Exploring Determinants of Housing Price Index in the Saudi economy 探索沙特经济中住房价格指数的决定因素

Different macroeconomic factors affect the housing price index. In this study, the Saudi Arabian gross domestic product per capita and the consumer price index are two determinants that are examined using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The analysis discovered two co-integration correlations between the three variables. Over time, consumer prices have a favorable effect. The three variables seem to mutually promote one another over the long run. Future studies in the area should investigate additional monetary and fiscal variables that might affect Saudi house prices.

Crimes of neocolonialism in modern Palestine: land and freedom 现代巴勒斯坦的新殖民主义罪行:土地与自由

Based on a field visit. I aim to explore aspects of “crimes of neocolonialism” in modern Palestine from the mid-20th century till the present. Oppression, displacement, and colonization take place mainly through land confiscation and denial of use and access, and (Israeli) state suppression and criminalization are a usual answer to Palestinian resistance. Using a personal narrative too, I will try to present the mechanisms, uncover their consequences of the above and connect with concepts such as neocolonialism, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

The Impact of Natural Gas Imports on the Current Account Deficit in Turkey 天然气进口对土耳其经常账户赤字的影响

The current account deficit is an important macroeconomic indicator that determines the future economic expectations and economic policies to be implemented. In developing countries such as Turkey, for the current account deficit problem, it is extremely important to ensure the implementation of various economic policies and measures. In Turkey, after natural gas reserves were found in 2020, energy imports, foreign dependence on energy imports, and energy issues, such as the share of current account deficit have been raised. The study, between the years 2009-2019 examines the impact on the current deficit of natural gas imports occurred in Turkey. In the study, the Unit Root Test and Granger causality tests were applied while considering the relationship between current account deficit and natural gas imports. Depending on the results obtained; while there is no Granger causality from current account deficit to natural gas imports, in the case where the current account deficit is dependent on natural gas imports; It has been determined that there is Granger causality from natural gas imports to the current account deficit. It is seen that the increase in natural gas imports caused an increase in the current account deficit. According to this analysis, it was concluded that if there is a natural gas resource in our country and it reduces foreign dependency, it will create a reducing effect on the current account deficit, which is seen as one of the most important indicators.

Cambodia’s New Digital Signature, E-Commerce and Consumer Protection Laws: Key Components of a Bold Strategy for Dramatic Future Economic Growth 柬埔寨新的数字签名、电子商务和消费者保护法:实现未来经济大幅增长的大胆战略的关键组成部分

Cambodia has a bold new strategy to stimulate E-commerce and to grow the economy. The Digital Signature (DSL), Consumer Protection (CPL), and E-Commerce Laws (ECL) are important components of that strategy. The DSL provides for licensing of certifying authorities and does not prohibit other types of E-signatures. The CPL prohibits deceptive advertising and creates a consumer complaint procedure. The ECL recognizes the legal validity of secure E-documents and E-signatures, including as evidence in a court of law. The ECL states requirements of secure E-signatures and secure E-documents; E-contract rules; rules for liability of internet service providers and E-sellers; E-government provisions; E-payments services rules; and computer crimes. The ECL should be improved by: (a) recognizing electronic wills, powers of attorney, and real estate documents; (b) adding attribution rules and acknowledge receipt rules for E-contracts; (c) adding mandatory E-government; (d) adding a comprehensive computer crimes law; and (e) adding IT Courts.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and competence to organizational performance simultaneously, determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of an organization partially, the effect of competence to organizational performance partially, determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational performance partially, determine the effect of the working environment to organizational performance through job satisfaction and the effect of competence to organizational performance through job satisfaction. The study was conducted at PT. Ubin Keramik Kemenangan. Sampling using saturated samples involving 161 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis.Based on data analysis known that the working environment and competence variables affect the performance of the organization simultaneously. Work environment variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Competence variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Competence variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Job satisfaction can provide an improved impact between the work environment and competence to organizational performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior and compensation to organizational performance simultaneously, determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior to organizational performance partially determine the effect of compensation to organizational performance partially determine the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance partially determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior on performance through organizational commitment and determine the effect of compensation to organizational performance through organizational commitment variable. The study was conducted on the organization of PT. Merak Beton Jaya Cikarang. Sampling using saturated samples involving 90 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis.Based on data analysis known that variable of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation effect on organizational performance simultaneously. Organizational citizenship behavior variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Variable compensation effect on organizational performance partially. Organizational commitment variables affect the performance of an organization partially. The influence of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation to organizational performance is smaller than through the commitment of the organization of work.

