design method for a coplanar waveguide (CPW)-fed 2-element quasi-Yagi antenna (QYA) is studied. A balun between CPW and coplanar strip (CPS) which feeds a planar dipole is implemented by connecting the one end of ground strips in a CPW to a signal strip. The antenna size is reduced by bent strip dipole and reflector, and an integrated balun. The proposed antenna was designed for the operation in a UHF radio frequency identification (RFID) band of 902 — 928 MHz, and the effects of various parameters such as dipole length, reflector length, distance between dipole and reflector, feed position were examined. The antenna with a size of 90 mm × 80 mm was fabricated on an FR4 substrate, and the experiment results reveal a frequency band of 885 — 942 MHz for a voltage standing wave ratio < 2, a gain > 4.3 dBi, and a front-to-back ratio > 7 dB over the frequency band for the UHF RFID.

Improved Fast Link-Setup Protocol for high-capacity Wireless Sensor Networks 改进的高容量无线传感器网络快速链路建立协议

It is important to select the most appropriate channel for efficient transmission of massive data in wireless sensor network. In the fixed channel method for wireless sensor node, shortage of frequency may be a major constraint to support a variety of environments. In this paper, the method that seeks common channels between two nodes without common control channels in the existing wireless cognitive radio network is introduced in order to use efficiently the channel of wireless sensor network. The problem of existing method shows the severe degradation of performance that is caused by interference of linkage between selected channels, so that the sequential algorithm is suggested to improve the performance. From the results of computer simulation, the suggested method shows that the link can be set 50% faster than the other methods as the number of links increases because the beacon packet waiting time caused by the interference decreases remarkably.

A Study on the Features of Selecting Mobile Shopping Malls Using IPA Metrics 基于IPA指标的移动购物中心选择特征研究

This study conducted an analysis using IPA metrics targeting college students to get strategic implications for marketing in the recently fast-growing mobile shopping market. The IPA analysis result about the selection of mobile shopping malls is as follows. First, out of the 21 features, ‘reliability of the offered products(6.09)’ had the highest level of importance and ‘convenience of payment(5.29)’ had the highest level of performance. Second, in the area of ‘Doing great, Keep it up‘ 11 features were included such as ‘convenience of payment’ and ‘reliability of the offered products’. Third, the feature that needed to be corrected in the area of ‘Focus here’ was ‘shortening the waiting time for exchange, refund or warranty service’. Fourth, low priority areas in terms of importance and performance, there were 3 features including ‘push/notification helps purchases’. Fifth, to the area of ‘overdone’ 4 features belonged such as ‘variety in the type of products’.

Business Continuity and Data Backup in Cloud Computing Service and Architecture Study for Data Availability Zone 云计算服务中的业务连续性与数据备份及数据可用区架构研究

Cloud Computing Service should support efficiency and stability. United States of America, for example, provides FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) accreditation to certify cloud computing service and hence growth of computing service industry is giving benefits of cost reduction and efficiency to companies. However, the use of computing service brings more risk than ever. Because cloud computing holds all the data of multiple companies, problems such as hacking bring out control loss of service and as a result total data of companies can be lost. Unfortunately, cloud computing certification programs do not have any good solutions for this data loss and companies may lose all the important data without any proper data backup. This paper studies such problems in terms of backup problem and provides Data Availability Zone solution for recovery and safe saving of data so that computing service can offer better efficiency and stability.

A Distributed Medium Access Control Protocol Based on Adaptive Collision Detection in Dense Wireless Local Area Networks 密集无线局域网中基于自适应碰撞检测的分布式介质访问控制协议

