In the present paper, comic objectification of death concept in the stand-up concert “High Horse Tour” by British actor and comic Billy Connolly is analyzed. Death is considered as axiogenic situation that fears the majority of people. In humour discourse, addressers are laughing at death to remove themselves from it and become higher than the death. It was concluded that the important characteristics of death in humour are helplessness, worsened physical and psychological health of an elderly person, immediate death, absence of willingness to continue the life path, and unwillingness to accept death.

The paper proposes a technological scheme for creating geodetic support for a three-dimensional real estate cadastre as a set of measures taken and means used to facilitate its creation and maintenance in the form of the following main processes: creation of a regulatory framework for geodetic support for a 3D-cadastre; spatial and coordinate support for maintaining a three-dimensional real estate cadastre; design and equalization of spatial geodetic networks intended for conducting three-dimensional real estate cadastre; execution of cadastral works based on them in relation to spatial real estate objects.

The work is devoted to the reconstruction of the formation conditions of the Yu horizon in the south of the Tomsk region. The investigation objects are situated in the region of transition from marine conditions to terrestrial, which affected the variegated lithofacies composition of the deposits and the complex geometry of sedimentary bodies. The study was based on the results of sedimentological analysis of the core, carried out by lithologists of the IPGG and the Tomsk State University, published in stock materials, as well as well logging data for 381 wells.

Taxonomic typization of dinocyst assemblages was carried out on the basis of a qualitative and quantitative assessment of their generic composition for the Northern Hemisphere in the Cenomanian-Turonian time in order to identify correlation taxa. Typization was carried out by the method of cluster analysis according to the Jacquard calculation model (BioDiversity Professional program, 1997). To combine clusters into a hierarchical structure, the method of group average connection was used. Three types of dinocyst assemblages have been identified in the Cenomanian. Cenomanian dinocyst assemblages are poorly differentiated; a number of cosmopolitan genera have been identified, which is in good agreement with paleobotanical data on a very warm, humid climate. Three types of dinocyst assemblages have been established for the Turonian time. The number of cosmopolitan genera of dinocysts decreases, and species endemism sharply increases in some Turonian basins. The differentiation of assemblages increases and the correlation potential decreases. However, the identified common genera and species of dinocysts in various types of assemblages provide the possibility of interregional correlation of Upper Cretaceous deposits at the stage, substage, and, at some sections, at a more detailed level in different climatic zones.

The geochemical features of 22 deposits and manifestations of radon waters in the south of Siberia (some of them for the first time) are considered. The studied waters are very diverse in terms of gas and chemical composition, total mineralization, geochemical parameters of the environment, and temperature. Three groups of radon waters have been established according to the Eh value: oxidizing conditions, transitional and reducing. Due to the wide variety of waters in terms of chemical composition, some of the studied objects belong to several groups at once, for example, the Choigan natural complex, the Skalinsky, Novobibeevskoye, and Sedova Zaimka manifestations. The concentrations of natural radionuclides are (mg/dm): U (3.68∙10 - 1.40), Th (4.04∙10 - 2.16∙10). The activity of dissolved radon (Rn) varies from 4 to 2257 Bq/dm. The Th/U ratio varies from 2.63∙10 to 26, and its maximal values were detected in ultrafresh, thermal, alkaline waters with reductive geochemical medium in which thorium possesses increased migration capacity. Quite contrary, uranium migrates in the oxidative geochemical setting.

Structural features of fractured-porous reservoirs lead to the need to apply dual porosity/permeability models to correctly describe filtration and other processes in such media. The paper presents a model of an oil-saturated fractured-porous reservoir penetrated by overbalance drilling and an example of numerical calculation of the most important parameters. The model is based on the Barenblatt approach, when the systems of fractures and blocks are presented as continuous media connected by fluid exchange. In addition, unlike the known models, it takes into account the influence of deformation processes associated with reservoir development on filtration characteristics. The model allows for various assessments of filtration, flow and other parameters in various well operation modes, such as production or drilling.

The complexity of modern man-made systems (engineering structures) is associated with issues of safety of their operation. The effects of endogenous and exogenous factors lead to a change in the state of systems. In this regard, there is a need to improve methods and means of determining the condition of structures to ensure the safety of their operation. The article discusses the methods of geodetic measurements of the spatio-temporal states of engineering structures, provides an analysis of data processing software, and draws conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of modern software. Based on the research, a complex algorithm that allows unifying the procedure for determining the spatial and temporal state of engineering structures of different shapes and designs, taking into account the individual selection of mathematical algorithms for assessing and timely warning of emergency situations is offered. The conceptual scheme of the complex algorithm includes the procedure of actions and a set of mathematical models, which makes it possible to determine the spatial and temporal state of engineering structures of any design for a wide range of purposes.
