SMK Jayabeka 02 is a private school located in the Karawang area, which has 4 expertise programs, namely mechanical engineering, light vehicle automotive engineering, office administration and computer network engineering. School financial management still uses Microsoft Excel which requires accuracy in managing and recording, then the data processing process requires a lot of time and energy if the data is already queuing a lot. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the administrative transactions of school payments and expenses as well as to produce accurate data and increase the confidence of parents in students and schools. The method used is observation, interviews and literature study to obtain the required data and use SDLC for the system development model described by the waterfall. With the creation of the system, it is hoped that it can further facilitate every existing process and can improve the quality and trust of parents of students towards students and the school.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas XI Berbasis Android

This study aims to develop an android-based learning class XI mathematics learning media to support the mathematics learning process both online and face-to-face.  This research type was Research and Development (R&D). The steps of the development procedure including: the design stage, the production stage, and the evaluation stage.  The subjects in this study were validated in the early stages by experts (design experts, media experts, and subject matter expert).  Then proceed with individual-scale product trials, small group-scale trials and field trials.  Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire.  Questionnaires are used to obtain information and data to measure the feasibility of the resulting product.  Based on the assessments made by experts, the average percentages were: design experts (79.17), media experts (80.09), subject matter experts (82.09).  So, from the overall average value, it can be concluded that on the validation the experts get the eligibility criteria ”Good”.  Based on the results of field trials, the percentages obtained are: individual scale (82.33) small scale (82.44), large scale (82.91).  So, it can be concluded that the overall average value of the percentage of field trials on the respondents obtained the eligibility criteria of ”Very Good”.  In other words, the media developed in this study was considered feasible and very good for use in learning mathematics.

PENENTUAN TINGKAT KEKUMUHAN PERMUKIMAN KUMUH KOTA PALEMBANG DENGAN METODE ALGORITMA K-MEANS CLUSTERING DAN ALGORITMA ID3 用d -累积算法和ID3算法来定义帕伦邦贫民窟的老城区能力

Slum settlers are a condition of uninhabitable settlements. Slums are devided into 4 levels, namely : high slums, medium, light and not slum. To produce these four levels, method is used namely K-Means Clustering Algorithm and the ID3 Algorithm is used to give priority with pre determined attributes then accumulated with the results of clustering classified as slum level. The accuracy test is performe by using the confusion matrix method, where the data results from the K-Means Clustering method compared to the baseline data. The results obtained from the accuracy with confusion matrix is 0,70%, which means the level of truth (accuracy) between the result of the baseline data with research data is 70%.
贫民窟居民是一种不适合居住的定居点。贫民窟分为4个级别,即:高贫民窟、中等贫民窟、低贫民窟和非贫民窟。为了产生这四个级别,使用了K-Means聚类算法,并使用ID3算法对预先确定的属性进行优先级排序,然后将聚类结果累积为贫民窟级别。通过使用混淆矩阵方法执行准确性测试,其中K-Means聚类方法的数据结果与基线数据进行比较。通过混淆矩阵的准确度得到的结果为0,70%,即基线数据的结果与研究数据之间的真值(准确度)水平为70%。

Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus officially announced the Coronavirus (Covid-19) as a pandemi on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, so all world activities changed including education.  The Covid-19 pandemi has forced the learning system in schools to drastically change from face-to-face meetings to online learners. Many schools that do not yet have an online learning infrastructure are forced to do online lectures. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemi. The purpose of this research is to get information about the effectiveness of the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemi. The research uses qualitative explorative methods with inductive approaches. In this study, respondents related to 5 people consisting of 1 principal, 1 teacher, 1 teacher in the field of science, 1 parent, and 1 student. To maintain the confidentiality of the respondent's identity, the researcher named the respondents P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5. Interviews are structured with questions that are compiled and associated and developed with related literature. The result of this study is the lack of effective online learning due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the unpreparedness of technology education for teachers and students.

