Security, Confidentiality and Privacy in Health of Healthcare Data 医疗保健数据的安全性、保密性和隐私性

Background: One of the most important facts that should be considered is confidentiality in order to maintain privacy turning out to be matters of security. Keeping-up confidentiality is a crucial factor in any field, as well as health realms. Professionals who have the ingress to approach the patients’ communications must keep confidentiality in health. The priority for any human being is privacy to information especially related to health. Security enables us to live peacefully, without anxiety and in full insurance. Methods: The interpretive methodology was used in this research as it gives an impression of face to face interactions in healthcare bringing in social reality of what is happening in the health society. Results: In consultations on gathering these results for our research, we also realized that the most common threats of loss of data and theft come under certain types of disclosures mainly third parties, routine and inadvertent. Upon this realization, there must be notification to protect security, confidentiality and privacy when security breaches occur mainly to patients. As a result, patients must provide consent about their medical information in electronically form or in writing and the consent must be signed by the patient or family member or trusted entity. The patients must come clear on the nature of the information to be disclosed and where it should be disclosed and also when the consent should expire. At the same time, a health facility must take care of the institution’s database and can only disclose to the management of the health institution whose obligation would also be to protect the data, as they might need the information for research purposes, where the researchers have approval from their institution’s or to legal representatives. Conclusion: The advent of the hype of electronic information technology leads to major inconvenience in the main areas of human life. This manuscript explores issues in maintaining confidentiality and privacy in healthcare and other analysis of its value to individual and society as a whole. “Right to privacy is really important. Moreover, this paper also points out the future directions in the blockchain technology.

Design and Construction of a 20 000 Mah Wind Power Bank 2万毫安时风力发电库的设计与施工

This is an Open Access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/ by/4.0) ABSTRACT The study aimed to design and construct a portable wind power bank, using quantitative research method to explain the concept and define the problems needing improvement. One type of wind-powered battery charging will be explored in this paper. Wind-powered battery is an instrument which combine mechanical and electronic devices to charge small devices like mobile phones. With the rapid development of global economy, people continued to carry more portable electronic products, which are drained or discharged as a result of longtime uses. This can be used in times of power interruptions, outdoor activities where charging are necessity. It is designed to install fixedly in home rooftops but can be detachable and carried whenever necessary. It is an energy saving and eco-friendly device and function by wind velocity. The device consists of wind turbine driving a generator and operates at variable speed. It consists of three modules which are power supply, power storage, and phone charging module, all performing different functions. The power supply module consists of physics, principles, and design. The power storage module includes the components' parameters responsible for the restoration of energy to the battery after it has been used to charge mobile phones. This paper analyzes the property of the system components. The effect of parameter variation and the system configuration on the system performance are also investigated. Recommendations to improve the system performance are suggested. The researchers highly recommend to design weightless and most efficient as well as the high efficient mechanical design of rotor.

Some monitoring devices, such as intrusion alarms, employ acoustic waves at frequencies above the range of human hearing; these are also sometimes classified as wireless. Wireless network security is the process of designing, implementing and ensuring security on a wireless computer network. Nowadays wireless networks are the most popular way of communication. For example, internet services in companies, cafes, e-markets and in homes. This paper will highlight the drawbacks and their proposed system to give continuous growth of new technologies in wireless domain, both for application and basic research. Papers should emphasize original results relating to the theory and/or applications of wireless communications and networking.

The main function of flywheel is to store the waste energy which arises due to break. Like heat energy, sound energy. A model has been projected to define the elastic properties of hybrid composite. The hybrid composite contains of predictable fiber and nanocomposite as matrix. The first step here is to define the properties of nanocomposite which is done by using Mori – Tanaka method. The CNTs are deliberated as cylindrical inclusions in polymer matrix in Mori – Tanaka method. Arrogant perfect bonding among carbon fibers and nanocomposite matrix, the actual properties of the hybrid composite has been estimated using mechanics of materials approach. An 8 noded shell element has been used for the finite element analysis taking 5 degrees of free do mesh node (u, v, w,θx,θy) .A10×10 finite element mesh proceed sun remitting happening the convention of characteristic the shell element. The shell coordinates which are in Cartesian form are transformed into parametric formusing twoparameters(α1, α2). Theseparametersare over mapped into isoperimetric form(η,ξ). A 16 layered enclose with stacking arrangement [0-454590]2S has been recycled for vibration investigation of simply supported shell element. The dynamic equations of shell are resultant using Hamilton’s principle. As the damping types of the dynamic system are not available, for further analysis damping ratio of first mode and last active mode are presumed. Using Rayleigh damping the damping ratios of intermediate modes can be considered. The time decay of the structure from maximum amplitude to 5% of the maximum amplitude has been used as a parameter to study some shell structures by varying the volume fraction of CNTs in nanocomposite and by changing carbon fiber volume fraction.
