In this study, a Bi2Te3 thermoelectric generator (TEG) was fabricated to convert unused thermal energy into useful electrical energy. For the performance test, a dedicated experiment device consisting of a heating block operating with cartridge heaters and a cooling block through which a refrigerant flows was constructed. A 3×3 array of thermocouples was mounted on the heating block and the cooling block, respectively, to derive the temperature fields and heat transfer rate onto both sides of the TEG. Experiments were conducted for a total of 9 temperature differences, obtaining V-I and P-R curves. The results of 7 variables including Seebeck coefficients that have a major effect on performance were presented as a function of the temperature difference. The feasibility of the energy recovery performance of the developed TEG was verified from the maximum power output of 7.5W and conversion efficiency of 11.3%.

The purpose of this study is to explore methods to prevent and improve the problem of overdependence on smartphones by analyzing the differences in satisfaction with college life satisfaction of freshmen. For this, data on freshmen of KCYPS were extracted and used. The data were analyzed using non-hierarchical cluster(K-means) analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé tests. The results of this study are as follows. First, it has been shown that freshmen who are overdependent on smartphones experience inconvenience in their daily life, withdrawal and anxiety, and resistance. Second, there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction with college life according to gender(t=-.015, p<.05). Third, it is shown that the level of satisfaction with college life of overdependent freshmen on smartphone is significantly lower compared to that of average and moderate dependent freshmen. Based on the results, it was suggested that university-level efforts such as emotional support and learning strategy support are needed for freshmen who are overdependent on smartphones.

The purpose of this study is to understand the performance of the initial adaptation support program for people with mental illness living in independent housing. The group of people with mental illness living in independent housing from T mental rehabilitation facilities in Seoul were assigned to the experimental group, and the other group of people with mental illness in living facilities and group home were assigned to the control group. After that, the degree of community performance between groups was compared with pre-post tests. As a result of the study, the pre-post analysis of the total social support of the experimental group showed significant differences. Also, the results were statistically insignificant in all of the control groups, so the initial adaptation support program was found effective in improving the total social support of the independent housing group. Based on the results of this study, the direction of housing support and establishment of a performance system for housing services for stable settlement of discharged people with mental illness into the community was suggested.

This study aims to propose technical trading rules for Bitcoin futures and empirically analyze investment performance. Investment strategies include standard trading rules such as VMA, TRB, FR, MACD, RSI, BB, using Bitcoin futures daily data from December 18, 2017 to March 31, 2021. The trend-following rules showed higher investment performance than the comparative strategy B&H. Compared to KOSPI200 index futures, Bitcoin futures investment performance was higher. In particular, the investment performance has increased significantly in Sortino Ratio, which reflects downside risk. This study can find academic significance in that it is the first attempt to systematically analyze the investment performance of standard technical trading rules of Bitcoin futures. In future research, it is necessary to improve investment performance through the use of deep learning models or machine learning models to predict the price of Bitcoin futures.