Postmodernism, Postmodernist Fiction, Apocalypse and Fantasy 后现代主义,后现代主义小说,启示录和幻想

Terms like 'modern', 'postmodern' and 'contemporary' are subject-centered, and not based on any historical or objective phenomenon or personality. Everyone feels that something called 'Postmodernism' has happened, but, as regards its true nature and causes, opinion is divided; a few people say postmodernism is a fiction. There is also a problem with the nomenclature. What was referred to as 'contemporary', for example, in 1956 by the writers of that year will not be so to the generation of Y2K. All these terms tend to shift about what is known as PP in temporal logic, which itself keeps moving on the time scale. When we rename modern literature as the age of T.S. Eliot, we assign it a slot in the historical perspective. A further complication is created by the use of ‘modern’ and 'modernist', ‘postmodern’ and ‘postmodernist' as well as ‘contemporary.’ We may, perhaps, safely assume that its element in each case signifies the avant-garde, a group of authors in the respective period that is distinguished by experimentation and innovation. While attempts to accord the postmodern period a definitive time frame (which includes the postmodernist movement in arts and literature) remain in an inconclusive stage, let us assume that postmodernism encompasses the period from the fifties to the present time, which is open-endeded. It should also be noted that some postmodernist writers concentrate on new tones and new reality rather than experimental techniques.

All these terms tend to shift about what is known as PP in temporal logic, which itself keeps moving on the time scale. When we rename modern literature as the age of T.S. Eliot, we assign it a slot in the historical perspective. A further complication is created by the use of ‘modern’ and 'modernist', ‘postmodern’ and ‘postmodernist' as well as ‘contemporary.’ We may, perhaps, safely assume that its element in each case signifies the avant-garde, a group of authors in the respective period that is distinguished by experimentation and innovation. While attempts to accord the postmodern period a definitive time frame (which includes the postmodernist movement in arts and literature) remain in an inconclusive stage, let us assume that postmodernism encompasses the period from the fifties to the present time, which is open-endeded. This study aimed to determine the effect of return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), the exchange rate on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. Data were taken from 2008 to 2016. The data were analyzed using with regression. The results showed that in partial return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) effect on stock prices and exchange ratespartially no effect on stock prices. Variable return on return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) and the exchange rate simultaneously positive and significant effect on the stock price.

This study aimed to determine the effect of exchange rate and interest rate SBI to simultaneously benefit the company's shares, determine the effect of the exchange rate to gain partial shares of the company and determine the effect of SBI interest rate of the company's stock price partially.The study was conducted at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The data used for 4 years were taken monthly or as many as 48 data. The data is sourced from the website of Bank Indonesia, Foam Indonesia, and the World Investment Securities.Based on data analysis known that the variable exchange rates and interest rates SBI affect the company's stock gains simultaneously. Calculated F value of 16.943 with a significance of 0.00. The significance value of less than 0.05 is the value of alpha. R squared value of 43.0%. It means variable exchange rate and the SBI interest rate effect on profit shares of the company amounted to 43.0% while the rest influenced by other variables not included in the model equations. The exchange rate has no effect on the company's stock gains were studied. T value of 0.872 with a significance value of 0.388. The significance values greater than 0.05. R squared value of 1.6%. This value shows the effect of the exchange rate variable to stock gains of 1, 6% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in the analysis tables. Thus study aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on organizational performance, influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of an organization partially, the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance partially, the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational performance through citizenship behavior of organizations, the influence of organizational culture on performance organization through through organizational citizenship behavior. The study was conducted at PT. Dharma Electrindo Manufacturing. Sampling using random samples involving 300 employees. Analysis of data using path analysis.Based on data analysis found that the variable of emotional intelligence and organizational culture influence on organizational performance simultaneously. Emotional intelligence variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational culture variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior variables on the performance of organization affect the performance of an organization partially.
