Adaptive Tripping for Distribution Network Based on Fault Indicator Recording Data 基于故障指示器记录数据的配电网自适应脱扣

The wave-recording fault indicators widely used in distribution network provide a large amount of raw data which is used to judge the operation state of the distribution network. It is significant to improve the handling level of grounding fault. Firstly, This paper analyzes the invalid data of the existing transient wave-recording fault indicator. A preprocessing method of recording data, based on the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of recording start, was proposed. Then the tripping adaptability index is proposed which includes the probability of fault expansion, the loss of outage and the risk of personal injury. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the tripping adaptability of the current fault. Finally, based on the importance of load, an adaptive trip protection strategy for single-phase grounding fault in non-solidly grounding network is proposed.

Accurate Fault Location Method of Distribution Network with Limited Number of PMUs 有限pmu数量的配电网故障精确定位方法

Accurate fault location of distribution network is of great significance for improving the reliability of power supply and reducing the loss caused by continuous power outage. However, due to the distribution networks have multiple feeders and shorter lengths of each feeder, which are different from the transmission network, making it more difficult to locate faults. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the distribution network, an accurate fault location method of distribution network is developed using limited number of synchronization phase measurement units (PMUs). The method including two steps: First, based on the distribution parameter model, after the faults happen, the voltage and current information from the PMUs installed at the end of the line will be collected to calculate the voltage at the headend of the branching point, if the fault line exists fault branch, the headend voltage of the fault branch will be abnormal. Then, the fault distance could be calculated based on voltage distribution along the two ends of the fault branch. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by electromagnetic transient simulation. The simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm only use limited number of PMUs to locate fault accurately without the need of PMUs on both ends of lines, which is not affected by transition resistance and fault type. Ensuring high accuracy, the proposed method is also very economic and has well application prospects.

Research on Planning and Configuration of Multi-objective Energy Storage System Solved by Improved Ant Colony Algorithm 基于改进蚁群算法的多目标储能系统规划与配置研究

High-permeability renewable energy output exceeds consumptive capability of distribution network, which leads to tidal current countercurrent and voltage rise or even overvoltage. Improving the local consumption rate of renewable energy in distribution network is getting more and more attention. The local consumption rate is related to the matching degree of the power output characteristics and the load characteristics. Energy storage system has bi-directional flow characteristics of energy, which provides more flexibility for the distribution network to absorb renewable energy locally. However, the cost of energy storage system is high at present, and the economic efficiency of blindly increasing energy storage capacity to improve local renewable energy consumption is poor. Therefore, reducing construction costs of energy storage system is the key to optimizing planning and configuration of energy storage capacity. In this paper, the energy balance of charge and discharge in a typical day is taken as constraints. A solution model of energy storage dynamic planning and configuration based on bi-objective with minimum capacity and charging and discharging power is established. Through an improved ant colony algorithm based on stratified sequencing method, the multi-objective optimal planning and configuration is realized by finding the optimal solution of energy storage power in the optimal target constraint of energy storage capacity. For planning and configuration of multi-objective energy storage system, the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved ant colony optimization algorithm are verified by an example.

Research of Voltage Stability Online Index in Wind Grid-connected Power Generation Application 电压稳定在线指标在风电并网发电中的应用研究

Voltage collapse could be caused by wind power operating at connecting node. Real time discrimination of voltage stability has significance for wind power connecting. In this paper, a voltage stability index which avoid using large number of information is structured based on equivalence of power system. The voltage stability of wind power connecting node can be online monitoring by the index with electrical information acquisition at the node. The index can exactly and timely distinguish the voltage collapse and voltage fluctuation in wind power connecting node which caused by sustained increasing of load and transient fault with simulation results.

