Uncertainty quantification of phase velocity surface waves multy-modal inversion using machine learning 基于机器学习的相速度面波多模态反演的不确定性量化

The paper is devoted to uncertainty quantification of the inverse problem solution of the multichannel analysis of surface waves method - the inversion of the curves of the phase velocity via frequency dependence. The uncertainty estimation approach is based on the Monte Carlo sampling strategy and a multilayer fully connected artificial neural network to approximate nonlinear dependence of shear wave velocity and layers thickness via values of phase velocity surface waves. Frequency-dependent noise in the data and errors of the inverse operator are projected onto the inverse problem solution. The results of unimodal and multimodal inversion are compared on the example of synthetic data processing. The experimental results show that using of machine learning approaches makes it possible to quickly and accurately estimate the posterior probability density of the reconstructed velocity model parameters.

The limit measurement errors in the geodesy are determining for the normal distribution law, But the errors, exceeding the limits are throw aside and accidental errors are obey the cut law. Cut laws are not study enough. The article is leading the results of calculate the probabilities hit accidental measurements errors for intervals σ, 2σ, 2,5σ, 3σ for cut normal and cut logical distribution laws. The analysis was accomplished.The probabilities of the cut normal and normal laws is different immaterial. 0,043 - maximum of the different. The normal law replace to the cut normal law is not recommending. Probabilities of the cut law may to use, when it is allowing to avoid the repetition of the field measurements.

Seismogeological and structural characteristic of the Riphean sediments within Aldan-Maya petroleum region 阿尔丹-玛雅油区里芬沉积地震地质与构造特征

The key features of the geological structure of the Riphean sedimentary cover within the Aldan-Maya petroleum region are considered. Using seismic and acoustic logging data, the velocity characteristics of the Riphean deposits were studied. It was shown that the main acoustic contrasts are associated with the formation of sustained intra-Riphean reflectors. They correlate with the boundaries of formations and series. Based on the results of generalization and interpretation of seismic data on 9 projects of regional prospecting, seismogeological sections and structural maps were constructed, which served as the basis for structural-tectonic zoning of the territory within the Aldan-Maya petroleum region. Tectonic maps are presented for two structural stages - Upper Karelian-Lower Riphean and Upper-Middle Riphean, their fundamental difference is shown, in particular, the large May inclined swell is developed only in the reliefs of the lower Riphean not in the Middle-Upper Riphean surfaces.

The features of changing the properties of quaternary deposits in the sides of the quarry under the influence of climatic factors during rainfall and drying of the soil as a result of drainage and evaporation of moisture are considered. Using the methods of seismodeformation monitoring based on the records of seismic signals and metric measurements of the displacement of the reference points on the edges of the side in the fault zone, the limits of the change in the hodographs and the rate of displacement of the soil during its moistening and drying are determined. The spread of hodographs in the range from 15 to 25% is essential for the development of erosion and requires control to prevent emergencies. These results indicate the natural self-organization of the destruction of rocks of the marginal part of the side of the quarry under the influence of seasonal natural and climatic factors due to changes in the strength of the near-surface layers of the soil.

The relevance of the task of monitoring and forecasting exogenous processes is determined by the widespread occurrence of landslides, including in many territories of the Russian Federation. Catastrophic slope failure is one of the most common natural hazards, resulting in both human casualties and economic damage. The aim of the study is to test the algorithms for assessing the stress-strain state of rocks using the parameters of the natural pulsed electromagnetic field of the Earth (ENEMF) on an active landslide that threatens the infrastructure of Tomsk. The paper shows that the precursors of the activation of geodynamic slope processes are fixed long before changes in the relief caused by the failure of rock blocks. The conducted studies have shown the high promise of the ENPEMF method for forecasting extreme events that pose challenges for the territory.

Issues of safety of operation of subsoil use objects are one of the most important tasks of engineering geology. Thanks to the development of satellite geodesy technologies, it became possible to obtain data on the current movements of the earth's crust at different scale levels with sub-centimeter accuracy. The article is devoted to the issues of deformation monitoring of the Kola Peninsula and Karelia. There are many industrial enterprises in this area. Mining has a man-made impact on the earth's crust, which must be monitored. The purpose of the study is to study the horizontal movements of the earth's crust of the territory under consideration. Thanks to constant observations at various satellite stations, their speeds of movement were obtained. The results of satellite observations were processed using the Elcut program. As a result of processing by the finite element method, displacement vectors, strain tensors and a color scheme of horizontal displacements were obtained.

Ridge-pool complexes of bogs in the middle taiga 针叶林中部沼泽的脊池复合体

Ridge-pool complex is typical for oligotrophic bogs of the middle taiga of Western Siberia. Vegetation monitoring shows that with a constant species composition of ecosystem vegetation, productivity (reserves of phytomass, mortmass and production) changes on average by 10-20 % due to weather conditions. In hot years, the production was 650-1100 g/m per year, while the reserves of live phytomass were 1200-2230 g/m, depending on the type of ecosystem. In cool and humid conditions, net primary production decreased to 660-830 g/m per year, while the stocks of live phytomass in different bog ecosystems were 1300-1600 g/m. On elevated relief elements in pine-shrub-sphagnum plant communities of ridges in hot years in the lake complex, the production reached a high value - 990 g/m per year. The more watered ecosystems of the basin of the lake complex remained the most productive (830 g/m per year). On lower relief elements in the ecosystems of hollows, the greatest contribution to the formation of total production is made by the underground organs of grasses, which make up more than 50-60 % of all production. The stocks of phytomass and net primary production in the hollows of these complexes are higher than in the hollows of the ridge-hollow complexes.
