Facing to the peak regulation market, a load aggregator should bid price and capacity to participant in market competition. Considering different loads demand response abilities, the selective combinatorial game mathematical model is built in this paper, so as to acquire optimal bidding schedule. The objective function minimizes demand response costs of the load aggregator. Meanwhile, constraints include peak regulation capacity, demand response potential, power usage demand, and so on. Load user in the load aggregator would provide its own reduction capacity via demand response function, and consider other loads' demand response through learning factors. The load aggregator would select optimal load combination to bid optimal price and capacity for peak regulation market. Simulation cases numerically prove the effectiveness of the selective combinatorial game model presented in this paper.

Private TD-LTE Wireless Network has been widely utilized in power distribution communication due to its benefits of ease deployment and flexible coverage. Since the dedicated spectrum bandwidth for private TD-LTE network is extremely limited, coordinated transmission is often carried out to enhance system throughput. This paper studies the adverse impacts of transceiver impairments on the performance of coordinated transmission from the perspective of channel estimation and signal transceiver process. A robust optimization scheme utilizing Lagrange Multiplier method is then proposed to maximize the worst energy efficiency caused by the channel estimate error and signal distortion due to transceiver impairments. Simulations are conducted and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Considering the uncertainties of wind turbines output and the random fluctuations of load, and the correlation of multi-wind turbine output and load correlation, this paper first uses Latin hypercube sampling to generate multiple scenarios, and then uses K-means clustering to generate several typical scenarios. For K-means clustering, it is not possible to determine the optimal number of clusters based on the characteristics of wind power output data and load data distribution. The clustering validity index is used to determine the optimal number of clusters. The improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm based on local differential method was used to solve the model, and selected the best compromise solution from the Pareto optimal solution set according to fuzzy membership degree. and finally the simulation was performed in the improved IEEE 33-bus power distribution network. The results prove that the reactive power optimization can effectively improve the voltage level of the distribution network and reduce the network loss.

With the wide application of microelectronic devices, various types of sensitive devices have imposed higher requirements on power quality, among which voltage sag has caused the greatest loss to users. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the necessity of applying custom power technology for voltage sag control in distribution network. And then, the working principle, advantages and disadvantages, and application scope of different kinds of custom power devices are summarized. On this basis, effective suggestions on voltage sag control are provided for users, including the load sensitivity level evaluation, protection device configuration, distribution system design, custom power scheme developing and so on. Finally, with a hospital in Shanghai as an example, a custom power application scheme is designed to improve the resistance ability of the user's power distribution system to voltage sag.

RTV coating on the surface of the disc suspension insulators is an extremely effective anti-pollution flashover measure, which is widely used in all lines with different voltage levels of State Grid Corp., especially the UHVDC project. It effectively solves the problem of large-scale pollution flashover on transmission lines in our country, whereas raises new problems. The existing experience shows that the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating will affect the steep wave performance of the disc suspension porcelain or glass insulators to a certain extent. At present, there is less research on the extent of the RTV coating impact to insulators, as well as the steep wave characteristics of factory compound insulators as new products. This paper studied different tonnage products of disc porcelain and glass insulators for UHV proj ect of State Grid Corp., conducted the air impact breakdown withstand voltage tests respectively in the Key Laboratory of State Grid Corp. At the same time, the samples were modeled and analyzed the field intensity distribution through ANSYS simulation software. The test results show that the steep shock amplitude decreases to 2.4 p.u. for products with a mechanical strength of not more than 210 kN, and the amplitude decreases to 2.2 p.u. for that of not less than 300 kN. For the factory composite disc suspension insulators, it is suggested that corresponding steep wave impulse voltage amplitude criteria should be given according to different mechanical strength levels of the products.

Some low-frequency information in the power load association analysis cannot be mined effectively by traditional mining algorithms. In this case, a comprehensive mining method based on FP-growth algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the data on meteorology, solar terms, holiday and total load in Pudong District of Shanghai for 546 days was clustered and generalized by K-means method. Then the original transaction sets was classified according to the counts of the clustering result. And they were mined by different methods comprehensively. Compared with association rules obtained by traditional algorithms, more association rules can be mined by the comprehensive mining method, with accuracy and robustness. The comprehensive mining method provides basis for load forecasting as well as distribution network load warning, which is crucial to the operation and management of smart grid.

Based on the characteristics of electric power materials and combines the problem of warehouse site business management, the paper analyzes the necessity of building the on-site operation of power materials warehouse based on barcode, smart chip and so on. Therefore, the paper describes the design and key point of the system. The input of the on-site operating system of power materials warehouse based on barcode, significantly reduced the time of single operation of warehouse, the accuracy of operation was increased to 100%, secondary subcontracting is more flexible, the integration of material management information system effectively improves the timeliness of job tasks. The standardization and rationality of the storage of warehouse materials are met by the Southern Power Grid.

For the realization of large-scale air conditioning (AC) load to participate in demand response, a decentralized multi-agent cooperative control strategy based on leader-follower consistency was proposed. A hierarchical architecture that can effectively control large-scale ACs and a topology model of multi-agent related communication network were constructed. The demand side load reduction cost of the grid company was a quadratic function for the user's load reduction. A leader-follower decentralized coordination algorithm based on incremental cost of load response was proposed to meet the requirement of precise load control for a large number of dispersed ACs. Finally, case studies were given to show that the proposed method can achieve the optimal state of consistency under different load conditions and agent topology. In addition, an example was given to simulate the overall peak load regulation of large-scale ACs from top to bottom.

With the progress of the distribution network operation technology and the growth of demand in the reliability of the user's power supply, the precision and accuracy of prearranged power outage in 10kV distribution network put forward higher requirements. Based on the perspective of the reliability data analysis and application, combining the practical experience of the distribution network operation in the work groups, the article sets up a typical database of standard operation time and a comprehensive power failure duration prediction model in 10kV distribution network to reduce the prediction deviation of the reliability of power supply, and improves the standardized operation time post evaluation system. This provides a direct reference method for the prediction deviation control of the reliability of power supply.

The working principle and current control method of flexible DC converter were introduced. The influence of current control of flexible DC converter on the electrical characteristics of the AC side was analyzed. The electric quantity change and characteristics of the AC side power grid during the AC side short circuit fault and recovery process were studied. The influence of the AC grid side fault process on the DC grid voltage and the converter output power was analyzed. The four-terminal flexible DC grid simulation model based on the half-bridge modular multilevel converter was built, and the fault process of the AC grid side of the converter was simulated and verified.
