Design of Speaking System for Physically Impaired People 残障人士说话系统的设计

Science and Technology have made human life addictive to comfort but still there exists an underprivileged group of people who are fighting for finding an innovative way that can make the process of communication easier for them. According to the World Health Organisation, about 285 million people in the world are blind, 300 million are deaf and 1 million are dumb. Sign language is most accept and meaningful way of communication for deaf and dumb people of the society. This is a best device for these people to overcome their disability. The main objectives of this project to achieve communications of mute people like a normal person. Human hand has remained a popular choice to convey information in any situations where other forms like speech cannot be used. Hand gestures which can represent ideas using unique shapes and finger orientation have a scope for interaction. We have use touch sensor for getting the data from people using sign language and Microcontroller for controlling all operation and voice chip for voice storage. IOT based Hazardous Gas Detection System using AVR Microcontroller 使用AVR单片机的基于物联网的有害气体检测系统

Health Safety is a major issue in current era and good safety systems are needed to be implemented in places which are related to work, education and living. This project that we are working on modifies the existing safety model installed in the industrial areas and this system can also be used in houses and offices. The main objective of our project is to design a AVR microcontroller based combustible and Hazardous gas detecting and alerting system. As it isqquiet often that we heard about various accidents that are being occurred due to combustible gases, i.e., LPG, LNG, propane, butane and other flammable gases. Frequently we hear, explosion in cylinder of household and vehicles, as well as accidents in industries, mines, etc. Several people have been injured and some got dead. So we are working on a project in which we are using new technology which is being used to make every existing digital system more smart, internet of things (iot). It provides real time information available on internet for faster accessing with a gas sensor that can detect various other hazardous gases. The advantage of this auto detection and alerting system over the traditionally used manual method is that it offers quickest response time possible and accurate detection of an emergency situation and in turn helps in faster diffusion of the critical situation.

SYNCHRONOUS BUCK DC DC CONVERTER USING FIREFLY OPTIMIZATION ALGORITHM 同步降压dc - dc变换器采用萤火虫优化算法

A novel meta-heuristics algorithm, namely the Firefly Algorithm (FA) is applied to the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) Controller parameter tuning for Buck converter System. The main goal is to increase the time domain characteristics and reduce the transient response of the converter systems. This paper described in details how to employ Firefly Algorithm to determine the optimal PID controller parameters of an SBC system. The proposed algorithm can improve the dynamic performance of SBC system. In this proposed system an optimal PID controller using firefly algorithm for dual mode control scheme to improve power efficiency is employed. In existing method occur low step performance and high overshoot problems. These problems can be overcome by using optimal PID controller using firefly algorithm. There are three important parameters seen in firefly algorithm, that are attractiveness, distance and movement. The proposed approach has superior features including easy implementation, stable convergence characteristic and good computational efficiency. The FA parameters are problem-oriented and specifically chosen to achieve an adequate and accurate decision. It is demonstrated that the FA provides simple, efficient and accurate approach based on PID controller. As a result, a set of optimal PID controller parameters is obtained. Thus, a good closed-loop system performance is achieved. The comparison of both meta-heuristics shows superior performance for FA PID controller, tuning of the considered nonlinear control system than existing controller method.

SINGLE IMAGE DE RAINING USING DEEP DECOMPOSITION COMPOSITION NETWORK 采用深度分解合成网络对单幅图像进行分解

The effects of rain can also severely affect the performance of outdoor vision system. The quality of the image is degraded by rain streaks. Hence it is necessary to remove rain streaks from single image which is a challenging problem. Towards fixing this problem the deep decompositioncomposition network is proposed. This paper designs a novel multi-task leaning architecture in an end-to-end manner to reduce the mapping range from input to output and boost the performance. Concretely, a decomposition net is built to split rain images into clean background and rain layers. Different from previous architectures, this model consists of, besides a component representing the desired clean image, an extra component for the rain layer. During the training phase, further employ a composition structure to reproduce the input by the separated clean image and rain information for improving the quality of decomposition. Furthermore, this design is also applicable to other layer decomposition tasks like dust removal. More importantly, this method only requires about 50ms, significantly faster than the competitors, to process a testing image in VGA resolution on a GTX 1080 GPU, making it attractive for practical use

