Bovine adipose-derived stem cells were obtained from the subcutaneous abdominal adipose tissue. The cells were cultured by the modified tissue-explants method developed in our laboratory, and then analyzed using optical microscopy and flow cytometry. These cells were able to replicate in our cell culture conditions. cell Flow cytometry showed that bovine adipose-derived stem cells expressed mesenchymal stem cell markers (CD73 and CD90). Meanwhile, haematopoietic markers (CD45 and CD34) are absent from bovine adipose-derived stem cells. We also induced their adipogenic differentiation in vitro.

The raw materials of secondary catalytic processes must be prerefined. Among these refining processes are the deasphalting and demetallization including their thermo adsorption (or thermo-contact adsorption) variety. In oil processing, four main processes of thermo-adsorption refining of hydrocarbon residues are used—Asphalt Residual Treating- residues deasphaltizing (ART), Discriminatory Destructive Distillation (3D), developed in the US; Adsorption-Contact Treatment (ACT) and Express Thermo-Contact Cracking (ETCC), developed in Russia. ART and ACT are processes with absorbers of lift-type reactor, while 3D and ETCC processes are with an adsorbing reactor having ultrashort contact time of the raw material with the adsorbent. In all these processes, refining of hydrocarbon residues is achieved by partial thermo-destructive transformations of hydrocarbons and hetero-atomic compounds with simultaneous adsorption of the formed, on the surface of the adsorbents, resins, asphaltene and carboids, as well as metal-, sulphur-, and nitro-organic compounds. Demetallized and deasphalted light and heavy gas oils or their mixtures are a quality raw material for secondary deepening refining processes (catalytic and hydrogenation cracking, etc.), since they are characterized by low coking ability and low content of organometallic compounds that lead to irreversible deactivation of the catalysts of these deepening processes.

Cloud computing is a technology which provides computing resource on demand over the internet as a service. To meet this, many opensource cloud operating system are provided for the tenants, in order to get useful services from the cloud. There are many opensource cloud OS like AWS, Open Shift, HP, OpenStack etc. Out of all these OpenStack comes with free of cost and it has got a huge community. It can be installed and deploy in private institution or company with free of cost. This paper provides a model and techniques for the dynamic load balancing in OpenStack for managing the traffic/loads among the Virtual Machines. The main purpose is to increase the utilization of computing resources and minimize the traffic. Load Balancing as a Service is one of the main service in OpenStack Networking. OpenStack is an opensource platform which provides Infrastructure as a Service. It allows users/tenants tocreate their own private clouds and to deploy Virtual Machines, which manages different workloads. In this paper, we provide an architecture of openstack LBaaS, for dynamic load balancing in open stack cloud deployment.

With the worldwide trend of low oil prices, high maturity of oil fields, excessive cost of horizontal and fracking technologies, and necessity for green drilling applications, radial jet drilling (RJD) technology can be a cost effective and environmentally-friendly alternative. RJD is an unconventional drilling technique that utilizes coiled tubing conveyed tools and the energy of high velocity jet fluids to drill laterals inside the reservoir. In recent years, rapid advances in high pressure water jet technology has tremendously increased its application in oil and gas industry not only in drilling operations to improve drilling rate and reduce drilling cost, but also in production to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. In addition, RJD can be used to bypass near wellbore damage, direct reservoir treatments/injections, improve water disposal and re-injection rates, and assist in steam or CO2 treatments. This paper highlights the theoretical basis, technological advancement, procedures, applications, and challenges of high pressure water jets. Several worldwide case studies are discussed to evaluate the success, results, pros, and cons of RJD. The results show that nearly an average of four to five fold production increase can be obtained. The present paper clearly shows that radial jet drilling is a viable and attractive alternative in marginal and small reservoirs that still have significant oil in place to capture the benefits of horizontal drilling/fracking and to improve productivity from both new wells and/or workover wells that cannot be produced with the existing expensive conventional completions.

The religious tolerance is one of the rarest values of the tradition of the Albanian people. It is widely accepted that Albanian people are well known about these values, about an excellent coexistence among the believers of different religious communities that are in Albania, mainly Muslims and Christians. In this study we bring the essentials of this phenomenon, promotional roots of these values, while viewed from a previously untreated point of view, and in an attempt to answer the questions: Where does it stem from the religious coexistence in Albania? What are the main promoters of this phenomenon? What has been the attitude of the religious clergy in Albania? Have they been and are the imams and priests, the promotion of tolerance and religious coexistence in Albania? These are some of the questions answered in this modest study, focusing on how nice and with how much delicacy the lectures of the Clergy have addressed this issue to the faithful or to the world in general. Since they enjoyed undisputable reputation and influence in the majority of the population, in the most critical moments of national history, the leaders of Muslims believers, not only have promoted tolerance and religious coexistence, but they have considered the believers of other faiths as ―brothers‖ preaching this conviction in front of their Muslim believers. These preaching’s were firstly begun by VehbiDibra, who was the first Chairman of the Muslims and all clerics without exception to this day. Also unforgettable are the sermons of priests like: Fr. GjergjFishta, Fr. ShtjefënGjeçovi, or Metropolitan VisarionXhuvani to conclude with pearls of Orthodox priest, Fan S. Noli, who amazed the world with his three speeches in front of world leaders, the League of Nations, being representative of all Albanians, although Orthodox believers were only 20% of the population.

