Review on Vulnerabilities of IoT Security 物联网安全漏洞研究综述

The IoT is the development production of the computer science and communication technology. The vulnerable nature of IoT is related to the security and privacy issues. The user may face as the consequence of the spread of IoT technology. The survey is focused on security loopholes arising out of the information exchange technologies used in IoT. Data analytics utilizes IoT and Big Data and it faces security challenges to protect their important data. In 2020, the wide amount of data could be generated by using the technologies of IoT and Big Data. The purpose of this survey is to analyze the vulnerable security issues and risk involved in each layer of the IoT as per to our knowledge the first survey with some goals.

As a great teaching tool, using simulated data helps us understand the intricacies of statistical concepts and techniques. The process of generating multivariate normal data is a nontrivial process and practical guides without dense mathematics are limited in the literature (Nissen and Saft, 2014). Hence, the purpose of this paper is to offer researchers a practical guide for and a quick access to generating multivariate random data with a given mean and variance-covariance structure. A detailed outline of simulating multivariate normal data with a given mean and variancecovariance matrix using Eigen (or spectral) and Cholesky decompositions is presented and implemented in statistical computing platform R version 3.4.4 (R Core Team, 2018).

Touch Less Touch Screen Technology 触摸屏技术

Gone are the days when you have to fiddle with the touch screens and end grazing up. Touch screen displays are pervasive worldwide. Frequent touching a touchscreen display with a pointing device such as a finger or if there is any scratch caused due to major problems can result in the gradual de-sensitization of the touchscreen to input and can ultimately lead to blip of the touchscreen. To avoid this, a simple user interface for Touchless control of electrically operated equipment is being developed. Elliptic Labs innovative technology lets you control your apparatuses like Computers, MP3 players or mobile phones without touching them. A simple user interface for Touchless control of electrically operated equipment. Unlike other systems which depend on distance to the sensor or sensor selection this system depends on hand and or finger motions, a hand wave in a certain direction, or a riffle of the hand in one area, or holding the hand in one area or pointing with one finger for example. The device is based on optical pattern recognition using a solid state optical matrix sensor with a lens to detect hand motions. This sensor is then connected near to a digital image processor, which interprets the patterns of motion and outputs the results as signals to control fixtures, appliances, machinery, or any device well-regulated concluded electrical signals.

Liquidity-Profitability Trade-Off: A Panel Study of Listed Non-Financial Firms in Ghana 流动性与盈利能力的权衡:加纳非金融上市公司的面板研究

This is an Open Access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/ by/4.0) ABSTRACT This study sought to explore the trade-off between liquidity and the profitability of non-financial firms listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE). A panel data extracted from the audited and published annual reports of fifteen (15) selected firms for the period 2008 to 2017 was used for the study. In the study, liquidity was surrogated by the Cash Flow Ratio (CFR) and the Cash Ratio (CaR), whilst profitability was proxied by Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). After undertaken some diagnostic and specification tests to address the basic assumptions of the Classical Linear Regression Model (CLRM), the study uncovered that, cash flow ratio had a significantly positive effect on the firms’ profitability as measured by ROCE [β=0.1050416, (p=0.038)<0.05], but the cash ratio had an insignificantly negative influence on the firms’ profitability as measured by ROCE [β= -0.0805403, (p=0.306)>0.05]. It was further discovered that, the cash flow ratio and the cash ratio had a combined significant effect on the firms’ profitability as measured by ROCE [Wald chi2(1)=7.43, (p=0.0244)<0.05]. In order to ensure continuous survival and success, the firms should not play with the issue of liquidity management. The entities are expected to maintain an optimal liquidity level that will be capable of performing the ‘twin’ role of meeting their financial obligations and at the same time maximizing their shareholders’ wealth. This optimal liquidity level could be obtained if the establishments are to meet the standards set by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE). Adhering to these standards will help the firms to reduce the cases of financial distress. In other words, the firms should keep an adequate level of liquidity that will not portend their going concern status, and yet allow them to make ample returns on their investments. Thus, the firms should strike a balance (trade-off) between their liquidity and profitability. Also, surplus liquidity and inadequate liquidity are two financial ailments that can simply wear down the firms’ profitability. Therefore, the establishments must embrace liquidity management in their attempt to optimize profitability. This could be attained if the firms lessen the amounts they hold in cash and focus more on investments so that, they could gain higher returns rather than tying them down in idle cash. From the perspective of theory, the outcome of this study is in tandem with that of prior studies by bringing to light the effect of liquidity on firms’ financial performance as measured by ROCE. The objective of this work is to illustrate the procedure adopted in using Taguchi Method to a drilling operation. The OA , S/N ratio, and the ANOVA are employed to study the performance of drilling operation.
