Selection and Simulation of Black-start Diesel Generating Set in Regional Power Grid 区域电网黑启动柴油发电机组选型与仿真

For micro-grids formed by multiple distributed sources of energy and the industrial park area grid, The selection of the black start power supply is a key factor in the rapid and reliable recovery of power supply after blackout. In this paper, the actual black start of regional power grid is taken as an example, two indicators were applied to the selection of a black start diesel generator set, and the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation model is established, The adaptability of the selected diesel unit is verified, and the feasibility of using the emergency diesel generator as a black start power source in the thermal power plant is discussed.

Research on Medium and Long Term Power Load Forecasting Considering Intelligent Power Utilization 考虑智能用电的中长期电力负荷预测研究

with the economic and social development of China, intelligent power utilization is getting increasing common in the daily lives of residents, while the types of electricity equipment are becoming various significantly. Furthermore, the electricity consumption behavior of different types of users are diverse. The load characteristics may change, such as peak load transferring, peak and valley differently increasing, and even peak on peak load at the same time. The intelligent power utilization can make scientific and rational use of electrical equipment, so that the electricity consumption can be reduced, which also brings a challenge to load forecasting. Based on the research of intelligent power utilization, this article employed a probability distribution model to fit the users' behavior, and established corresponding load models to characterize its interaction with the power grid. After that, based on the prospect-gray theory, a medium long term load forecasting method considering intelligent power utilization was proposed and analyzed by examples. Finally, this paper used MATLAB to get the power load forecasting result and analyze the influence of intelligent power utilization on the total power load.
随着中国经济社会的发展,智能用电在居民的日常生活中越来越普遍,用电设备的种类也明显多样化。此外,不同类型用户的用电行为也存在差异。负荷特性可能发生变化,如峰载转移,峰谷不同地增加,甚至同时出现峰上峰载。智能用电可以使用电设备科学合理的使用,从而降低用电量,这也给负荷预测带来了挑战。本文在智能用电研究的基础上,采用概率分布模型拟合用户行为,并建立相应的负荷模型表征其与电网的相互作用。在此基础上,基于前景灰色理论,提出了一种考虑智能用电的中长期负荷预测方法,并进行了实例分析。最后,利用MATLAB得到电力负荷预测结果,分析智能用电对总电力负荷的影响。

Scheme of East China Power Grid Joint Peak-Regulation Ancillary Service Market to Promote Trans-provincial Regulation of Negative Reserve 华东电网联合调峰辅助服务市场推进负备跨省调控方案

Peak-regulating problems under light load have been a challenge for East China Power Grid (ECPG) because of the income of enormous clean energy from the outer regions and the increase of new energy of the inner region. What's more, it is worse due to the slow growth of off-peak load. A market-oriented mechanism is urgently needed to promote the usage of peak-regulating resources and will contribute to the optimal configuration of them. In this paper, we focus on the market orientation” basic principles and market operation rules of ECPG Peak-regulating Ancillary Service Market. Based on an actual case, we analyze the organization process, settlement method and contribution principle of peak-regulating service for ECPG. The market-oriented trans-provincial regulation mechanism established in our paper is proved effective in promoting the optimal allocation of peak-regulating resources and enhancing clean energy consumption ability in and out of the region,

Local Consumption Model of Wind and Photovoltaic Power Based on Demand Side Response 基于需求侧响应的风电和光伏局部消费模型

In recent years, the wind power and photovoltaic power generation industries in China have witnessed rapid development. However, with the downward pressure on the national economy and the slowdown in the growth of electricity demand, consumptive problem of renewable energy has been gradually deteriorating. In this paper, firstly, the ways of local consumption model of wind and photovoltaic power and the demand-side response cost function based on demand side response are analyzed. Then the Local Consumption Model of Wind and Photovoltaic Power Based on Demand Side Response is established. The model takes the social benefit maximization as the objective function, considering a variety of necessary constraints, using lingo software programming to solve. Finally, this paper takes Gansu Province as an example to find the optimal solution in different seasons. There is some guidance in China's wind power and photovoltaic power consumption.