최근 꾸준히 증가하는 무선랜 셀 및 단말의 증가로 제한된 공간 내에 매우 많은 무선랜 접속이 발생하는 밀집 무선랜 환경이 도래하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 밀집 무선랜 환경에서 수많은 단말의 접속으로 인한 기존 매체접속제어 프로토콜의 성능 저하를 막기 위하여 새로운 분산 매체접속제어 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로토콜은 하나의 collision detection (CD) 단계만을 사용하는 기존 carrier sense multiple access with collision resolution (CSMA/CR) 프로토콜을 확장하여 여러 개의 CD 단계를 사용하여 높은 확률로 충돌을 해소한다. 각 CD 단계마다 충돌 검출 여부를 확인하는데 충돌이 검출되지 않은 CD 단계가 연속적으로 발생하여 임계치를 넘으면 CD 단계를 멈추는 방식으로 동작한다. 따라서 제안 방안은 접속하는 단말 수에 따라 적응적으로 CD 단계의 개수를 조절하여 다수의 CD 단계의 사용에 의한 전송 오버헤드를 줄이면서 충돌 해결 확률을 높일 수 있다. 모의실험 결과 제안하는 적응형 CSMA/CR 프로토콜은 단말 수에 따라 가변적으로 CD 단계를 운영하며 고정 개수의 CD 단계를 사용하는 기존 CSMA/CR 프로토콜보다 향상된 처리율을 보여준다.
最近由于不断增加的无线局域网及终端的增加,在有限的空间内产生很多无线局域网连接的密集无线局域网环境正在到来。本论文提出了一种新的分布式媒体连接控制协议,以防止在这种密集无线局域网环境下,由于大量终端的连接而导致现有媒体连接控制协议的性能下降。建议的协议扩展了只使用一个collision detection (CD)阶段的现有carrier sense multiple access with collision resolution (CSMA/CR)协议,使用多个CD阶段以高概率消除冲突。每个CD阶段都要确认是否检测出碰撞,未检测出碰撞的CD阶段连续发生,如果超过临界值,就以停止CD阶段的方式工作。因此,提案方案可以根据连接终端的数量,适应地调整CD阶段的个数,减少使用多个CD阶段的传送开销,提高冲突解决的概率。模拟实验结果提出的适应型CSMA/CR协议根据终端数可变地运行CD阶段,显示出比使用固定个数的CD阶段的现有CSMA/CR协议更高的处理率。
{"title":"A Distributed Medium Access Control Protocol Based on Adaptive Collision Detection in Dense Wireless Local Area Networks","authors":"Hyun-Ho Choi","doi":"10.6109/JKIICE.2016.20.12.2259","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.6109/JKIICE.2016.20.12.2259","url":null,"abstract":"최근 꾸준히 증가하는 무선랜 셀 및 단말의 증가로 제한된 공간 내에 매우 많은 무선랜 접속이 발생하는 밀집 무선랜 환경이 도래하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 밀집 무선랜 환경에서 수많은 단말의 접속으로 인한 기존 매체접속제어 프로토콜의 성능 저하를 막기 위하여 새로운 분산 매체접속제어 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로토콜은 하나의 collision detection (CD) 단계만을 사용하는 기존 carrier sense multiple access with collision resolution (CSMA/CR) 프로토콜을 확장하여 여러 개의 CD 단계를 사용하여 높은 확률로 충돌을 해소한다. 각 CD 단계마다 충돌 검출 여부를 확인하는데 충돌이 검출되지 않은 CD 단계가 연속적으로 발생하여 임계치를 넘으면 CD 단계를 멈추는 방식으로 동작한다. 따라서 제안 방안은 접속하는 단말 수에 따라 적응적으로 CD 단계의 개수를 조절하여 다수의 CD 단계의 사용에 의한 전송 오버헤드를 줄이면서 충돌 해결 확률을 높일 수 있다. 모의실험 결과 제안하는 적응형 CSMA/CR 프로토콜은 단말 수에 따라 가변적으로 CD 단계를 운영하며 고정 개수의 CD 단계를 사용하는 기존 CSMA/CR 프로토콜보다 향상된 처리율을 보여준다.","PeriodicalId":136663,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of the Korean Institute of Information and Communication Engineering","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132721038","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A Meta-Analysis of Influencing Collagen Intake on Skin Utilizing Big Data 利用大数据对皮肤胶原蛋白摄入量影响的meta分析

빅데이터 분석은 데이터 저장소에 저장된 대용량 데이터 속에서 의미 있는 새로운 상관관계, 패턴, 추세를 발견하여 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정이다. 메타분석은 유의성 검정이라 하기보다는 예측변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향의 크기가 중요한 이슈이다. 따라서 본 연구는 2000년-2016년 사이 콜라겐 섭취가 피부에 미치는 영향에 관한 관련 주제로 출판된 연구 6개 논문 236개 샘플을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피지 사전사후 경로에서 가장 큰 효과크기 (r = .412)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 콜라겐 섭취 중재는 약 17 (%) 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 수분 사전사후 경로에서는 효과크기 (r = .318)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하였다.

The Education Methodology for the Production of Stereoscopic 3D Image Contents -Focusing on University Education 立体立体影像内容制作的教育方法——以高校教育为例

Many research institutes have studied 3D stereoscopic images since the release of 3D stereoscopic film ‘Avatar’ in 2009. Universities have conducted research on and studied 3D stereoscopic image in various ways, and even university curriculums have adopted 3D stereoscopic image production courses. However, universities face many difficulties in purchasing expensive equipment including cameras and rigs for 3D stereoscopic image contents production training. This paper addresses the 3D stereoscopic image content production curriculum using software in university. A practical training course was carried out based on the theoretical contents and theories that must be dealt with in 3D stereoscopic image contents production curriculum. As a result, students could understand the principles of 3D stereoscopic image production and produce various 3D stereoscopic images using various software applications.
