Design of Fin for Various Variables 多变量鳍的设计

In this paper, the heat transfer of fin without and with various extensions such as rectangular extensions, triangular extensions and trapezium extension is analyzed by changing its material (such as Aluminium alloy, Copper alloy and Structural steel), and then a comparison is made between them. After comparison near about 12% more heat transfer is observed in the fin with various extensions in compare to fin without extensions for all the material. Here maximum heat transfer is obtained for the fin with rectangular extension for each material and the material for which heat transfer is maximum is copper. So after overall comparison it is found that that Copper alloy with rectangular extension gives the maximum heat transfer. Here copper alloy fin with rectangular extensions gives higher

Formulation and Evaluation of Nimodipine Tablet by Liquisolid Technique 尼莫地平片液相法处方及评价

This is an Open Access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/ by/4.0) ABSTRACT Liquisolid technique is novel concept of the drug delivery via the oral route. This technique is applied to poorly water soluble , water insoluble or lipophilic drugs. According to the new formulation method of liquisolid compact, liquid medication such as solution or suspensions of water insoluble drug in suitable nonvolatile solvent can be converted into acceptably flowing and compressible powders by blending with selected powder excipients. The present work endeavour is directed towards the development of liquisolid compact for production of immediate release tablet of water insoluble Nimodipine. Liquisolid compacts were prepared by using polyethylene glycol 300 as the liquid vehicle or non volatile solvent. Crospovidone was used as a superdisintegrating agent and PVP K30 as a binder. Microcrystalline cellulose was used as a absorbing carrier and silicone dioxide as adsorbing coating material. The prepared liquisolid system were evaluated for their micromeretic properties and possible drug-excipients interaction . The FTIR spectra study ruled out any interaction between the drug and excipients in preparation of Nimodipine liquisolid compact. The in-vitro dissolution study confirmed enhance drug release from liquisolid compacts by using USP type I basket in 0.5 % SLS in water. The selected optimal formula released 93.86 % of its content in 30 min which is showing immediate release. The results showed that use of superdisintegrants had remarkable impact on the release rate of Nimodipine from Liquisolid compact, enhancing the release rate of the drug from liquisolid compact.

This research work accounts for the study of the significant problems of organic wastes management which is an issue utmost concern in developing Countries like India. Principally our aim is to minimize the jolt caused by organic Waste produced in agricultural fields as residue which is commonly burned causing pollution. We seek to reuse this valuable resource and turning into good quality compost for agricultural use. In this study, we designed and constructed a Shredding machine. The machine will initially convert larger particle size of Collected organic waste into desired size such that it can be treated other chemical and biological processes in order to convert it into compost in least amount of time possible. Indifferent from the conventional processes used this methodology elucidates the paramount problem of dumping, environmental pollution. In Addition to that it helps in farming by inducing the compost. As this methodology involves mechanical, chemical and biological processes for converting agricultural waste into compost making it highly efficient and eco-friendly which is need of the hour?

In cities, the buses are the nerves of the cities. However, there are many bus operations, which were operated manually. The manual and traditional system takes a lot of time and the tickets cost being of odd amounts and many other different problems while buying tickets. Also in this advance world we are dependent on the paper tickets where the emergence of mobile devices are rapidly increasing among users so here is a solution. In proposed system ticket can be bought with just a smart phone application and, where you can carry your tickets in your smart phone. It uses the smart phones facility to validate and delete your ticket automatically after a specific interval of time. User’s ticket information is stored in a database for security purpose which is missing in the present urban system. Also the ticket checker is provided with a mobile

Security, Confidentiality and Privacy in Health of Healthcare Data 医疗保健数据的安全性、保密性和隐私性

Background: One of the most important facts that should be considered is confidentiality in order to maintain privacy turning out to be matters of security. Keeping-up confidentiality is a crucial factor in any field, as well as health realms. Professionals who have the ingress to approach the patients’ communications must keep confidentiality in health. The priority for any human being is privacy to information especially related to health. Security enables us to live peacefully, without anxiety and in full insurance. Methods: The interpretive methodology was used in this research as it gives an impression of face to face interactions in healthcare bringing in social reality of what is happening in the health society. Results: In consultations on gathering these results for our research, we also realized that the most common threats of loss of data and theft come under certain types of disclosures mainly third parties, routine and inadvertent. Upon this realization, there must be notification to protect security, confidentiality and privacy when security breaches occur mainly to patients. As a result, patients must provide consent about their medical information in electronically form or in writing and the consent must be signed by the patient or family member or trusted entity. The patients must come clear on the nature of the information to be disclosed and where it should be disclosed and also when the consent should expire. At the same time, a health facility must take care of the institution’s database and can only disclose to the management of the health institution whose obligation would also be to protect the data, as they might need the information for research purposes, where the researchers have approval from their institution’s or to legal representatives. Conclusion: The advent of the hype of electronic information technology leads to major inconvenience in the main areas of human life. This manuscript explores issues in maintaining confidentiality and privacy in healthcare and other analysis of its value to individual and society as a whole. “Right to privacy is really important. Abdominal Compartment Syndrome: A Case Report 腹膜间室综合征1例报告

Abdominal Compartment Syndrome (ACS) is a condition caused by abnormally increased pressure within the abdomen. Fewer than 1 million cases per year (India). Symptoms include a bloated abdomen, difficulty breathing or decreased urination. Rapid management is very important to prevent death. In this case, a thirty one year-old female without a similar history in the family, is presented with this condition on the second day after delivery. This case report study has been presented for the consideration of rare ACS in pregnant patients.
