Work motivation in organizations is very important because the motivation has an important role in every individual, both in a leader and his subordinates, because this is one of the factors that is relied on in achieving an organizational goal where motivation is related to the strength or drive that is in a person so that it refers to the conditions that cause the diversity of intensity, quality, direction, and duration of work behavior. The work the environment is also one part of the factors that can affect the process of employee performance, where if the work environment of an employee is not good and low employee motivation can certainly lead to low performance results of existing employees in the company, vice versa if the atmosphere a good work environment can certainly create good employee performance results. Therefore, in this study, the authors use work motivation and work environment as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study was 115 people and 53 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. The technique used in this study is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were PDAM Tirta Malem Kabanjahe employees. Data were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and test of determination R 2 which is operated by SPSS 16. T test results in work motivation variables obtained t value of 5.530> t table of 2.007 and work motivation correlated with employee performance by 55% so it can be concluded that part there is an influence between work motivation variables on employee performance variables, then t test results the work environment variables obtained t value of 3.582> t table of 2.007 and the work environment correlated with employee performance of 35.6% so it can be concluded that part there is an influence between the work environment variables on employee performance variables. Based on the results of the hypothesis on the results of the F test obtained the calculated F value of 34.442> F table of 3.18 so it can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work environment together affect the employee performance variables. Test results The coefficient of determination (R 2) obtained a value of R Square in 0.579. This means that work motivation and work environment variables affect employee performance by 57.9% and the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as salary, leadership style, work discipline, workload, job awards, and so on.

The organizational conflicts among employers and employees in tertiary institutions most especially public institutions has remained a recurring spike in Nigeria that undermine the overall performance of lecturers and students outcomes in the institutions. The specific objective of this research is to investigate the extent of significant differences in organizational justice among lecturers in public and private universities in relation to staff commitment in South-South States in Nigeria. This is also in line with the research question and hypothesis. The research adopted a descriptive survey research design, the population of the study is 400. Factorial analysis of variance was used to test hypothesis with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. Cronbach alpha was used to test the reliability of the instrument. The findings revealed that there is level of significant differences in distributive justice in relations to commitment between academic staff in public and private universities in South-South Nigeria, in conclusion equitable distribution of resources, fair procedures for job decisions, with appropriate allocation of resources and fair communication of decisions will result in high academic staff performance towards higher academic excellence. The study recommends among others that management of both public and private universities should give room for fair and just procedures (distributive justice) so that lecturers will be able to give better responses to the university in terms of commitment.

Self-driving cars has the potential to revolutionize urban mobility by providing sustainable, safe, and convenient and congestion free transportability. Autonomous driving vehicles have become a trend in the vehicle industry. Many driver assistance systems (DAS) have been presented to support these automatic cars. This vehicle autonomy as an application of AI has several challenges like infallibly recognizing traffic lights, signs, unclear lane markings, pedestrians, etc. These problems can be overcome by using the technological development in the fields of Deep Learning, Computer Vision due to availability of Graphical Processing Units (GPU) and cloud platform. By using deep learning, a deep neural network based model is proposed for reliable detection and recognition of traffic lights (TL).

Sign Language (SL) is a medium of communication for physically disabled people. It is a gesture based language for communication of dumb and deaf people. These people communicate by using different actions of hands, where each different action means something. Sign language is the only way of conversation for deaf and dumb people. It is very difficult to understand this language for the common people. Hence sign language recognition has become an important task. There is a necessity for a translator to communicate with the world. Real time translator for sign language provides a medium to communicate with others. Previous methods employs sensor gloves, hat mounted cameras, armband etc. which has wearing difficulties and have noisy behaviour. To alleviate this problem, a real time gesture recognition system using Deep Learning (DL) is proposed. It enables to achieve improvements on the gesture recognition performance.

By development of automation and technology, life is getting simpler and easier in every scenario. When it comes to our house this concept can be apply incorporated to make it smarter, safer and automated. Internet of thing is a developing network of everyday object from mechanical to consumer goods that can share information and complete the tasks, though we are busy with other activities. Wireless home automation system uses computer or mobile devices to controlling the features and function accordingly, which mean to save the human energy and electric power. This challenges make smart homes extremely vulnerable to different types of security attacks, resulting in IoTbased smart homes being insecure. In this project by using Internet of Things (IoT) we will control the home appliances.

The key purpose of this research was to find out the effectiveness of a modular approach in teaching Chemical Elements and Compounds in order to assess the students learning, and performance. The population was Senior High School Students of Tuyom National High School for the academic year 20182019. Sample size has consisted of 48 students. This study has been utilized pre-post research design following experimental in nature. The findings of the study revealed that the majority of the respondents were male, ages range from 16 to 17 taking the course Housekeeping under technical vocational strand which most of them were least learners. The findings further surfaced that the scores of the respondents prior to the implementation of the intervention do not significantly differ, however, there was a significant difference after the intervention of the user of the module. Thus, the modular approach is an effective tool for intervention and could help improve the performance of the learners. It is a way of extending help to learners who need immediate intervention.

Despite the importance of online banking in many financial institutions, less research has focused on satisfaction and adoption, especially in Asia. Due to the introduction of technology, a new phenomenon in the banking sector of Mongolia, and many customers have not yet accepted it, this study was carried out to determine the factors affecting the adoption of online banking services by customers, as well as to examine the relationship between online banking services, satisfaction and adoption, the main tool for collecting data was a questionnaire that was developed on a 5 point Likert scale to be able to collect good quantitative data. In the course of the work, it was found that there was a positive relationship between online banking and satisfaction, which is consistent with the data obtained Al hawari and Ward, 2005 . In the work, it is recommended to pay more attention and focus efforts to individual clients. In addition, online banking service providers should look for indicators of innovative ways to raise awareness of the service through participation in trade organizations, exhibitions, and the introduction of new online banking technologies.