Forecast Method of Distribution Network Input-Output Benefit Based on Peer Measurement Mode 基于对等计量模式的配电网投入产出效益预测方法

Considering that a unified measurement of input and output is not realized in the evaluation on the current distribution network planning schemes, which limits the evaluation effects and cannot support the refined investment decisions, a new evaluation and forecast method for input-output benefits of distribution networks is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the peer measurement mode for input-output benefit is built through the analysis of the supporting conditions for output benefits; then, the evaluation indexes which can accurately reflect the input-output relationships are selected to establish the evaluation index system for the input-output benefit; next, the input-output benefit forecast method is proposed based on the quantitative association analysis of the input-output benefit; finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified through case study.

Optimization of Generating Unit Restoration Considering Restoration Path Operation Success Rate 考虑恢复路径运行成功率的发电机组恢复优化

Reasonable and practicable sequence of generating unit restoration can ensure the rapidness of restoration process. This paper presents a new definition of transmission line weight and a conception of operation success rate of generating unit restoration paths based on the presented weight definition and the self-excitation margin. An optimization model is proposed to maximize the restoration path operation success rate and the total power generation capability over a restoration period. The model is solved by Dijkstra algorithm and the modified particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm with crossover factors. Simulation results on IEEE 30-bus system and Shandong power grid of China demonstrate the fast optimization and the high feasibility of restoration plan.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Insulation Performance of DC XLPE Cables 直流交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘性能综合评价

In this paper, the conductivity test, breakdown characteristic test and space charge test of DC cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable are carried out. The characteristics of XLPE materials under DC electric field are studied, and a comprehensive evaluation system of DC XLPE cable insulation is proposed. Results shows that the conductivity of DC XLPE insulation is more sensitive to the change of operating temperature and field strength. With the increase of temperature, the breakdown strength of XLPE is gradually reduced. Because of the existence of space charge in the DC electric field, there is an obvious electric field distortion in the XLPE insulation. The higher the temperature, the greater the distortion of the electric field, and the modification can be very slow through the nano modification.

PhotovoltaicVirtual Synchronous Generator Engineering Application Effects Analysis and Optimization 光伏虚拟同步发电机工程应用效果分析与优化

Firstly, this paper analyzed in theory two kinds of frequency regulation control strategies, swing equation control strategy and additional frequency regulation characteristics control strategy, which were adopted by the demonstration project. The differences between two strategies in frequency modulation start-up time, oscillation risk, mode of supporting power, inertia response dead zone and so on were compared and studied. Then, relying on the recorded field data, paper showed the actual frequency modulation effect and characteristics of differences between the two strategies. Lastly, we optimized the VSG control strategies and proposed two new ones to make full ues of the available power of PV-VSG and coordination of photovoltaic and energy storage effectively to stable the grid frequency. The effectiveness of new control strategies was verified on a RT-LAB semi-physical simulation platform. This work is supported by science and technology project of the headquarter of State Grid Corporation of China.

The differences between two strategies in frequency modulation start-up time, oscillation risk, mode of supporting power, inertia response dead zone and so on were compared and studied. Then, relying on the recorded field data, paper showed the actual frequency modulation effect and characteristics of differences between the two strategies. Lastly, we optimized the VSG control strategies and proposed two new ones to make full ues of the available power of PV-VSG and coordination of photovoltaic and energy storage effectively to stable the grid frequency. The effectiveness of new control strategies was verified on a RT-LAB semi-physical simulation platform. Application Principle of Neutral Grounding Method for 66kV System 中性点接地法在66kV系统中的应用原理

In order to optimize the distribution system, selecting the proper neutral point grounding method is one of the most important methods to improve the reliability and economical efficiency of the distribution network. Multi-Objective Reactive Power Optimization Based on Improved Artificial Searching Swarm Algorithm 基于改进人工搜索群算法的多目标无功优化

In order to solve the problem of multi-objective reactive power optimization, firstly the defects of current algorithms are analyzed, then an improved chaos artificial searching swarm algorithm based on artificial search is proposed. The optimization performance of the algorithm is improved by introducing chaos theory and the dynamic improvement of algorithm step. This algorithm was tested with classical test functions. The results show that the optimization ability of the artificial search swarm algorithm is significantly improved. In the MATLAB 2014b environment, ICASSA is used to optimize the simulation of the IEEE14 and IEEE30 buses of the standard power system. Comparing the performance of ICASSA, IPSO and IDE, the results show the ICASSA has better search ability. Finally, the reactive power optimization of a real power network is simulated, and the results show that the ICASSA algorithm has potential application value.
