This work is a literature review with a qualitative approach focused on raising in Database, scientific articles, TCC, dissertations and theses, related to the teaching and learning process, specifically in Biology, in the (post) pandemic context. For this, we selected works that were related to the informed requirements. In this way, the research allowed to return results on what was proposed, but little quantitative when aimed at post-pandemic education. In this sense, it is believed that investigations like this are relevant to the area of Natural Sciences, since the teaching and learning of specifically biology skills reflect not only on biological knowledge, but inherent to the student’s practice as a citizen in a society of changes. Based on the results and dialogues of the work, it was considered that it is still a new theme when focused on the characteristics presented and significantly relevant, therefore, further research on the subject is urgently needed.

This article aims to describe experiences from research projects entitled “Children’s calendar incompleteness and racial inequality: birth cohorts (BRISA) in northeastern and southeastern Brazil and“ Spatial analysis of the children’s calendar in São Luís ”that took place from 2016 to 2019 in the Graduate Program in Public Health (PPGSC) of the Federal University of Maranhão. This report consists of the perceptions of the scholarship holders involved and the techniques produced by them that aimed to apply spatial analysis techniques in GIS and geoprocessing to analyze variables that influence childhood vaccination, while maps were produced to discuss the themes covered. Therefore, these experiences are fundamental in educational institutions, especially to broaden the horizons of future specialists in geosciences and geotechnologies, as it allows to take from theory to future technical praxis concomitant with their professions.

This work is based on practical field activities, linked to the “Coastal Geomorphology” discipline, taught in a condensed form (2018.4) provided for the academic calendar of the Federal University of Maranhão. Emphasis is placed on the pedagogical resources addressed as a form of teaching, with the insertion of practical activities that facilitated and optimized learning, through elements that are essential for the fixation of knowledge by students. In the scope of Geography and other sciences such as Geomorphology, Geology and Oceanography, the analysis and understanding of landscape observations, in a scenario of coastal areas of Maranhão State, with emphasis on the exceptional region of “Lencóis Maranhenses”, in the geotourism route, consisted in a great experience, whose elements deserved to be brought and highlighted here.

This research is bibliographical and presents the historical context of urban planning as well as concepts of sustainability, security and egalitarian distribution within this scenario, advancing to the concepts of smart cities, their definitions and how they relate to urban planning. The study presents and reflects on the importance of the smart urban planning tool as a protagonist for the construction of really effective smart cities in the promotion of sustainable, safe cities that provide well-being for their inhabitants.

INTRODUCTION: Access to basic education has advanced a lot with educational policies that have made possible disciplines such as chemistry present in the environment where we live in the school routine. OBJECTIVE: The aim was to observe from the point of view of students in the 9th year of an elementary school in a resident settlement in the extreme south of Bahia. MATERIALS AND METHODS: RESULTS: Through a descriptive and qualitative observation research, carried out during the application of the curricular component of chemistry. It was observed that in their homes, it is present in substances such as water, chlorine, soap, and inorganic foods, animal husbandry, chemistry is part of the balance of development, in the community, electricity, television and radio, of cooking gas and wood stoves, as well as the balance in minimizing zoonoses that affect animal and human life. CONCLUSION: Therefore, chemistry involves much more than complex concepts and calculations, it is a collection of the whys of reactions, phenomena within the daily life of each student.

He presents work aims to develop a mechanism capable of assisting the physical efforts of the spine. Exoskeletons are currently tools developed by the field of engineering with important work in the medical physiotherapeutic area and in the search for a better performance of the human capacity to lift loads, being that the main focus of the use of such tools in the movement more quickly and efficient. The device in development is composed of low weight and flexible cylindrical structures connected by means of the fastening brackets which provide a modular characteristic to the system. Such a feature allows the exoskeleton to be adapted to aid movement. The performance of the exoskeleton is also modular, and can be performed passively, by means of springs and shock absorbers, or actively through actuators or motors.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) represents the most common form of Motor Neuron Disease (MND), which is more frequent in adults and the elderly. The degenerative process of this disease has a complex etiology and is related to several factors. Its symptoms develop from a successive loss of both upper motor neurons (LMN), located in the cerebral cortex, and lower motor neurons (LMN), located in the brainstem and anterior horn of the spinal cord. Its diagnosis is often delayed and its prognosis is not favorable. This work reviewed data on ALS and the Genetic Panel Test arranged in physical and electronic media such as books, virtual libraries and databases. The findings of this study indicate that the genetic panel is extremely important for patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, since it allows the specific evaluation of the genes involved in this disease and their possible gene mutations, in addition to allowing the differentiation in their hereditary and sporadic.

Introduction: The pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been causing major impacts on public health. The main risk factor for the development of comorbidities is a sedentary lifestyle, so, due to the readjustment of habits, the emergence of negative impacts from this process is noticeable, such as the increase in physical inactivity and the acquisition of habits harmful to health. In this way, several recommendations have been released drawing attention to the follow-up of physical activity during the pandemic. Objectives: To identify in the literature, scientific evidence about the predisposing factors for physical inactivity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, through a descriptive and exploratory effort, carried out in the scientific databases: MEDLINE, SCIELO, BRISA and LILACS. Results and Discussions: From the realization of the titles and abstracts of the articles, 15 studies were selected and after reading in full, 11 were left to compose the final sample. In view of the analysis of the literature, it was evidenced that the lack of adherence to programs for physical exercises at home, through new technologies, blocked the integral assistance to the citizen in the context of the promotion of physical activity, as well as preexisting factors even before the pandemic, such as diseases non-communicable diseases, chronic degenerative diseases, long periods of physical immobility and social inequalities. Final considerations: The study showed that the difficulties in carrying out the practice exist, although there are paths that can be outlined to reverse this scenario. Therefore, public policies to promote physical activity are suggested, which are more consistent on the part of government agencies. In addition, adherence to technological resources also becomes a relevant alternative, combined with health education actions, so that the population has knowledge about the benefits and correct guidelines on how to carry out the practices.

Biological aging is relentless, active and irreversible, causing greater vulnerabilities to the body to external and internal aggressions. The objective of this work is to discuss general aspects that occur with aging, as well as the main causes of biological and psychological aging based on the scientific literature. This is a bibliographic review of the narrative literature review method, carried out from March 2022 to May 2022. The guiding question was: “What is the most relevant information about biological and psychological aging in the elderly?” The searches were carried out through the SciELO database (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Google Scholar and the Virtual Health Library (BVS). The descriptors/keywords used were: “Biological aging” and “Psychic aging” combined with the Boolean operator “AND” in the period from 2018 to 2021. Inclusion criteria were original and review studies made available in full in Portuguese. In total, 6 articles made up this study. The various factors of human aging are observed, and they point to losses, changes in sexual functionality, physical changes, in addition, the signs of functional aging appear discreetly throughout life, being called senescence. Biological and psychic aging occurs in different ways in each individual. The approach to aging must be multifaceted, as the quality of life of the elderly population can be positively and negatively affected by a wide range of factors
