Implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, cultivating college students with innovative qualities and entrepreneurial abilities is the main way to build an innovative country. However, the university students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program is indispensable for innovation and entrepreneurship education, and has become an important part of the undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project in colleges and universities. With the development of Internet technology, the management platforms of various industries have become an indispensable means and tools for many managers to manage projects. In every industry, there are some excellent management platforms. No matter which one, they are very powerful and play a huge role in their respective fields. Therefore, this paper builds and implements the management platform of DaChuang project from the perspective of increasing the propaganda of Dachuang project, effectively screening the topic of DaChuang project, strengthening the process management system to the docking transformation of Dachuang achievements, and building the platform for the Dacre project. The management of DaChuang projects has played a big role.

This paper aims to explore the status quo and changing situation of Chinese college Student’ agency, identity and attitude in Project-based Learning (PBL). Based on the activity theory, a 12-week classroom project teaching empirical study was conducted on a class of 40 students in a Chinese university. The following conclusions were drawn through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, and student reflection diaries: 1) Students’ self-identity is influenced by project team rules and division of labor; 2) Group collaboration activities contribute to the English learning agency of the students in the study. Through the use of tools, students participate in the division of labor and complete their tasks with stronger motivation as well as clear purpose; 3) Students’ participation, self-identity and initiative are enhanced and more positive attitude is adopted. The project teaching method can effectively combine the in-class and after-class learning, and strengthen students' learning initiative.

s: Global climate change is impacting the world from natural environment to political society, sweeping almost the all human society. To counter climate change, the Kyoto Protocol created Cap-And-Trade mechanism. Another counterpart marketing Carbon Emission Reduction mechanism is carbon tax which regarded by scholars as a more effective, simple way to reduce emission. Carbon Tax Border Adjustments (carbon BTA) is the best measure to solve the problems of industry competitiveness degradation and carbon leakage arose from carbon reduction. However,the implementation of carbon BTA under the background of global climate change is a topic full of controversies. Two main academic controversies are:Firstly,it is the legitimacy of carbon BTA, i.e. Whether carbon taxes on physically incorporated inputs and non physically incorporated inputs are adjustable? Secondly, it is the relationship between carbon BTA and the principle of Common But Differentiated Responsibilities (CBDR). This author has used the method of Historical Analysis, method of Comparison, method of Economical Analysis and method of Normative Analysis to do the research on the legitimacy of carbon BTA and the relationship between carbon BTA and CBDR, put forward the points of views that carbon taxes are taxes on energies which are non physically inputs used in production are not only suitable for export border adjustment but also suitable for import border adjustment. The spirit of CBDR should be understood under the background of the purposes of Kyoto Protocol.The purposes of Kyoto Protocol is to restrain the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air to a certain level, whereas Carbon BTA is exactly a measure to control the carbon dioxide emission, so this kind of measure is coincide with the purposes of Kyoto Protocol.

Metaphor is not just a linguistic phenomenon, but a mode of thinking and cognitive mechanism. As a way of thinking, it is not only reflected in static modes such as text, but also in heterogeneous modes such as images and sounds. In this rapid development of the information age, human life is full with multimodal state symbols. Multimodal discourses are increasingly favored by people. In this article, the author will use cognitive and pragmatic research perspective to construct a persuasive model of multimodal presentation of metaphor in advertisement application, aiming to explore a way to achieve good effects with consideration of human cognition, emotional experience and cultural context. The author will also analyze several examples of advertising to introduce the multimodal advertising models.

Information gap refers to the situation where information is only known by some of people in the exchange of two or more people. In communication, the speaker has the information that the listener does not know, or the speaker wants to know what the listener has. The information gap focuses on the actual interaction of learners in teaching activities and has received extensive attention as the development of Communicative Language Teaching and Task-Based Language Teaching. With the deepening of aging, the elderly care service industry has developed rapidly. However, there are problems such as serious homogenization, lack of common industry standards, and inadequate industrial systems. The development direction of the industry is vague. This paper compares reduplicates in English and Chinese from aspects of morphological structure, semantic properties and pragmatic functions. Task-based teaching approach has gradually been developed in the 1980s. It is a foreign language teaching approach which is widely recognized and accepted by practitioners of foreign language teaching. It is also a foreign language teaching approach that is recommended and advocated by The English Curriculum Standards. Oral English teaching is a significant part of English teaching in senior high school. The quality of oral English teaching plays a vital role in the improvement of oral ability and comprehensive language application ability. It is beneficial for the development of oral English education to apply task-based teaching approach into the senior oral English teaching. First of all, this paper discusses the current situation of senior oral English teaching and task-based teaching approach at home and abroad. Afterwards, it states the relevant concepts of task-based teaching approach.
