A few thoughts on the transition period of pension insurance reform on the personnel management work of universities in China 养老保险改革过渡期对我国高校人事管理工作的几点思考

Pension insurance, as one of the basic social security, is directly related to the personal interests of university staff, and is widely concerned by the staff. In the institutional merging pension insurance background, the insurance system changes to the college personnel management work has brought great impact and challenges. This paper discusses the challenges faced by the personnel management of universities in the context of the reform of pension insurance for institutions and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of personnel management, thereby safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teaching staff and promoting the benign development of universities.

Sentiment analysis with machine learning and deep learning: A survey of techniques and applications 利用机器学习和深度学习进行情感分析:技术与应用概览

Sentiment analysis is the task of automatically identifying the sentiment expressed in text. It has become increasingly important in many applications such as social media monitoring, product reviews analysis, and customer feedback evaluation. With the advent of deep learning techniques, sentiment analysis has seen significant improvements in performance and accuracy. This paper presents a comprehensive survey of machine learning and deep learning methods for sentiment analysis at the document, sentence, and aspect levels. We first provide an overview of traditional machine learning approaches to sentiment analysis and their limitations. We then look into various machine learning and deep learning architectures that have been successfully applied to this task. Additionally, we discuss the challenges of dealing with different data modalities, such as visual and multimodal data, and how both techniques have been adapted to address these challenges. Furthermore, we explore the applications of sentiment analysis in diverse domains, including social media, product reviews, and healthcare. Finally, we highlight the current limitations of deep learning approaches for sentiment analysis and outline potential future research directions. This survey aims to provide researchers and practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of the state-of-the-art deep learning techniques for sentiment analysis and their practical applications.

Echocardiographic imaging and anatomic characteristics of true univentricular heart manifesting as double inlet - double outlet right ventricle: Case report and literature review 表现为双入口-双出口右心室的真性单室心的超声心动图成像和解剖特征:病例报告和文献综述

Double Inlet-Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DI-DORV) is a rare and unique single-ventricular congenital heart disease with variable atrioventricular valve morphology and myocardial structure. In patients of DI-DORV the two atria are connected to the RV by two atrioventricular (AV) valves or a common set of AV valve. The right ventricle is identified by its anatomical markers (thick trabeculae, interventricular-marginal trabeculae, and Lance's muscle), and the left ventricle by the smooth endocardium surface of the basal interventricular septum. Due to different forms of the right ventricular myocardium, hypertrophy of muscle trabeculae may be mistaken for ventricular septum, which may be challenging for diagnosing DI-DORV. The patients of DI-DORV often die early due to volume overload or persistent cyanosis leading to gradual deterioration of ventricular function. Patients are often prone to recurrent chest infections since childhood, seriously affecting physical development and causing congestive heart failure at an early stage. However, the complexity and diversity of DI-DORV lesions lead to great difficulty in clinical diagnosis. The most common surgical treatment is a staged modified Fontan palliative surgery. Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) can accurately and reliably estimate the cardiac structure and function and plays an essential role in diagnosing and managing patients with DI-DORV. Furthermore, utilising the current non-invasive imaging techniques like cardiac CT and cardiac MRI, in situations where echocardiography is unable to deliver a precise diagnosis, are essential for optimal surgical management to improve the survival rates and quality of life. Here we are presenting a case report of a deeply cyanotic 3-month-old male infant afflicted with complex congenital cardiac defect: double inlet-double outlet right ventricle (DI-DORV) associated with A-malposition of great arteries and severe pulmonary valvular stenosis.

Malaria acute kidney injury: Case report from Tumbi regional referral hospital in Pwani, Tanzania 疟疾急性肾损伤:坦桑尼亚普瓦尼 Tumbi 地区转诊医院的病例报告

Malaria is a most significant parasitic disease worldwide. The overall burden of malaria infection in Tanzania has been decreasing over the past 10 years. On the other hand, there is an observation of an increase in severe forms of malaria, notably malaria-associated kidney injury, across hospitals in Tanzania. We are reporting two cases of severe malaria-associated acute kidney injury admitted at Tumbi Regional Referral Hospital in Eastern Tanzania. The patients were young adults who live in an area with a moderately high malaria transmission rate in the country. Patients recovered well after various inpatient interventions. The cases highlight not only an increasing number of severe malaria cases associated with acute kidney injury but also the challenges of managing malaria in a low-income endemic setting and the potential treatment failure of artemisinin-based compounds. The cases underscore the importance of early presentation to health facilities, early detection of severe malaria patients, and timely interventions, including hemodialysis, which are crucial in improving the prognosis of severe malaria patients.

A path analysis of apparel brand equity in the context of utilitarian and hedonic buying behaviors among male and female college students 男女大学生功利性和享乐性购买行为背景下的服装品牌资产路径分析

The internet is flooded with research on the influence of brand equity on consumer buying behavior. This paper offers a reversal of the variables wherein brand equity becomes the dependent variable and consumer buying behaviors (utilitarian and hedonic), along with sex, as the independent variables. Employing path analysis, the study delves into the dominant buying behavior of 300 graduating college male and female university students in Region XI. They are the prospective consumers of apparel products once employed in the immediate future. The study highlights the interconnectedness of utilitarian and hedonic buying behaviors in shaping the brand equity of apparel goods. Sex, on the other hand, is not a significant predictor of consumer buying behavior and brand equity.