Systematic Literature Review: Penggunaan Algoritma K-Means Untuk Clustering di Indonesia dalam Bidang Pendidikan

K-Means is a non-hierarchical data clustering method that can group data into several clusters based on data similarity, so that data with the same characteristics are grouped in one cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped in another cluster. The K-Means method can be used to process various data, including for clustering in the field of education. The use of the K-Means algorithm has been widely carried out but not many activities have been handled and are only often used for selection or acceptance activities and the use of attributes that must be reproduced to get optimal results. In this study, we will review various papers that perform clustering using the K-Means method for research in the field of education. Based on our research, papers related to the use of the K-Means algorithm for clustering in education have proved feasible and useful for future research. So it can be concluded that the K-Means method has been tested to be used for clustering in the field of education and the K-Means method can be useful in many aspects of education, both having an impact on educators, students and other educational aspects.

But behind the benefits that have been obtained, of course there are tribulations that follow. Many students misuse this technological development so that it makes students experience a decline in learning, stunted motor development due to misuse of technology.

Evaluasi Kondisi Kerja pada UMKM Percetakan Menggunakan Work Improvement in Small Enterprises (WISE) 利用小企业的工作改进(WISE)对UMKM印刷条件的评估

Percetakan XYZ merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi tulisan atau gambar untuk kepentingan periklanan, salah satunya adalah spanduk. Percetakan tersebut mempunyai beberapa permasalahan terkait kondisi kerja serta belum adanya kesadaran dalam menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi kondisi kerja serta merancang usulan perbaikan untuk kondisi kerja yang lebih produktif dan sesuai dengan pedoman K3 di percetakan XYZ. Program Work Improvement in Small Enterprises (WISE) dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Oriented Training (PAOT) dilakukan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari pemilik usaha serta pekerja dalam melakukan evaluasi kondisi kerja, pembuatan rencana aksi perbaikan serta implementasi usulan perbaikan. Hasil evaluasi kondisi kerja menggunakan daftar periksa WISE, menunjukkan terdapat 13 elemen periksa yang membutuhkan suatu usulan perbaikan. Melalui metode focus group discussion (FGD) didapatkan hasil bahwa perbaikan yang akan diprioritaskan untuk diimplementasikan dalam waktu dekat adalah 4 elemen periksa karena mempertimbangkan faktor biaya, waktu, dan sumber daya manusia di lapangan. Perbaikan pertama adalah pembuatan jadwal rutin untuk pemeriksaan mesin serta jaringan kabel listrik dengan penerapan 5R. Perbaikan kedua adalah pembuatan tanda bahaya pencegahan kebakaran. Perbaikan ketiga adalah pembuatan tanda himbauan pemakaian pelindung diri masker dan sarung tangan. Perbaikan keempat adalah pembuatan label untuk menuliskan identitas produk sehingga memudahkan pekerja mengenali produk yang berada di area penyimpanan. Evaluasi serta usulan perbaikan kondisi kerja tersebut dapat membantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan K3 dan mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja.

Percetakan tersebut mempunyai beberapa permasalahan terkait kondisi kerja serta belum adanya kesadaran dalam menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi kondisi kerja serta merancang usulan perbaikan untuk kondisi kerja yang lebih produktif dan sesuai dengan pedoman K3 di percetakan XYZ. Program Work Improvement in Small Enterprises (WISE) dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Oriented Training (PAOT) dilakukan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari pemilik usaha serta pekerja dalam melakukan evaluasi kondisi kerja, pembuatan rencana aksi perbaikan serta implementasi usulan perbaikan. Hasil evaluasi kondisi kerja menggunakan daftar periksa WISE, menunjukkan terdapat 13 elemen periksa yang membutuhkan suatu usulan perbaikan. Melalui metode focus group discussion (FGD) didapatkan hasil bahwa perbaikan yang akan diprioritaskan untuk diimplementasikan dalam waktu dekat adalah 4 elemen periksa karena mempertimbangkan faktor biaya, waktu, dan sumber daya manusia di lapangan. Perbaikan pertama adalah pembuatan jadwal rutin untuk pemeriksaan mesin serta jaringan kabel listrik dengan penerapan 5R. Perbaikan kedua adalah pembuatan tanda bahaya pencegahan kebakaran. Perbaikan ketiga adalah pembuatan tanda himbauan pemakaian pelindung diri masker dan sarung tangan. Perbaikan keempat adalah pembuatan label untuk menuliskan identitas produk sehingga memudahkan pekerja mengenali produk yang berada di area penyimpanan. Pemanfaatan Limbah Fly Ash Batubara sebagai Koagulan dengan Konsep Reverse Logistics 飞烟灰利用煤炭作为反向逻辑概念的凝结