Scheme of Intelligent Use of Electricity for Electricity Markets of Binhai New Area 《滨海新区电力市场用电智能化方案》

Intelligent use of electricity is an important part of smart grid, which is a future direction of electricity usage. Scheme for a particular area is a valuable trial for promotion of intelligent use of electricity. Because of heavy load demand, a rapid development of electric vehicle and smart home, abundant renewable resource, scheme of intelligent use of electricity for electricity market of Binhai New Area is proposed. A structure of three-level responsibility and six-module technology is established. An encouragement for distributed generation is designed. A program of price subsidy to improve the user's habit is advised. An example of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, Binhai New Area is introduced, which further verified the feasibility of the scheme.

Analysis of Arc Model and its Application in Single-phase Grounding Fault Simulation in Distribution Networks 电弧模型分析及其在配电网单相接地故障仿真中的应用

The single-phase arc grounding fault is the main fault form in medium voltage distribution networks. In this paper., the Mayr model is used to study the characteristic of single-phase grounding fault current by adjusting the time constant $tau$ and the dissipated power P, which belongs to the parameters of the Mayr model. The equivalent sequence network diagram of the phase A-to-ground fault in the feeder of the resonant ground distribution system is used to construct the simplified circuit. And then the variation law of arc voltage and current waveform under the change of time constant $tau$ and dissipated power P is analyzed. The results show that increasing $tau$ within a certain range or reducing P can change the arc from the arc extinguishing state to the continuous arcing state. Comparing with the true measuring voltage and current., simulation results show that the simplified zero- mode circuit with Mayr arc model for distribution networks can effectively obtain proper and valid voltage and current waveforms

Improvement of the Operating Characteristics of Urban Power Grid via MMC MMC对城市电网运行特性的改善

Urban grid system with high proportion of air conditioning load has the characteristics of unpredictability and uncontrollability. The sudden rise and drop of city load is becoming the norm. This has a negative impact on the system stability and the situation may get worse when fault occurs in such areas. The reinforcement of city network is restricted by high short-circuit current level and limited transmission corridors, thus the system operators seek more flexible and controllable operation methods. This paper analyses the application of VSC-HVDC technology in city center systems, focusing on providing flexible power support for the connected areas while improving the characteristics of air conditioning load. The effect of VSC-HVDC on the city center system voltage stability is revealed and the capability of MMC for voltage support at different operating conditions is discussed thoroughly.

Study on Regional Energy Planning for Municipal Power Grid Containing Clean Power 含清洁能源城市电网区域能源规划研究

Due to the incomplete or serious lack of measurement data in the renewable energy planning of municipal power grids, the equivalent parameters calculating method of the region was studied in this paper, based on the multidimensional autoregressive model. Renewable electricity energy planning including wind power was executed in a regional power grid according to its historical load data and wind speed data. The executable renewable energy planning schemes were determined under different emission reduction targets on the platform of HOMER software, with the CO2 emission reduction goal as the main constraint, the optimal economy as the objective function. Analysis conclusions provides a reference for the region to formulate renewable energy development policies.
针对城市电网可再生能源规划中测量数据不完整或严重缺乏的问题,本文基于多维自回归模型,研究了该区域等效参数的计算方法。根据区域电网历史负荷数据和风速数据,在区域电网中进行包括风电在内的可再生电力能源规划。在HOMER软件平台上,以CO2减排目标为主要约束,以最优经济性为目标函数,确定不同减排目标下可执行的可再生能源规划方案。分析结论为该地区制定可再生能源发展政策提供参考。

Planning of Electric Vehicle Charging Station on Highway Considering Existing Service Areas and Dynamic Traffic Simulations 考虑既有服务区和动态交通仿真的高速公路电动汽车充电站规划

To address the issue that existing studies cannot take the impact of the existing service area and dynamic changes in traffic on planning of highway charging stations(CS) into consideration, a new practical planning method is proposed for the charging station of electric vehicle(EV) on the highway. First, taking into account the impact of the existing service areas, a multi-objective planning model was established, with the aiming of minimizing annual construction and maintenance costs and the daily charge waiting time of EVs. Then, a dynamic traffic simulation method based on link transmission model (LTM) is proposed. Further, the model was solved based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization and VIKOR method to obtain the optimal planning scheme. Finally, the validity of the proposed method are verified by the circular highway network.