The research paper mainly focuses on how the reader react to a particular recipe or food blog and what kind of a feedback do they givesuggestive, positive or negative. The aim of the research is to find out how many people actually read the blogs and give necessary feedback, be it positive, negative or anything suggestive. The time frame for this research is considered to be two months. Introduction to the Topic Blogs, since its rise in 2002 have steadily been developing and have become a source of information on any subject. Blogs have now changed our perception about the world around us. Food blogging is an emerging subject matter in blogs. The views of the food bloggers for a particular dish or a cuisine have tapped into a great marketing opportunity. It attracts people more and more towards the place which serves the same kind of food or cuisine. Individuals have found a new outlet to share their ideas and thoughts and get feedback. The positive part in blogging to reach out to people is that it has the chance of being heard, unlike the mainstream media. Food blogs are very much different from a food website. A food blog is made my an individual who is interested in cooking or trying out new dishes either by cooking it himself/ herself or visiting those places which have a different and unique variety of food. Food blogs have a vast impact on people, for example, when an individual wants to know about a dish or a recipe or a cuisine, s/he gets the major help from blogging. Blogs give information about a particular dish in every minute detail possiblethe flaws, the taste, each and every ingredient and one of the major attractive parts are the pictures. The feedback is another important aspect as readers love to know about different variety cuisines, cook them and try them out after which they give feedback through their comments on the particular food blog. The mass impact of blogs is without any doubt developed by the millions of blogs that are published every day. Blogs have been successful in redefining the ‘current’ and ‘updated’. Review of Literature Shu-ming Wang and Judy Chuan-Chuan Lin says, "The internet has become the bread and butter of individuals and has become an integral part of a person’s life, irrespective of the day, time and hour of its use. It serves as a crucial mode of communicating with different groups or individuals in cyber space. One of the essential modes of communication are blogs". Over the years, blogs have gained a tremendous growth with respect to its usefulness, enjoyment, readership etc. It is viewed as a form of information system that allows for accumulation of information. The research paper delves into the aspect of social influence that attempts to captivate an individual’s intentions of using blogs. To understand the concept of blogs, one needs to be synonymous with the terminologies such as Information System, Information Quality, System Quality, Blogging Function Quality and more importantly Social In

Since three-dimensional (3D) hybrid detector ( CT+MR) is not integrated well currently, this study aims to investigate a registration scheme for two-dimensional (2D) hybrid based on characteristic localization to achieve 3D-fusion from the images of CT and MR as a whole. A cubic oriented proposal of ―9-point & 3-plane‖ for coregistration designs were verified to be geometrically practical. Human internal-feature points were sorted to combine with preselected external-feature points for matching process through 3D-reconstruction and virtual-dissection. By following the procedures of feature-extraction and image-mapping, the processes of ―picking points to form plane‖ and ―picking planes for segment‖ were executed. Ultimately, image-fusions were implemented at the real-time workstation Mimics based on auto-fuse techniques so called ―information exchange‖ and ―Signal Overlaying‖. A complementary 3D-image across ( CT+MR) modalities, which simultaneously presents anatomic structures of hard-tissue and soft-tissue, was created with a detectable-rate of 70%, this is equivalent to detectable-rate of ( PET+CT) or ( PET+MR) with no statistically significant difference. Our approach of ―9-point & 3-plane‖ offers a fresh idea for integration of digital imaging in mathematic consideration, and it facilitates a 3D vision that isn't functional yet for 2D hybrid imaging. A cubic oriented proposal of ―9-point & 3-plane‖ for coregistration designs were verified to be geometrically practical. Human internal-feature points were sorted to combine with preselected external-feature points for matching process through 3D-reconstruction and virtual-dissection. By following the procedures of feature-extraction and image-mapping, the processes of ―picking points to form plane‖ and ―picking planes for segment‖ were executed. Ultimately, image-fusions were implemented at the real-time workstation Mimics based on auto-fuse techniques so called ―information exchange‖ and ―Signal Overlaying‖. A complementary 3D-image across ( CT+MR) modalities, which simultaneously presents anatomic structures of hard-tissue and soft-tissue, was created with a detectable-rate of 70%, this is equivalent to detectable-rate of ( PET+CT) or ( PET+MR) with no statistically significant difference. Our approach of ―9-point & 3-plane‖ offers a fresh idea for integration of digital imaging in mathematic consideration, and it facilitates a 3D vision that isn't functional yet for 2D hybrid imaging. This exploration is practical to those small hospital that are unable to afford expensive hybrid equipment.","PeriodicalId":14347,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research","volume":"60 1","pages":"138-145"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88717984","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