Proses produksi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap yang menggunakan batubara sebagai sumber energi pembakarannya, menghasilkan limbah berupa fly ash dan buttom ash yang tergolong Bahan Beracun dan Berbahaya (B3). Apabila limbah batubara tidak dikelola dengan baik, akan menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. PT Petrokimia Gresik memiliki pembangkit listrik dengan dua unit boiler yang menggunakan batubara sebagai sumber energi pembakaran, dengan kapasitas 32 megawatt. Penelitian ini bertujuan memanfaatkan limbah fly ash batubara yang dihasilkan dari Utilitas Batubara (UBB) yang berjumlah 20 ton per hari. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data limbah fly ash batubara dan data kebutuhan koagulan yang berasal dari data produksi. Dengan menggunakan metode reverse logistics, fly ash batubara didaur ulang menjadi koagulan padat untuk dijadikan bahan masukan di unit effluent treatment yang kemudian dapat menghasilkan air bersih untuk diproses menjadi air demin sebagai Boiler Feed Water di UBB. Fly ash dijadikan koagulan dengan cara mereaksikannya menggunakan Asam sulfat (H2SO4). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Rasio pen­campuran optimum antara fly ash kadar Al2O3 sebesar 20,56% dengan H2SO4 1:1 dalam pembuatan koagulan didapatkan rasio 1:2. Dosis optimum pemakaian koagulan dalam penelitian ini pada air limbah di TK 6616 (neutralis water) yaitu sebesar 0,5 g/L (500 ppm) dengan penurunan turbiditas sebesar 98,68% dan penurunan TSS sebesar 97,41%. Kemudian, koagulan hasil pengelolaan dijadikan bahan masukkan di unit effluent treatment PT Petrokimia Gresik, sehingga dapat membentuk sistem closed loop pada aliran proses produksi. Potensi keuntungan dari penerapan hasil penelitian ini sebesar Rp 49.394.250 per hari.

Pengaruh Kondisi Sistem Kerja Terhadap Stress Kerja dengan Menggunakan Macroergonomic Organizational Questionnare Survey (MOQS)

Conarch Bangun Sejahtera is an architectural consulting company engaged in building design and building construction. High mental workload and unsuitable work system conditions cause workers to experience symptoms of work stress such as boredom at work, lack of motivation and enthusiasm for work and worries about their future careers. This study aims to determine the effect of work system components on job stress. The method used is the Macroergonomic Organizational Questionnaire Survey (MOQS) and analyzed using path analysis. This study shows that there is very significant effect of work system variables simultaneously on job stress. Work system variables partially have an influence on job stress by calculating their effective contribution, indicating that the physical environment variable contributes 7.82%, the social environment variable is 15.08%, the work condition variable is 30.53%, the organizational condition variable is 10.89%, the technology variable and work equipment is 7.14% and individual characteristic variables is 11.94%. Of the six variables, it is known that the variables that have the most influence on work stress are the conditions of work and the social environment, so suggestions are given to improve these two variables to reduce work stress.

Analisis Defect Produk Viro Core Collection dengan Metode Fault Tree Analysis, Analisis Faktor dan Perbandingan

PT. Polymindo Permata adalah perusahaan ekstrusi plastik yang memproduksi rotan sintetis. Salah satu produk fast moving andalannya adalah Viro Core Collection (VCC) yang menyumbang 50% dari total order. Defect produk VCC masih jauh lebih tinggi dari target 3%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mengurangi waste dengan pendekatan sistematis menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), analisis faktor dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil diagram Pareto menunjukan penyebab cacat tertinggi adalah warna belang mencapai 23.24 % dari total produk cacat. Hasil analisis FTA dan analisis faktor diketahui faktor penyebab defect warna belang disebabkan karena metode mixing material untuk mesin Co-extruder setiap Setter yang berbeda-beda, ekstrusi material IHMB menggunakan mesin Single Screw Extruder, sistem mesin Co-extruder tidak berfungsi maksimal, dan Heater tidak berfungsi maksimal. Setelah improvement diterapkan kemudian dilakukan analisis perbandingan Independent-Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode mixing material untuk mesin Co-extruder setiap Setter yang berbeda-beda sebelum ada SOP dibanding setelah ada SOP berbeda signifikan, sehingga faktor ini adalah paling dominan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan menurunkan defect.
