Current Status of Doing Buisness Assessment Standardization & its Englightenment to China 营商环境评估标准化现状及对中国的启示

With the deepening of economic globalization, the doing business has become increasingly significant for the national or regional development. The conduct of doing business assessment and formulation of the scientific and reasonable assessment standard regarding the doing business, may not only help the investor to accurately select the investee, but also may become an important link in the formulation of policies which intends to improve the national and regional doing business. Based on the analysis of the current status of international and domestic doing business assessment standardization, this paper proposes the advice and measures against China's doing business assessment standardization works, which intends to provide the reference for the enhancement of China's doing business assessment standardization works.
随着经济全球化的不断深入,营商环境对国家或地区的发展越来越重要。开展营商评估,制定科学合理的营商评估标准,不仅可以帮助投资者准确选择被投资对象,而且可以成为制定旨在改善国家和地区营商政策的重要环节。本文在分析国际、国内营商环境评估标准化现状的基础上,提出了针对中国营商环境评估标准化工作的建议和措施,旨在为加强中国营商环境评估标准化工作提供参考。

Research on the Effective Mechanism of Risk Management in Private Schools 民办学校风险管理有效机制研究

Based on the particularity of private schools, there will be many uncertain potential risks in the management process, which will hinder the development in varying degrees, and also have a huge impact on the long-term strategic goals of private schools. This paper presents the background and the potential risk of non-governmental schools. Improving the risk management system strengthens the consciousness of risk prevention, attaches great importance to the management of the "people". A Study of Driving Forces for Scottish Independence Referendum Based on the Level of Analysis 基于层次分析的苏格兰独立公投动因研究

Scottish Independence Referendum, as a specific case after cold war, is a hot topic in recent international relation studies, and these studies, to a certain extent, have being signified a drop from interaction among state actors to interaction among non-state actors. Introduction of the level of analysis from international political academic area in this study elaborates driving forces behind the desire for Scottish Independence, also, such an introduction attempts to structuring analysis paradigm for international political problems with level-dropped characteristic. This study starts with observation of Scottish Independence Referendum results, hence, pulls out the question of what driving forces facilitate the referendum. It further generalises three independence hypotheses, Boosting of National Sentiment, Discovery of Northern Scotland Oil and Defeat of Two Parties Campaign Strategies through the narrative history of Scottish independence, which points out particularities of combination of Scotland and England, effect of British Empire. A Comparative Study of Time Management Self-Monitoring between Left-behind Children and Non-left-behind Children of Different Guardians——A Case Study of Panzhihua City as a Labor Importing City 留守儿童与不同监护人非留守儿童时间管理自我监控的比较研究——以攀枝花市劳动力输入城市为例

. Objective: Comparing the time management self-monitoring difference of left-behind children under different guardians and non-left-behind children, assessing the time management self-monitoring level of left-behind children and providing a reference basis for the intervention study. Methods: Using stratified random sampling to extract grade 2 students in 6 junior middle schools of Yanbian, Renhe, Miyi in Panzhihua City as the object of investigation. Using self-made questionnaire of time management self-monitoring and questionnaire of left-behind children's basic information to conduct investigation. Results: (1) According to the time management self-monitoring status of left-behind children under single parent guardianship, ancestral guardianship and previous generation guardianship and non-left-behind children under parental guardianship, in the score of each dimension, children under four types of guardianship had different scores in three dimensions of "openness", "initiative" and "efficiency", which was statistically significant ( P <0.05). (2) By the multiple comparison of the scores on time management self-monitoring between children under four types of guardian, it could be found that non-left-behind children under parental guardianship had higher scores than that of left-behind children under single parent guardianship in the "openness", "initiative" and "effectiveness" three dimensions, and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.01); non-left-behind children under parental guardianship had higher score than left-children under previous generation guardianship in the dimension of "validity", and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The negative impact of Parents going to work outside on the time management self-monitoring of left-behind children is real. The lack of parental guardianship is the main cause of left-behind children's time management self-monitoring problems. Parents should communicate with left-behind children through a variety of ways, give children more support and focus on children's time management and self-management. Besides, parents should also strengthen the contact of the entrusted guardian who should also play their roles to promote left-behind children doing efficient time management.

