The Research of External Characteristic Model Based on Photovoltaic System 基于光伏系统的外部特性模型研究

State variables change of Photovoltaic alone with its control variables is studied on the basis of photovoltaic generation system research. A model of photovoltaic external characteristic model is established as well. The model included its active power output as well as reactive power output. The power of each photovoltaic can be variable in a wide range based on the local temperature, illumination intensity and weather conditions when these DGs are connected to the grid. As a result., the power flow of distribution network may be changed and it will also lead to a higher network losses and fluctuated voltages. A novel model for analyzing active power change of photovoltaic is established., besides., the feasibility and influencing factors of reactive power of photovoltaic is demonstrated. In the end, the corresponding method of dynamic power prediction of photovoltaic is proposed to get the optimal active power output and reactive power output. The results of an example show that the efficiency of photovoltaic and the stability of power system can be largely improved by using the method.

Evaluation Model for World-Class Distribution Network Management 世界级配电网管理评价模型

The distribution network has been a weak link in China's power industry for a long time, there is an urgent need to optimize distribution network management based on benchmarking world's first class level. Characteristics of advanced distribution network management in the world was systematically researched in this paper, the connotation of world-class distribution network management was summarized, and evaluation index system was proposed. Drawing on the international comparison of horizontal practices, the evaluation was carried out by method of weight and standard score. Finally, through an example, this paper diagnosed the gap between first tier cities in China and world's first-class distribution network management, and put forward improvement strategies.

Design of UPFC Sub-Synchronous Oscillation Damping Controller Based on Modal Control 基于模态控制的UPFC次同步振荡阻尼控制器设计

Sub-synchronous oscillation (SSO) is a specific dynamic behavior due to the coupling of mechanic and electrical parts of power system, which is a severe stability problem. Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC), as the most advanced FACTS device, can restrain the system oscillation effectively through proper design. In this paper, UPFC's ability to damp SSO was studied first. An UPFC damping controller design method based on the modal control method is then proposed. Analysis of examples show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the sub-synchronous oscillation of power system and improve the stability of the system.

Research on Bilateral Games Between Electric Generations and Sale Sides With Incomplete Information 不完全信息下发电商与销售方的双边博弈研究

With the deepening of the electric power system reform, electricity market has attracted attentions from both academic and industrial societies. In this paper, a bilateral game model with incomplete information between the electricity generation and selling enterprises is established, which considers the direct electricity purchase prices and amount as the strategy sets of the both sides. In order to forecast the direct electricity purchase prices, the factor of generation costs is introduced, which uses the co-integration theory to construct the relation between the direct electricity purchase prices and the generation costs. Furthermore, to forecast the direct electricity purchase amount, the similar days method is adopted to ensure the information sharing demand between both sides. Finally, the equilibrium solution of the bilateral game is obtained by using Nash equilibrium, and the model has been proved by simulation.

Review of Temperature Measurement Technology With Infrared Thermal Imager 红外热成像仪测温技术综述

In order to ensure the continuous and stable operation of power system, the infrared detection technology is introduced. The technology uses infrared thermal imager and other temperature measuring instruments to evaluate the operation state of electrical equipment based on the thermal distribution of equipment. It is one of the most important methods of energized test at present. Infrared detection principle, the application of infrared thermal imager in power system and the influence factors of infrared detection are introduced. Combined with calibration situation of infrared thermal imager in the past two years in a certain area, the necessity of infrared thermal imager calibration is analyzed, to provide reference for the correct use and maintenance of infrared thermal imager.

FMPC-VMD Based Control Strategy for Tracking Generation Plans of Multi-type Energy Storage System 基于FMPC-VMD的多类型储能系统发电计划跟踪控制策略

To take full advantage of the complementary nature of multi-type energy storage and maximally increase the capability of tracking the scheduled PV power output, a charging-discharging control strategy combining Fuzzy-Model Predictive Control (FMPC) and Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD) for a energy storage system (ESS) is proposed. Firstly, the total energy storage load can be obtained based on FMPC algorithm. Then, power allocation between multi-type power storage is achieved with VMD. A simulation analysis, taking a typical PV output as an actual data sample, showed that the proposed FMPC-VMD control method for the multi-type BESS is uniquely flexible and adaptable in achieving the control effect of improving the capability of tracking the scheduled PV power output.

Reduction of Energy Storage Capacity in an Isolated Microgrid by Using Smart Load 利用智能负荷降低孤立微电网储能容量

The general concept of smart load (SL) was originally introduced to provide practical implementation in grid power─frequency support applications. In this paper, a specific feature of SL which is composed of a SL controller and a linear load is introduced, after that, a comprehensive discussion on the application of SL for voltage stabilization and energy storage capacity reduction in an isolated microgrid is presented. The key component of this novel SL is the controller which is operated as a series reactive power compensator (RPC), unlike the traditional reactive power compensation technologies, it offers not only reactive power compensation but also active power variation in the linear load. Results validate the effectiveness of adopting this SL for a isolated microgrid with renewable energy source and energy storage system.

Research on Grid-connected Control and Simulation of Microgrid Inverter Based on VSG 基于VSG的微电网逆变器并网控制与仿真研究

Aiming at the problem that the power supply quality of the microgrid needs to be improved and the large impact of grid connection, a new type of virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control strategy is proposed to control the microgrid inverter. The VSG model based on stator voltage model and rotor motion model is established by deformation and vector decomposition of the hidden-pole synchronous generator second-order equation. The virtual frequency regulation module and the virtual voltage regulation module are also obtained by improving the principle of generator frequency and voltage regulation, and the grid-connected control module with voltage phase angle double feedback is also designed. By constructing relevant models, compare the performance of voltage, frequency and power before and after grid connection. The simulation results show that the VSG control strategy can better adjust load changes under the premise of less impact on the grid, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

Design of the Controller and Stability Analysis of Distributed Static Synchronous Compensator Based on LADRC 基于LADRC的分布式静态同步补偿器控制器设计及稳定性分析

The design of controller is the important part for static synchronous compensator (D-STATCOM). However, due to the strong decouple and non-linear characteristic of D-STATCOM, the traditional controller cannot meet the demand of the power system. This paper introduces linear auto disturbance rejection controller(LADRC) for D-STATCOM based on its mathematics model and design first-order LADRC for it; and then classical control theory is used to analyze convergence of two-order linear extended state observer (LESO) in frequency domain; at last, the simulation model is made for it, verification shows that ADRC is superior to conventional proportional - integral - derivative controller, it has good tracking performance and immunity characteristics, this paper verify the feasibility of LADRC controller and its controller.

A Parallel Impedance Based Criteria and Active Damping Control for DC Microgrid Stability 基于并联阻抗的直流微电网稳定性判据及主动阻尼控制

Multiple converters and negative impedance characteristics of constant power loads of DC microgrid will lead system instability. First, the equivalent input and output impedance of the system have been obtained. Based on the Nyquist stability criterion, a passivity based parallel impedance method has been proposed to determine the system voltage stability. The proposed method can transform the stability problem into the system passivity problem and its performance was compared with the traditional impedance ratio criterion. Secondly, in order to improve the stability of DC microgrid, an active damping control method based on the feed current of the DC converter is proposed. The design principle of the active damping parameters is given. PSCAD simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
