Objective: To explore the effect of reality oriented training combined with Group diversified art therapy on social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: 60 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were hospitalized for a long time in our hospital were selected for the implementation of reality oriented training combined with Group diversified art therapy. The activities of daily living, social function and rehabilitation scores of patients before and after the implementation were compared. Results: after intervention, ADL score, SDSS score and IPROS score were significantly decreased (p<0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of reality oriented training combined with Group diversified art therapy for patients with chronic schizophrenia can improve the daily living ability and social function of patients, and promote the better recovery of patients.

During influenza season, the influenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) can cause severe respiratory infections. The clinical manifestation of symptoms caused by COVID-19, influenza virus and RSV are very similar. We conducted the performance characteristics of the Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2/Flu/RSV combined assay in China and came up with the detection results of the two detection methods are almost the same for all targets, and the consistency rate is close to 100%.This indicates that the assay is of great clinical value for distinguishing infections caused by these four viruses.

This study aimed to explore the maintenance effect of dietary carotenoids and lutein on the eye health of elderly people. By analyzing the types and characteristics of carotenoids, as well as the characteristics of lutein and its interaction with carotenoids, we have studied their mechanism of action in eye health. Further, we discussed in detail the specific effects of dietary carotenoids and lutein on the eye health of older people, including the prevention of macular degeneration and other senile eye diseases, the improvement of vision, and the impact on light sensitivity. In order to help the elderly effectively take in these nutrients, we provide suggestions on the selection and use of foods containing carotenoids and lutein, as well as suggestions and precautions for dietary plans. Finally, through a case study, we show the positive impact of adopting good diet and supplement strategies on eye health in a real case.

To explore the potential and challenges of tumour stem cells in the treatment of digestive tract tumours, the article analyses the key role of tumour stem cells in tumourigenesis and treatment resistance using a systematic review as an approach. Tumour stem cells are capable of self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation, which have a significant impact on long-term tumour survival and recurrence. Therapeutic strategies for targeting tumour stem cells include labelling and isolation techniques as well as the development of targeted drugs aimed at improving therapeutic efficacy and prolonging patient survival. However, therapeutic resistance caused by tumour stem cells remains one of the challenges and requires further in-depth studies and effective therapeutic strategies, providing theoretical support for future clinical studies and the development of individualized treatment protocols.

This aim is to explore the relevant factors affecting in-stent restenosis after coronary intervention procedures. Relevant research literature was searched through domestic and international databases and Meta-analysis was performed. Smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid level, number of implanted stents, and stent length were significantly associated with in-stent restenosis (P<0.05). Factors such as gender, age, body mass index, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and left ventricular ejection fraction were not significantly correlated with in-stent restenosis (P>0.05).

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is currently the leading cause of cancer death worldwide. NSCLC patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations were treated with EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), but EGFR mutations combined with other genes had a shorter survival. However, the P53 gene mutation is a common combined mutation in patients with NSCLC with EGFR gene mutation. This review summarizes the development of targeted NSCLC for EGFR with P53 mutations.

Objective: To investigate the comprehensive impact of maintenance hemodialysis treatment on patients and their families, in order to improve their quality of life and enhance treatment effectiveness. Method: Colaizzi phenomenological analysis is used to analyze data and extract themes. Results: The comprehensive impact of maintenance hemodialysis treatment can be summarized into five themes: decreased work ability, disease restriction of life freedom, decreased physical function, decreased quality of life, and increased family burden. Conclusion: Hemodialysis has a significant impact on patients and their families, with economic, physical, and psychological impacts, directly reducing their quality of life. It is recommended to adopt multidimensional strategies to improve the quality of life and treatment outcomes of patients.

Numerous studies have shown that the central nervous system plays a crucial role in regulating feeding behavior [1]. Within the central nervous system, many nuclei and neural circuitry are involved in regulating feeding behavior, such as the ventral tegmental area (VTA), lateral hypothalamus (LH), tuberomammillary nucleus (TN), and amygdala (CeA). Among these, the lateral hypothalamus is a critical target for the regulation of homeostatic feeding. Previous studies on LH regulation of feeding behavior have mostly focused on neurons and neural circuits, with relatively fewer studies on astrocytes.

Painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, as an important diagnostic technique in modern medicine, is crucial for patient comfort and examination quality. Remimazolam, as a novel sedative drug, has demonstrated promising applications in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. This article aims to explore the optimal dosage of remimazolam in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and analyze its impact on patient comfort..By comparing indicators such as sedation depth, recovery time, and incidence of adverse reactions under different dosages, we found that a certain dosage range can maximize patient comfort while ensuring the effectiveness of the examination. Finally, we conducted a thorough analysis of remimazolam within this dosage range, exploring its mechanism of improving patient comfort. The results showed that this dosage range of remimazolam can effectively alleviate patients' anxiety and fear, reduce discomfort during the examination, and thereby improve their overall satisfaction.