Source Channel Coding Approach to Generate Tamper Proof Images 生成防篡改图像的源信道编码方法

The privacy is a major concern in big data mining approach.Recent works in this field offer algorithms that not only localize the tampering, but also recover the original content in the lost area. The self-restoration problem can be modeled as a sourcechannel coding problem. The original image is compressed using an efficient source encoder. The output is then channel coded. At the receiver, decoder reveals the encoder output bit stream. The output of the source decoder is then used to replace the content of the tampered area. Watermarking the original images to protect them against tampering has recently attracted an overgrowing interest. The performance is significantly improved in terms of the quality of watermarked image, quality of the restored content, and tolerable tampering rate.

SPECTRAL UNMIXING BASED ON JOINT SPARSITY AND TOTAL VARIATION USING REMOTE SENSING DATA 基于联合稀疏度和全变分的遥感数据光谱解混

@IJRTER-2019, All Rights Reserved 27 Abstract—Hyperspectral imaging belongs to a class of technique called spectral imaging or spectral analysis. The objective of hyperspectral imaging is to find the spectrum for each pixel Present in the image of a scene. Hyperspectral unmixing is an emerging topic in hyperspectral image analysis to distinguish the materials present in an image and thereby finding the proportion of each material in an image. The distinct materials are called as end members and proportion values are called as abundance maps. Hyperspectral unmixing is an important technique for estimating fraction of different land cover types from remote sensing imagery. It is the process of estimating constituent endmembers and their fractional abundances present at each pixel in a hyperspectral image. A hyperspectral image is often corrupted by several kinds of noise. Joint Sparsity and Total variation (JSTV) addresses the hyperspectral unmixing problem in a general scenario that considers the presence of mixed noise. The Joint sparsity has been formulated to exploit the abundance maps. A totalvariation based regularization has also been utilized for modeling smoothness of abundance maps. The split-Bregman technique has been utilized to derive an algorithm for solving resulting optimization problem. Results indicate that the proposed joint sparsity and total variation methods are able to successfully perform unmixing on synthetic data and real hyperspectral imagery while preserving endmember spatial information with smooth abundance maps.

The objective of hyperspectral imaging is to find the spectrum for each pixel Present in the image of a scene. Hyperspectral unmixing is an emerging topic in hyperspectral image analysis to distinguish the materials present in an image and thereby finding the proportion of each material in an image. The distinct materials are called as end members and proportion values are called as abundance maps. Hyperspectral unmixing is an important technique for estimating fraction of different land cover types from remote sensing imagery. It is the process of estimating constituent endmembers and their fractional abundances present at each pixel in a hyperspectral image. A hyperspectral image is often corrupted by several kinds of noise. Joint Sparsity and Total variation (JSTV) addresses the hyperspectral unmixing problem in a general scenario that considers the presence of mixed noise. The Joint sparsity has been formulated to exploit the abundance maps. A totalvariation based regularization has also been utilized for modeling smoothness of abundance maps. The split-Bregman technique has been utilized to derive an algorithm for solving resulting optimization problem. Preserving Remote Data Integrity from Spoofing Attack in Cloud Environment using Probabilistic Checking Method 基于概率检验的云环境下保护远程数据完整性免受欺骗攻击

Remote data integrity checking is a crucial technology in cloud computing. Recently many works focus on providing data dynamics and/or public verifiability to this type of protocols. Existing protocols can support both features with the help of a third party auditor. In existing system, they propose a remote data integrity checking protocol that supports data dynamics. This paper adapts existing protocol to support public verifiability. The proposed protocol supports public verifiability without help of a third party auditor. In addition, the proposed protocol does not leak any private information to third party verifiers. Through a formal analysis, we show the correctness and security of the protocol. After that, through theoretical analysis and experimental results, we demonstrate that the proposed protocol has a good performance. Keywords— Data Integrity, data dynamics, Public verifiability, Privacy.
