The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of Creativity by Dante Alighieri in modern popular culture. Dante Alighieri's "Divine Comedy" is actively exploited by modern mass culture. The reasons for the appeal of mass culture to this work are its saturation with vivid images, entertainment, saturation with archetypal images, which makes it possible for a wide audience to experience them. In the works of mass culture of a higher level, the appeal to "The Divine Comedy" attracts by the fact that it makes it possible to show the movement of the protagonist or civilization from suffering to happiness, from savagery and barbarism to harmony. Also from the works of Dante, the theme of hell and demonism is most actively borrowed. The idea of grotesque realism and (partly) feastful images make it possible to adequately interpret many works of modern mass culture. In the same way, it can be assumed that works devoted to the themes of hell, demonism and the otherworldly allows the consumer to go through a symbolic rebirth. Immersed in the world of fictional passions, frightened by eerie and grotesque images, the average resident of a globalized metropolis can return with renewed vigor to his ordinary life and daily duties.

The article attempts to highlight the conceptual aspects of the integration processes of law and information in the process of formation of the information society. It is emphasized that the structural elements of the information model have an independent categorical legal significance. As a category of law, information reflects the signs of life situations in their specific images, which gives it legal significance. It is substantiated that the interdependence, development and integration of information and law as social phenomena has led to the active influence of information and related structures on the legal system, which has led to the knowledge of new patterns in the development of jurisprudence. In turn, it is demonstrated that the legal system is no less active in responding to modern information realities through internal reflection and self-development towards ensuring law and order in the information sphere.

The goal of the article is to study the essence of hybrid warfare within the sociological aspect. The paper focuses on the essence of “soft power” as the basis of a certain social technology that comprises the system of means and methods of purposeful action on social processes, the life of people under a hybrid war. The essence of organisational weapons is highlighted in the sociological context. It is noted that organisational weapons are based on special technologies of organisational management reflexion, which are aimed at representatives of social groups and institutions who are directly or indirectly involved in the long-term and short-term regulation of the behaviour of the population. The mechanism of the organizational weapons impact on the value and semantic models of social reality perception is determined.

Documented from time immemorial, from Athens Thucydides to the Spanish flu and COVID-19 of the third millennium, they have always been and will be with humanity. This study provides a philosophical-historical and socio-philosophical assessment of the devastation y crisis caused by the cholera and bubonic plague epidemic in the nascent Republic of Chile in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

The article explores the specifics of philosophizing in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Various versions of comprehension of a new reality, expressed by famous thinkers, are analyzed. The specificity of social and personal life is shown in the context of the theory of viral modernity in combination with the experience of global digital control. The modern pandemic situation has been rethought as an extraordinary event, which, in contrast to the temporality of familiar experience, radically changes the sense of time in the conditions of daily life of covid.

The article is devoted to defining the role of art management in S. Diaghilev's seasons. From the traditional enterprise, which existed in the theater on the rights of a certain syncretic activity, when famous directors were responsible for repertoire policy, financial affairs, selection of the troupe, to differential production, which became a cluster of artistic management, there is a long distance in the mediation stage space. This activity involves the creation of a synthetic work of art, where any organizational function is a refrain of the type and style of directing. S. Diaghilev was mainly a manager who set the type of directing in choreography, stage activities in general.

The article presents the experience of the Chilean schools’ activities in the post-occupation period in Mapuche. The features of the state educational politics are reconstructed within the framework of asymmetric intercultural relations. It is shown that the school became an active agent in achieving monoculturalism and the introduction of Western knowledge which did not fulfill its mission: the people of Mapuche managed to survive when the attempts of control and conquest were taken; today, there is also an opposing cultural resistance to the state, which operates the logic of excluding ethnic and linguistic diversity.

The article considers the geopolitical positioning of Ukraine under the conditions of formation of a multipolar model of the world order. The main factors influencing the place and role of Ukraine on the modern geopolitical map of the world are revealed. The territory of Ukraine has always been at the center of geopolitical events. Ukraine at the beginning XXI century is on the latitudinal geopolitical axis, the poles of which are the European Union and the Russian Federation. It is concluded that the effective geopolitical positioning of Ukraine at the present stage is the eastern outpost of Western democratic civilization, which resists the authoritarian threat from the East to the entire collective West. Ukraine's European choice requires concretization and clear definition of the terms of accession to the EU as a full member. Otherwise, it is necessary to revise the geostrategic doctrine towards greater sovereignty within the framework of Euro-Atlantic civilization.

An article devoted to the study of the main points of using "fake news" for manipulations of the mass consciousness for the purpose of informational and psychological influence. "Fake news" is seen as a covert influence. Information intrusion, manipulation, and the use of socio-psychological influence are a serious threat to both the basic principles of a democratic society and the personal information and psychological security of citizens. The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of "fake news" and ways to overcome them to ensure information security of the state.
