The positioning of the social sciences guided by a logical positivist ideal is the motto of the approach and is built in a contemporary look, where the relations, event, bonds and conformations, are the product of a progressive dynamic that is done in a versatile way and far from a framed look fostered by predictability. Even though all this construction is supplemented by actions that seek to analyze all this mobilization, reality is reverberating and goes beyond premeditated standardization.

The exercise of teaching practice is strongly developed in undergraduate courses through teacher training programs, such as the Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID). And during the participation of future teachers in institutional programs, their first didactic impressions are created, as, for many, admission to the scholarship is done in the initial phase of the course, thus, this will be their first contact with the school context. In this way, PIBID enables undergraduate students to immerse themselves in the educational field even in the initial semesters, allowing them to act within their future field of work, which is the classroom. Being possible to develop and carry out activities that will be fundamental in your training. Given the above, this work aims to analyze the impact of PIBID on the initial training of teachers, especially students from the Faculty of Education of Crateús (FAEC), and to analyze the disadvantages of students who did not participate in PIBID. A bibliographical research was carried out for the theoretical foundation of this research and a field research, in which interviews were carried out with 22 FAEC students, 11 of which were former PIBID students from September 2018 to November 2019, and 11 students who did not participate in the program. To collect data for this research, a questionnaire was applied to these two audiences with questions, we divided the questions of students who had experience in PIBID (5 questions) and students who did not participate in PIBID (4 questions), with 3 questions being equal in both questionnaires. According to the bibliographic study and field research, the main data obtained found that the PIBID is very important for initial teacher education, making it essential that undergraduate students participate in the program, but not everyone has this opportunity to participate, as places are not enough for all students.

Intersex is an anomaly in the reproductive system, which characterizes animals that have ambiguity in the genital system. The documented report is of a dog that presented abnormalities in the external genitalia, with the presence of a hemipenis in its vulva. The animal was submitted to hormone dosage of progesterone, testosterone and estrogen. Imaging tests such as ultrasound and X-rays were performed, with an exploratory celiotomy and histopathology being chosen as the therapeutic approach. According to the findings in the imaging exams, testicular structure was observed in the location of the ovaries, and in the x-ray images it was possible to observe the presence of underdeveloped penile bone in the hemipenis. Hormone dosage indicated significant changes in testosterone increase 2,300 pg/ml, estrogen concentrations were 8.00 pg/ml being normal and high progesterone 0.91 ng/ml. Microscopic findings in histopathology indicated testicular structure present in the ovaries, thus concluding the diagnosis of true hermaphroditism.

Environmental Education is essential in people’s lives. Not all students have had the opportunity to participate in Environmental Education projects during their normal study time, however, today many students are involved in projects that help them build social values and protect the planet. The objective of this research was, through an electronic questionnaire, to verify the degree of knowledge that people have about Environmental Education. In total, 1,024 people from all Brazilian states responded to the questionnaire, with the highest percentage of responses from the female audience, aged between 15 and 45 years, who studied in public schools. Most participants have satisfactory knowledge about what Environmental Education is, however a high number of people stated that they have never participated in an Environmental Education project.

Objective: To create an evaluative instrument focused on the production of knowledge by students in Biology classes at a state school in the municipality of Sinop, Mato Grosso. Methodology: This is a descriptive study of the experience report type, developed with fourteen students of the 3rd year of high school between the months of September and November 2022. The evaluation instrument was constructed and developed during the classes of a Master’s discipline , formalized and applied by two master’s professors. It consists of two stages, developed by two teachers of basic education, Master’s students in Teaching Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the Federal University of Mato Grosso. The first stage was carried out in two moments: carrying out the circuit with the students, with the application of group activities, and subsequent socialization with the class. The second stage included the process of looking at what students think and feel in relation to the evaluative learning circuit as an evaluation process in the classroom, in Biology classes, and reflect, according to the view of these students, their concerns , that is, the positive and negative points of this evaluation instrument implemented in the classroom. Results: The proposal was accepted with great pleasure, since this reflection allowed both teachers involved to reflect on their practices in the classroom, seeking adaptations or improvements that may reflect on the students’ learning process. Likewise, students reported that the circuit was dynamic and brought learning in a lighter way, without leaving aside the scientific pedagogical context. Conclusion: It is possible to conclude, even partially, that the circuit is a positive instrument, which needs adaptations depending on the class with which the activity is developed. However, the learning and evaluation aspects must be considered in the same way, that is, none is more important than the other, but rather, they complement each other.

The growing quest to reduce the impacts generated on the environment, the application of materials of alternative origin in civil construction increases and the need for companies to reduce costs through the recycling of materials that would be disposed of in the trash. One of these materials is PET (polyethylene terephthalate), a material with certain resistance and flexibility. This study envisages analyzing the tensile strength of concrete when incorporated with fiber or PET bottle powder as an addition, verifying the feasibility of this union.

