The research activity was focused on improving communication skills and mathematical self-efficacy of students who obtained realisticmathematics learning approaches in elementary schools. The purpose of the study was to determine the improvement of communication skills andmathematical self efficacy of students who obtained realistic mathematics learning approaches better than students' mathematical communication skillswho obtained a conventional approach. Improvement of communication skills and mathematical self efficacy of students who get a realistic mathematicslearning approach will be conducted through a study of action studies on the subject of research namely elementary students in several schools aroundRantauprapat City. Therefore the research that would be used was following a series of quasi-experimental studies. The results of the calculation of thetwo-way ANOVA calculation of the post-test minimum self-efficacy scores of students in the class given a realistic approach were 58.0 better thanstudents in the class given conventional learning 43.0, as well as the maximum self-efficacy scores of students in the class given a realistic approach 69,0 is better than students who were given conventional learning 58.0, thus with a posttest self-efficacy score for the class given a realistic approach62.633 higher than the posttest average of students for the class given conventional learning 49.667 and a significant level of 0.000. In order thatsignificant 0,000 <0,05 means H0 is rejected so it could be concluded that the increase in mathematical communication skills of students with realisticapproaches is higher than students given conventional learning

This study aims to analyze how physical exercise with iron and no iron intake affect the hemoglobin level and maximum aerobic capacity. The hemoglobin level and maximum aerobic capacity will actually be affected either by iron intake or by physical exercises. The population is the students ofFaculty of Sports Science Universitas Negeri Padang, Sports Coach program class of 2015/2016, and were registered in the semester of July - December 2017. The samples are 30 male students. The study was conducted at the Fitness Laboratory of Faculty of Sports Science Universitas Negeri Padang. The treatments of the research are in the form of physical exerciseswhich are circuit training and HIIT for 16 times exercises, then giving Ferizz brandiron supplements in tablet. The instruments to measure hemoglobin levels are using the hemoglobin testing system, quik-check, and Bleep Test to measure maximum aerobic capacity. Data analysis using t test and anova. The results show that all hypotheses proposed in this research are acceptable; p <α 0.05. Thus it is expected that this research is useful for interested parties, especially in order to improve the physical ability of athletes, so that maximum achievement in every competition can be reached.

The creativity of children will be able to grow whether the school can provide space for creativity. Child-friendly schools are school concepts that give protect students from violence, discrimination and unnatural treatments. It provides assurance and fulfill the rights of students such giving students space for creativity. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 109 Palembang. This study aimed at determining how the school provides creativity space to students through child friendly school’s program. This research was descriptive qualitative, which investigate how to give creativity room to student in a child friendly school’s program. The instruments of collecting data were interview, documentation, and observation. The results obtained indicate that the school provided space for students’ creativity through learning strategy and school’s environment approach. Based on this program, the students at SD Negeri 109 Palembang have been able to show their creativity attitude through problem solving while in learning activities and outside learning activities. Child-friendly schools should ensure every student's opportunity to enjoy his/her rights in education without discrimination based on disability, gender, ethnicity, religion, type of intelligence, and parental background. Child-friendly schools should also consider safe, clean and healthy school situations, caring and cultured, living environment, respect the rights and protection of students from violence, discrimination and other unfair treatment, and ensure the participation of students in planning, policy, learning, supervision, and complaint mechanism related to the fulfillment of rights and protection of students in education.

There is a significant effect of the hydro confining pressure of the core holder on the flowing properties of the formation rocks. This effect is caused due to the mechanical elastic deformation of the core when carrying outlaboratory studies of the waterproof and polymer compositions. Consequently, this deformation will cause changing in the permeability and voids storage capacity of the studied core samples. Therefore, under the laboratory conditions and when dealing with such studies on formation cores, it is necessary to consider the changes of permeability and voids storage capacity of these cores.

In oil industry, one of the most worldwide used methods a among the hydrodynamic enhanced oil recovery methods is the water flooding, including the cyclic water flooding. The efficiency of cyclic water flooding is affected by a number of geophysical and field technological factors. In this work and based on three-dimensional hydrodynamic simulation, it is shown that anisotropy of formation permeability has significant effect on justification of the half-cycle time and the technological effectiveness of the method.

Rabin-Karp is one of the algorithms used to detect the similarity levels of two strings. In this case, the string can be either a short sentence or a document containing complex words. In this algorithm, the plagiarism level determination is based on the same hash value on both documents examined. Each word will form K-Gram of a certain length. The K-Gram will then be converted into a hash value. Each hash value in the source document will be compared to the hash value in the target document. The same number of hashes is the level of plagiarism created. The length of K- Gram is the determinant of the plagiarism level. By determining the proper length of K-Gram, it produces the accurate result. The results will vary for each K-Gram value.