This review explores reverse logistics practices, which involve moving goods from their destinations back up the supply chain for value recapture or proper disposal through activities like returns management, remanufacturing, refurbishing, and recycling. Effective reverse logistics can yield significant cost savings by reclaiming value from returned products, reducing waste, and optimizing resource use, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, and mitigating environmental impact. Emphasizing environmental benefits, the review illustrates how these practices help companies reduce carbon footprints, lower raw material demand, and divert waste from landfills. Real-world examples highlight successful implementations and positive environmental outcomes. Economically, reverse logistics allows companies to extract substantial value from returned products, cutting production costs and meeting consumer demand for sustainable products. Socially, reverse logistics fosters job creation in recycling, refurbishing, and remanufacturing, promoting economic growth and community development. Despite challenges like logistical complexities and setup costs, the review provides insights into overcoming these hurdles through strategic planning, technological integration, and collaboration with third-party logistics providers. The role of technology, including IoT devices, big data analytics, and blockchain, is emphasized for their potential to streamline operations, improve tracking and transparency, and enhance decision-making. By adopting a comprehensive approach, businesses can achieve significant environmental, economic, and social benefits, contributing to broader sustainability goals and building resilient, future-ready supply chains.

The rapid improvements in India’s financial status and the inadequate transport system have significantly contributed to the surge in cars and two-wheelers. However, these motor vehicles, which predominantly run on petrol and diesel, pose a severe threat to the environment as they emit greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monooxide , Methane , sulphur oxides, and nitrous oxides and particulate matter etc.. These emissions contribute significantly to air pollution, posing a grave threat to human health, especially in urban areas. It is imperative to take action now to safeguard the planet from future catastrophes and ensure a safer environment for both current and future generations. One significant step we can take is transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs), which have far less environmental impact compared to those running on petrol and diesel. The Government of India has initiated several initiatives to promote EV usage. According to Statista, as of March 2023, there were 225,103,000 units operational EVs of all types in India .Electric vehicles emit significantly lower carbon emissions than gasoline vehicles, making them a crucial part of reducing environmental harm. According to recent studies, by 2030, EVs are expected to reduce nitrogen oxide by 17%, particulate matter by 18%, carbon monoxide by 18%, and carbon dioxide by 846.3 million tons. This paper high lights the transitioning towards zero emission public transport and the positive impacts of Electric vehicles on environment and the challenges before EV industry.

This study explores the impact of organizational culture on employee engagement at Dindigul Textile Mills. By examining how elements of organizational culture influence employee behavior, attitude, and effectiveness, the research aims to establish a correlation between organizational culture and employee engagement. Using a descriptive research design, data was collected from 100 employees across 30 textile mills in the Dindigul region. The findings reveal significant insights into the relationship between corporate culture and employee engagement, highlighting the importance of a supportive and communicative organizational environment for enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall productivity.

The incidence of autoimmune disorders has increased with the rise in carbon dioxide since last century. Objective: To determine whether CO2 is associated with autoimmune disorders. Design: Case-control study at local tertiary hospitals in Egypt. Methods: A total of 150 patients with various autoimmune disorders, and 75 controls were aged 20 to 70 years. The exclusion criteria were neuromuscular disorder, critical, respiratory illness, and exposure to CO2, guided by the criteria of the National Institute for Occupational Safety. Patients recruited from November 2023 to March 2024, matched by age, sex, and other demographic variables. All participants were tested for blood gases. Certain cases were further tested to confirm the autoimmune status. Pa CO2 analysis performed using two methods of statistical significance to validate data. Results, Pa CO2 (Mean ± SD) was (48.18 ± 12.10) in autoimmune cases, compared to (42.63 ± 11.06) in control (p= 0.001). Number (%) of cases with ↑PaCO2= 97(64.7%) for cases, and 30(40%) for control (RR=1.6167). OR (95% CI) = 2.7453 (1.552 to 4.857), p=0.0005. Conclusion. Our study confirmed a correlation between CO2 and autoimmune disorders. The mechanism is a complex interplay between direct effect of CO2 on cell membrane, calcium “Ca2+ “homeostasis and signaling pathways. CO2 thermic effect increases the mobility of antibodies to move away from the antigens which elicited their secretion, then CO2 protonation increases electrostatic interactions between anionic cell membranes and positive charge of antibodies, thus orienting antibodies to host antigens initiating autoimmune reaction. The significant autoimmune phenomena in skin and musculoskeletal system are due to these tissues have more cells with negative charges. Pattern of gene expression to CO2 thermal effect imposes differences in mRNA gene translation with various phenotypic expression. CO2 directs pathways providing benefits to autoimmunity. A new autoimmune disorder treatment is proposed. Membrane receptors that absorb heat energy reemitted from CO2 would produce various oscillations of the electron cloud culminating in various phenotypic expression. Due to our study results, it is expectable that a new treatment of autoimmune disorders will prevail in the future.