However, it is worth mentioning that there is a limiting factor for production in the cerrado, which is the low natural fertility of its main type of soil, these soils with intense weathering are strongly acidic, have low saturation of bases and predominance of iron and aluminum oxides that adsorb phosphates. The objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of the bacteria Pseudomonas putida and Pantoea agglomerans, present in the commercial product Phospho Bavar-2, as potential phosphorus solubilizing bacteria (BSP) in latosols, acting in the conversion of non-labile phosphorus into forms readily available to plants. . The experiment was carried out from 03/11/2019 to 04/03/2020 at the experimental farm of IFMT Campus Sorriso in red yellow latosol. The treatments consisted of different doses of triple superphosphate in seeds treated with the bacteria Pseudomonas putida and Pantoea agglomerans, present in Biofertilizante BARVAR-P-2® from Green Biotech Brasil. The treatments were: T1 (Without inoculant+100% fertilizer dose), T2: (With inoculant+100% fertilizer dose), T3: (With inoculant+50% fertilizer dose), T4 (Comm inoculant+0% fertilizer dose), T5: (Without inoculant+50% fertilizer dose), T6: (Without inoculant+0% fertilizer dose). There was no significant interaction between inoculant use and productivity in Kg/Ha-1. However, when comparing the productivity averages achieved in the experiment with productivity data at regional and national level, it is possible to verify satisfactory averages that may be directly related to the use of the product.

Literary writing is the democratic form of inclusion and development of student aptitude, in which everyone can participate, it is a challenging and stimulating pedagogical activity, in addition to enhancing the development of skills and competencies for meaningful and reflective learning with Mathematics . The school is a space for this “habit-forming force, as it provides those who are directly or indirectly subjected to its influence, not so much particular and particularized thought schemes, but a general disposition that generates particular schemes capable of being applied in different contexts”. different fields of thought and action which can be called cultivated habutus”. The objective of the article is to present reports of experience of encouraging literary writing with Mathematics with students of the 9th year of Elementary School, stimulating in them the taste for reading and writing with the culture of reading more and writing better, turning to the Mathematics area. The present research also reflects on the importance of the creative didactic transposition of Mathematics contents in the school environment and emphasizes the need for teachers to be equipped to build this knowledge in an innovative and integrated way to the students’ daily lives. in a private teaching unit in Nossa Senhora da Glória, Sergipe, specifically with 9th grade students. The applied methodology is Brainstorming. This technique consists of showing that the student can create a list of ideas on a topic, pointing out everything they can think of on a given topic or subject, transporting it to the types of literary genres: poetry, short stories, chronicles, associating these categories for the universe of Mathematics such as: numbers, geometry, magnitudes and measurements, algebra and statistics. Using mathematical concepts and language for the formulation and writing of texts. Thus contributing for the student to think, do differently, lead to the fantastic world of mathematical knowledge.

Road works and other civil works involve large amounts of materials and earth movements that could be minimized with the best use of material from the construction site itself, through the process of improving the soil obtained from the union with materials able to add resistance. This is because, when the soil is loaded, it tends to deform and this disturbance alters the load flow of the structure, modifying the effort value achieved in the project. For these reasons, the objective of this work was to analyze the mechanical resistance of materials applied in the improvement and stabilization of soils. Therefore, knowing the lineage of this theme, this study was developed with the intention of identifying, in the literature, consistent treatments that favor the inheritance of soil resistance. This is an integrative review carried out on scientific data sources: Scientific Electronic Online Library (SciELO) and Google Scholar. Searches for studies were carried out from August to December 2022. The descriptors selected to search for data were: road works, soil improvement and soil stabilization. The inclusion criteria for the selection of scientific articles were: articles published from 2001 to 2017, in Portuguese; monographs, theses, dissertations, available and complete articles. Exclusion criteria were: publications of repeated articles in databases. To implement soil stabilization, many issues need to be persistent, in the study one of them was that the cement presents stable performance in soil stabilization, reaching SSI rates above 80% for base according to DNIT. As well as the alternative materials, they present the values for application in base and subgrade, with the superior capacity of 2% of ISC for the subgrade when applied with sludge ash and lime reaching the guidelines for use in the base.

Introduction: The pancreas is in the cranial abdomen with its left lobe positioned between the greater curvature of the stomach and the transverse colon. Its diseases occur frequently, being underdiagnosed due to the nonspecificity of clinical signs and the difficulty of access to the organ through diagnostic imaging, biopsy, and the lack of specific clinicopathological tests. Objective: To verify the main predisposing factors and identify the cause of this disease in felines, through an integrative review. Methodology: This is an integrative review, based on 5 scientific articles, published between the years 2017 to 2022, in the MEDLINE, LILACS, SciELO, VETINDEX, DeepDyve and Google Scholar databases. Data analysis through the collection of information and description of the main data found. Results: Diseases of the exocrine pancreas occur frequently, so pancreatitis refers to inflammation caused by the self- digestion of this organ by secreted pancreatic enzymes that are activated within acinar cells due to a failure of the host’s defense mechanism, which leads to a systemic and local lesion, occurring in conjunction with the activity of pancreatic enzymes and inflammatory mediators such as kinins and free radicals. Final considerations: The diagnosis of the disease is difficult to occur due to the nonspecificity of clinical signs and exams, the treatment of pancreatitis aims to reduce pancreatic activity without causing further damage to the pancreas and adjacent organs and to treat the disease itself since the cause of this is rarely identified.