This article mainly focuses on the children’s rights in UK by analyzing some specific Articles contained in the UN Convention and its relation with children’s wellbeing. There are achievements as well as problems in terms of children’s rights in UK; as a result, the author attempts to identify some possible solutions to improve children’s rights and children’s wellbeing.

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of County Economic Development in Jilin Province 吉林省县域经济发展的问题与对策探讨

The county economy of Jilin Province has developed rapidly after the development strategy of “county breakthrough” in 1998.In particular, after the expansion of Quanqiang County in 2005, Jilin County took economic development as its top priority. As the county GDP grows rapidly,its comprehensive economic strength continued to increase. Since its development, there is still many problem.The article puts forward some solutions to the problems existing in the county economy development in Jilin Province.
吉林省县域经济在1998年实施“县域突围”发展战略后得到了快速发展。特别是2005年全强县扩建后,吉林县把经济建设作为县域的第一要务。随着全县GDP的快速增长,综合经济实力不断增强。其发展至今,还存在许多问题。本文针对吉林省县域经济发展中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

A Study on the Impact of WeChat Friends’ Characteristics on Consumer Sharing Intention under the SoLoMo Mode SoLoMo模式下微信好友特征对消费者分享意愿的影响研究

Under the mode of SoLoMo, more and more enterprises and merchants spread marketing information through WeChat. At this time, consumers are not only recipients of information, but also distributors of information. However, at present, most enterprises ignore the character of consumer as an information sharer and fail to consider how to influence more consumers through the “circle of friends”. Based on interpersonal attraction theory, this paper divides WeChat friends’ characteristics into three dimensions: similarity, familiarity and reciprocity, and discusses the influence process of WeChat friends’ characteristics on consumer sharing intention based on SOR theory model. The results show that WeChat friends’ characteristics (similarity, familiarity and reciprocity) have a positive impact on consumer sharing intention, in which perceived value plays a mediating role. Perceived risk only plays a mediating role in the characteristics of familiarity and reciprocity, and has a negative impact on consumer sharing intention. On the Core of Quality Education and the Role Reconstruction of College English Teachers 论素质教育的核心与大学英语教师的角色重构

With the deepening of quality education, English teachers in various colleges have innovated teaching concepts and changed the teaching mode, which has improved the comprehensive ability of college students to a certain extent. However, quality education has also put forward new requirements for college English teachers, namely, transformation. Its own role, the reshaping of the role of college English teachers is conducive to the further development of quality education. Combining many years of work experience, the author specifically discusses the specific path of college English teachers' role reshaping under the quality education through three aspects: education concept, teaching ability and teaching mode.

Research on the Reform of Engineering Finance Management Course from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform 供给侧改革视角下的工程财务管理课程改革研究

Guided by supply-side reform and OBE teaching perspective, we propose a teaching reform program of engineering finance management course. Firstly, we analyze problems in current teaching practice from two aspects: teaching method and assessment method. Secondly, we clarify the basic ideas of the engineering finance management course teaching reform: task-based outline, integration of production and education, multidimensional assessments, sand table simulation teaching method, and so on. Culture and Pragmatic Competence Development 文化与语用能力发展

The ultimate goal of language teaching is to cultivate students' communicative competence through written or oral means. In traditional teaching, teachers overemphasize the importance of language knowledge and neglect the cultivation of students' pragmatic competence, which often leads to various language barriers and pragmatic failures in communication. Therefore, foreign language teaching must focus more on the cultivation of students' pragmatic competence in order to meet the requirements of personnel training in the field of cross-cultural communication. Starting from intercultural communication, this paper probes into the cultivation and acquisition of pragmatic competence, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the cultivation of pragmatic competence in current foreign language teaching in China.
语言教学的最终目的是通过书面或口头手段培养学生的交际能力。在传统教学中,教师过分强调语言知识的重要性,忽视对学生语用能力的培养,往往导致交际中的各种语言障碍和语用失误。因此,外语教学必须更加注重学生语用能力的培养,以适应跨文化交际领域人才培养的要求。本文从跨文化交际出发,探讨了语用能力的培养与习得,并对当前中国外语教学中语用能力的培养提出了相关建议。
