TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN MOULTING DAN KELULUSAN HIDUP (SURVIVAL RATE) KEPITING BAKAU (Scylla serrata Forskal) DENGAN PERLAKUAN SALINITAS BERBEDA 红树林蟹(锡拉serrata Forskal)的生存生存水平与盐度不同

The existence of the provisions of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries that the capture and / or expenditure of crabs (Scylla spp.) with the provisions of the size of the carap above 15 (fifteen) cm or weight above 200 (two hundred) grams per tail becomes a challenge in the soft carapas (soca) crab business that generally using crabs with an average weight below 150 grams. This study aims to determine the success rate of moulting and survival rate crab (Scylla serrata Forskal) with different salinity treatment using crabs weighing above 200 gr. This study used Completely Randomized Design with 5 (five) treatments and  used 3 (three) replications,  analysis of variance (ANOVA) at 95% confidence level  was used to analyzing  the data obtained. If there was a significant difference (P <0.05) then proceed with LSD test (Least Significant Differences) with 95% confidence level. The results of this research showed that the highest moulting success rate was obtained from the treatment with salinity of 10 ppt. While the highest survival rate (SR) was obtained from the treatment with salinity 30 ppt.
海洋水产部规定,对于鱼尾尺寸在15厘米以上或每尾重量在200克以上的大闸蟹(Scylla spp)的捕捞和(或)支出,对于一般使用平均重量在150克以下的大闸蟹的软性大闸蟹(soca)事业来说,这是一个挑战。本研究以体重在200克以上的Scylla serrata Forskal蟹为研究对象,研究不同盐度处理下Scylla serrata Forskal蟹的换羽成功率和成活率。本研究采用完全随机设计,5(5)个处理,3(3)个重复,采用95%置信水平的方差分析(ANOVA)对所得数据进行分析。如果有显著差异(P <0.05),则以95%的置信度进行LSD检验(最小显著差异)。结果表明,在盐度为10 ppt的条件下,脱毛成功率最高。盐度为30 ppt时存活率最高。

PENGARUH PADAT TEBAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS BUDIDAYA IKAN NILEM (Osteochilus hasseltii) DENGAN PENGGUNAAN BATU AERASI HIGH OXY TEBAR的致密影响是通过使用高氧气化石来提高尼勒鱼(bone ochilus hasseltii)的生产力

Sistem budidaya ikan secara konvensional untuk ikan nilem yang saat ini banyak dilakukan dengan padat penebaran yang tinggi agar dapat dihasilkan produksi yang tinggi pula. Hal tersebut tentu saja akan berdampak pada ketersediaan oksigen terlarut dalam kolam budidaya yang akan mengakibatkan produksi menjadi menurun. Penggunaan batu aerasi high oxy dapat meningkatkan kadar oksigen terlarut dalam kolam budidaya ikan nilem sistem konvensional sehingga produktivitas budidaya ikan nilem akan meningkat pula dengan berkurangnya tingkat kematian ikan nilem tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penambahan batu aerasi high oxy untuk meningkatkan kadar oksigen terlarut yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan dan produktivitas dalam system budidaya ikan nilem secara konvensional. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Fisiologi Hewan Air FPIK Unpad dengan metode eksperimental Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan tiga perlakuan yaitu kepadatan ikan 100 ekor, 200 ekor dan 300 ekor/m2 dan empat kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan perlakuan 200 ekor/m2 memberikan hasil yang paling baik ditunjukan dari laju pertumbuhan bobot harian dan kelangsungan hidup tertinggi selama penelitian sebesar 2,7% dan 75,4%.
