Guidelines for the creation of digital educational resources in the field of technosphere safety at NSTU 国立科技大学技术圈安全领域数字教育资源创建指南

The key challenges for the flagship technical university of NSTU are new formats of open online learning, open mass online courses on external learning platforms (MOOCs), as well as campus private courses hosted on the DiSpace 2.0 platform in the light of digital changes and transformations in education. Various types of digital educational resources are presented, including online courses and courses based on electronic educational and methodological complexes at NSTU. Guidelines for creating online courses on the NSTU LMS “DiSpacе” have been developed. The components of the online course are described according to the quality criteria of Quality Matters (QM), an organization that provides a scalable online course quality assurance process. Conclusions are drawn about the use of online courses hosted on the NSTU software platform as mass open courses when placed on learning platforms, as well as when organizing blended learning at NSTU.

Experience in the use of the fertile soil layer for the reclamation of non-ferrous metallurgy waste (Kemerovo region) 利用肥沃土层回收有色冶金废料的经验(克麦罗沃地区)

The article shows the results of experiments on biological reclamation of a pilot production site. Wastes from hydrometallurgical processing of clinkers from the Belovsky zinc plant (Kemerovo region) were chosen as objects. Various approaches were considered, in which the technogenic soil and its mixture with a humus substrate were sown with yellow sweet clover and awnless brome. As a result of the analysis of samples, the degree of soil acidity, cation exchange capacity, fractional composition, concentrations of mobile phosphorus and potassium, organic carbon, and the content of mobile forms of elements in an acetate-ammonium buffer solution were determined. The results obtained were evaluated according to agrochemical gradations and hygienic standards. The conducted studies allow us to conclude that technogenic soil is a substrate with unfavorable physical and agrochemical properties. Mixing man-made soil with a fertile soil layer does not improve its properties.

A prototype of multi-coil electromagnetic profiling equipment, created on the basis and using the principles of direct field compensation of the Geoviser equipment, was tested. The essence of the new approach to areal studies is to use a set of 6 receiving coils located in the region of the minimum intensity of the vertical component of the direct field. In this case, one generator coil is used, and the receiving sensors are located in the same plane at a distance of 20 cm from each other. As a result, the study area increases to 1 m in width.

The paper provides a short analysis of existing approaches to forecasting the demand for petroleum products. The main trends in the consumption of petroleum products in Russia and the world are analyzed. It is shown that in the conditions of severe environmental restrictions, which are increasingly affecting the economic development of industries and transport, the forecast of demand for petroleum products must be carried out taking into account the specifics of the fiscal and environmental policy of the state.

Analysis of data on pure and mixed gravity anomalies obtained from the results of the space gravity missions GRACE, GOCE 从GRACE、GOCE空间重力任务的结果中获得的纯粹和混合重力异常数据分析

The article analyzes the data of pure and mixed gravity anomalies on the territory of the Novosibirsk region, obtained from the results of the space gravimetric missions GRACE, GOCE. Gravimetric and geodetic measurements carried out in the study area made it possible to obtain mixed and simulate pure gravity anomalies. The information obtained was the starting point for the analysis of gravity anomalies calculated from the coefficients of the global geopotential models XGM2019e_2159, GOCO01S. The results of the study led to the conclusion that when calculating mixed gravity anomalies according to the combined geopotential model XGM2019e_2159 and pure gravity anomalies according to the GOCO01S satellite model data, equal root-mean-square errors were obtained (for mixed anomalies - 3.45 mGal, for pure - 3.44 mGal). Therefore, modern combined global gravity field models can be used to obtain pure anomalies on the earth's surface.

The article describes various periods: from the formation of Russian statehood to the next decades of the Russian Federation. The article attempts to analyze the formation and management of waste, as well as the forecast of possible ways to solve the "garbage stress" in the near digital future. On a direct line, Russian President V. V. Putin noted that this is a lot of work across the country. In fact, since Soviet times, no one has ever dealt with it properly before. However, there was probably no waste in such a volume in the old days. Currently, 60 million tons of waste are accumulated in Russia annually. And the first steps in this direction are already being taken [1].

The relevance of the development of modern panoramic view optical systems for unmanned vehicles has been discussed. Examples of the main modern systems installed on unmanned vehicles were given. The advantages and disadvantages of various types of panoramic view systems were considered. The basic principles and approaches to the development of modern panoramic view lenses were determined. An approach of the development of panoramic vision systems for unmanned vehicles, which allows solving the main disadvantages of modern optical systems, was proposed.

The article discusses the experience of land and property taxation of the CIS countries, their comparative analysis is given in terms of the principles of the effectiveness of such systems, formulated in science. The basis of the research was the legal acts of the designated countries, statistical data demonstrating the effectiveness of the systems under study, and the legal doctrine. In accordance with the results of the analysis, the characteristics of the real estate taxation system of the Russian Federation, its current state and planned changes are given. Recommendations are given on reforming the land, civil, accounting and registration industries in the legal systems of the CIS countries.

The results of subsoil licensing in the territory of the central and southern regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) as of March 1, 2022 are presented. At present, licenses for prospecting, exploration and exploitation of oil and gas fields have been issued for 81 sites of the distributed subsoil fund. 24 companies are registered. The largest volume of exploration work was carried out by Surgutneftegaz PJSC and Rosneft. There are 44 areas of the distributed subsoil fund on the territory of the NBA. Between 2005 and 2022 18 oil and gas fields were discovered.

At present, licenses for prospecting, exploration and exploitation of oil and gas fields have been issued for 81 sites of the distributed subsoil fund. 24 companies are registered. The largest volume of exploration work was carried out by Surgutneftegaz PJSC and Rosneft. There are 44 areas of the distributed subsoil fund on the territory of the NBA. Electrical prospecting for the study of freshwater reservoirs in water areas 电法勘探在水域淡水储层研究中的应用

Subaqueous freshwater collectors are developed under the waters of the seas, large rivers and lakes. In regions where there is a shortage of fresh water, its extraction from such collectors becomes relevant. Dipole electrical installations are considered for solving the problem of prospecting and exploration of a freshwater reservoir in the water areas. Changes in electrical resistivity and polarizability are studied for the normal and anomalous models. Conclusions are drawn about the optimality of electromagnetic survey parameters for solving hydrogeological problems in water areas.
