The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work stress and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Perisai Bintang Sakti. The theory used in this study is related to work stress, organizational culture and employee performance. This study used a type of quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire. The total population in this study is 50 employees with a saturated sample technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used data quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and the coefficient of determination. From the results of tests conducted partially work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect, and simultaneously work stress and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. This research suggests that companies always organize and pay attention to the level of employee work stress by holding joint entertainment such as joint karaoke can reduce work stress due to the workload provided, it is necessary to establish good cooperation with employees and division heads with the aim that more monitoring of employee activities can run well.

The study analyzed the impact of recruitment and career development on employee performance in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Office of South Sumatera Province. A quantitative approach was used, and data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 76 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-test, and F-test. The research findings indicate that recruitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.041. Similarly, career development also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000. Furthermore, both recruitment and career development together have a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination analysis reveals that the variables of recruitment and career development explain 23.4% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 76.6% is influenced or explained by other variables beyond the scope of this study

Crude Palm Oil CPO) merupakan komoditas yang dimiliki Indonesia dengan total ekspor yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar dan inflasi pada volume ekspor CPO. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan untuk pengolahan data nya menggunakan aplikasi EViews (Econometric Views) 12.0. Adapun data yang yang akan digunakan ialah data sekunder time series pada masa pandemi COVID-19, yakni data bulanan pada periode 2019-2021. Berdasarkan hasil analisis linier berganda yang digunakan ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan pada volume ekspor CPO Indonesia selama masa pandemi. Ini menujukkan bahwa dimasa pandemi, penurunan ekspor pada komoditas CPO didorong karena terganggunya logistik perdagangan internasional yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pengiriman barang antar negara. Sementara itu, inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume ekspor CPO selama masa pandemi. Ini berarti inflasi menyebabkan kenaikan-kenaikan harga pada barang-barang komoditas yang akan menyebabkan menurunnya permintaan CPO.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at the National Land Agency Office in Palembang City. Employee productivity is the relative work output compared to the set standards. It serves as a measure for evaluating the capability and performance of employees and provides valuable information related to human resources in a company. The research is a quantitative descriptive study using questionnaires. The sample size for this study is 60 employees at the National Land Agency Office in Palembang City. The data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the t-test results, the variable of work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The significance value is 0.043 < 0.05, and the t-value is 2.067 > t-table 2.002. Similarly, the variable of work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, and the t-value is 3.899 > t-table 2.002. These results indicate that both work motivation and discipline have a significant impact on employee productivity. Furthermore, the simultaneous test (F-test) shows that both work motivation and discipline together have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. The obtained F-value is 10.087, while the F-table value is 3.16, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.689 or 68.9% indicates that both work motivation and discipline significantly affect employee productivity at the National Land Agency Office in Palembang City.

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh internal audit dan efektivitas pengendalian internal terhadap kemampuan deteksi kecurangan (fraud) pada perguruan tinggi vokasi di Indonesia. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel dependen yaitu deteksi kecurangan (fraud) kemudian untuk variabel independent yaitu Internal Audit dan Efektivitas Pengendalian Internal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan media kuisioner, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 62 jumlah sampel perguruan tinggi vokasi yang telah memimiliki satuan pengawasan internal (SPI). Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan dengan uji asumsi klasik, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis dilaksanakan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS V26. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisis statistik secara parsial variabel efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan deteksi kecurangan pada perguruan tinggi indonesia dan variabel internal audit berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan deteksi kecurangan pada perguruan tinggi Indonesia. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan variabel internal audit dan efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan deteksi kecurangan (fraud) pada perguruan tinggi vokasi di Indonesia.

Several risks along the supply chain process will cause various kinds of problems, the flow of the raw material procurement process is determined by the roles of several stakeholders such as purchasing, supply chain, production, customer service, and logistics. This research is focused on determining the risks during the procurement of production raw materials and determining the best way to handle the existing risks. House of Risk (HOR) is a method used in this study, which consists of 2 stages with the first stage determining the risk events and risk agents and determining the priority of the risk agent, the second stage determining the priority of risk mitigation. The results of the first stage of HOR found 23 risk events and 24 risk agents with the highest ARP values were (A2) sudden request changes. In the second stage of HOR with the highest ETDK value (PA1) conducts inventory control.

This study uses causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 80 people using a random sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that service rates (X1) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) as evidenced by the t-value of 7.167 > the t-table value of 1.991, so the first hypothesis is proven. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant influence of location (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) with a t count of 3,908 > t-table value of 1,991, so the second hypothesis is proven. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant effect of service quality (X3) on customer loyalty (Y) with a t count of 8.881 > t-table value of 1.991, so the third hypothesis is proven. The results of the f test show that service rates (X1), location (X2), and service quality (X3) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a calculated f value of 130.309 > f table value of 3.11 so that the fourth hypothesis is proven. The results of the coefficient of determination test can be seen as the value of the coefficient of determination or R Square of 0.772 or equal to 77.2%. This study aims to determine the effect of CRM on customer satisfaction, the effect of CRM on customer loyalty, and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Resto Padang in Palembang City. As many as 100 customers obtained the quantitative research method by sampling using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the CRM study had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction counting (24,037) > t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.000) values < 0.05. The customer satisfaction statistical test results significantly affect customer loyalty (t-value=8,459) > t-table=1,984). The CRM statistical test does not significantly affect customer loyalty. This is clearly seen with the calculation result (0.296) < t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.767) > 0.05. Consumer satisfaction statistics test significantly affects customer loyalty.

As many as 100 customers obtained the quantitative research method by sampling using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the CRM study had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction counting (24,037) > t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.000) values < 0.05. The customer satisfaction statistical test results significantly affect customer loyalty (t-value=8,459) > t-table=1,984). The CRM statistical test does not significantly affect customer loyalty. This is clearly seen with the calculation result (0.296) < t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.767) > 0.05. This article describes the economic concept of Pancasila based on strategic values based on five principles developed by the founders of the country. The Indonesian economy is still an established capitalist economic system and has not yet been able to rise. During the reform period, the head of state has not been able to fully represent a humane, prosperous, and socially just economy. The economic life of the Indonesian people is still colored by policies of deregulation, privatization, and trade liberalization which are detrimental to the interests of the Indonesian people. The research method uses library research. This study shows that the Pancasila economy has the spirit of divinity, humanity, national unity, democracy, and social justice. The conclusion of this study is that the Pancasila economy exists in the form of cooperatives as the main pillar that aims to achieve the welfare of the Indonesian people.

Changes in work life such as changes in working hours and changes in work patterns are the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, which must be addressed positively by company leaders with employees so that they continue to work professionally. The purpose of empirical studies is to analyze the direct and indirect influence of transformational leadership (T.L.) on E.E. through meaningfulness of work (M.W.) and personal resources (P.R.). The respondents of the study were 134 employees at CV X Madiun City. The test was carried out by path analysis and Sobel test. The results of hypothesis testing show that: 1) T.L. significantly increases E.E., M.W., and P.R.; 2) M.W. increases P.R. significantly, and mediates the effect of T.L. on E.E. significantly; 3) P.R. significantly increase E.E. and mediate the effect of T.L on E.E significantly.
