For a long time, people define the freak by means of the so called “the content-oriented approach”. It is not enough when theorizing stage freaks because this approach alienates the key role of the audience in defining someone as a stage freak, when the occurrence of stage freak is constantly associated with the notion of giving performances to the audience. So in this article, the author will talk about both “the content-oriented approach” and “the audience-oriented approach”. After offering background, the author will then discuss the methods employed by different materials to define stage freaks under a framework consisting of the two approaches. Finally, the author will give some recommendations on how to define stage freaks in a more comprehensive way.

. Harmonious and stable campus is an important foundation for the development of colleges and universities. To realize the harmony and stability of colleges and universities, it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of the campus network consensus and establish an effective public opinion guidance mechanism for college campus network, especially on the basis of traditional network. By giving full play to the active guiding role of the college student party members and relying on the new media carriers, such as the " Two Micros & One Ends " (WeChat, Weibo, and Clients), we can correctly guide the campus network public opinion. It has important theoretical and practical value for effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of young students, playing effectively the role of party members, building a harmonious campus and creating a good campus culture atmosphere.

While self-efficacy, occupational choices and internship satisfaction have been extensively investigated, the relationship between the above three research fields is relatively unexplored. This paper studies the three constructs relationship and mediating of internship satisfaction situation. Using the tourism department students as an example, this paper will argue that the regression analysis can provide a framework for self-efficacy has a positive impact on occupational choices, as well as giving self-efficacy has a positive impact on internship satisfaction, and a method of analyzing internship satisfaction has a positive impact on occupational choices, and find internship satisfaction has a mediating effect on self-efficacy and occupational choices. The results indicate that that all hypotheses are set up. These findings contribute to the organizational management and theoretical construction of the hospitality industry.

Objective: To figure out the current development of the TCM clinical trials in 2016 and to analyze the main problems of the TCM clinical trials. Method: The keywords traditional Chinese medicine, TCM, clinical trials and clinical study were used in CNKI and PubMed to search the clinical trials on TCM, published from January 1st to December 31st in 2016. The meta-analyses and the systematic reviews got excluded. The quality assessment was conducted according to the CONSORT statement. IBM SPSS Statistics 22 was used for the statistical analyses. Result: Of 210 TCM clinical trials identified, 158 RCTs were included, 42 from CNKI and 116 from PubMed. On average, 77.85% of the items on the checklist were provided for all the trials included. Item participants, item interventions, item objectives, item outcomes were fully met while item randomization sequence generation, item implementation and item statistical methods remained partially met. In particular, item sample size, item allocation concealment and item blinding/masking showed in an unfavorite situation. Conclusion: The proportion and the quality of TCM RCTs still needs to be improved, especially item sample size, item allocation concealment and item blinding/masking. The quality of RCTs from PubMed was much higher than those from CNKI and the quality of RCTs on drug was higher than those on non-drugs.
