Background Dental and oral therapists are required to carry out dental and oral health care services. The results of the researcher's observations showed that there were still obstacles in the health service to implement a good care process. Problems include not understanding or forgetting how to write a diagnosis statement according to the concept of dental hygienist darby & walsh, not having a dental hygienist darby & walsh textbook as a guideline, and it is impractical to use the textbook because of the thick pages of the book and in a foreign language. Therefore, a more effective and efficient tool is needed as a reference / guideline by students and TGM at the health center, one of which is in the form of a web application prototype. in this study the researcher intends to develop a dental and oral health care application which is the main task of dental and oral therapists. The initial focus of the case is for pediatric patient services at the health center. The purpose of this study is to determine the prototype form of a web-based oral health care application as a guideline for pediatric patient services at the health center. This type of research method is research and development (R & D). Initial research was carried out with descriptive qualitative. The stages of the activity are preparing the material database, making web-based applications with the help of the IT team, then reviewing the material by experts. The results of the research Prototype of oral health care applications can be accessed online based on a website both through laptops, PC, tablets and handphone. The application contains patient data menu features, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation (printing). Expert review shows the majority of answers strongly agree and agree to 9 indicators of material suitability Conclusion A prototype of oral health care application for pediatric cases at the health center has been created under the name SIDALUT (oral health care documentation system).

Preventive measures such as brushing teeth are still considered not good for children. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Data and Data Center in 2018, it was stated that tooth brushing behavior based on age groups in Indonesia, namely the daily brushing behavior of children aged 10-14 years, had a percentage of 96.5% with the percentage of correct tooth brushing time being 2.1%. Riskesdas states that the percentage of brushing teeth correctly is 2.8%. Promotional efforts that can be made are Dental Health Education. Apart from being carried out on children, this effort can also be carried out on parents, especially mothers. Powtoon as a multimedia application that can be used as a learning medium has several advantages, including very interesting animation features such as handwritten animation, cartoon animation and lively transition effects as well as easy timeline management. The research method and stages are development research to produce media products, then to see the effect of media use, a quasi-experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design is used. Research Results: Powtoon media for dental health education because of FGD with media experts, health promotion experts and dental health promotion media has been created with the results of expert validation and declared suitable for use as a media for Dental Health Education. Test the influence of powtoon media on children's teeth brushing practices and parents' knowledge using Wilcoxon test analysis with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.005, which means there is a significant influence.

Dental and oral health is a top priority for everyone, including prolanis patients. Prolanis is a proactive and integrated chronic disease management program involving participants, health facilities, especially community health centers and BPJS Health, aimed at encouraging chronic disease patients to achieve optimal quality of life services, one of which is dental and oral health. Education about dental and oral health needs to be provided to prolanis patients. This education needs to use media so that targets can more quickly understand the education provided, such as video and non-video media (flipcharts). The aim of this research is to analyze changes in knowledge before and after being given counseling using video media to prolanis patients, in the work area of the Mangkubumi Health Center, Tasikmalaya City in 2023. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental research type with a Two Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Based on the results of statistical knowledge tests in the experimental group and control group, it was found that there was no significant difference between the results of dental and oral health knowledge before and after being given intervention using video and non-video with a significance value of 0.910, meaning p > 0.05. The results of the Mann-Whitney statistical test showed that the knowledge of the experimental group was an average of 20.30 and the control group had an average of 20.70. p=value of 0.910 is greater than the significance level of p > 0.05. This means that there is no significant difference between the results of dental and oral health knowledge using video and non-video. In conclusion, it was found that flipcharts were more effective than videos in increasing dental and oral health knowledge in Prolanis with a difference of 0.5 more effective in increasing flipchart media.

Background: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a health problem that is currently the focus of global and national attention. One of the NCDs that can be found is Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The chronic metabolic disease called diabetes mellitus is caused by an insufficient amount of insulin produced by the pancreas or the body being unable to adequately use the insulin it produces. Diabetes cannot be cured, but blood sugar can be controlled to prevent complications. Physical exercise or exercise is the third and very important aspect in controlling diabetes. One physical exercise that can be done is brisk walking exercise for 30 minutes. Objective: To find out whether the implementation of brisk walking exercise can reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers in Wall Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency in 2023. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling, namely 30 respondents (15 intervention groups and 15 control groups). The Wilcoxon test results obtained ????-value 0.001 < alpha (0.05), which means there is a difference in blood glucose levels before and after brisk walking exercise in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Based on this research, it is recommended that brisk walking can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce blood glucose levels.
