Buckling analysis of plates using an efficient sinusoidal shear deformation theory 用有效的正弦剪切变形理论分析板的屈曲

Mechanical buckling response of isotropic and orthotropic plates using the two variable refined plate theory is presented in this paper. The theory takes  account of transverse shear effects and parabolic distribution of the transverse shear strains through the thickness of the plate; hence it is unnecessary  to use shear correction factors. Governing equations are derived from the principle of virtual displacements. The nonlinear strain-displacement of Von  Karman relations are also taken into consideration. The closed-form solution of a simply supported rectangular plate subjected to in-plane loading has  been obtained by using the Navier method. Numerical results are presented for the present efficient sinusoidal shear deformation theory, demonstrating  its importance and accuracy in comparison to other theories.

Geophysical assessment of groundwater contaminations from leachate intrusion in Amoyo dumpsite 阿莫约垃圾场渗滤液入侵对地下水污染的地球物理评价

The work aims to map the extent of leachate intrusion in near-surface rocks around a reclaimed dumpsite (40 years old) in Amoyo town. Sixteen very low- frequency electromagnetic (VLF - EM) profiles were distributed in the four cardinal directions around the site. Twenty-nine (29) points were sounded,  using Schlumberger approach, at all identified VLF anomalous points. The analyzed VLF-EM data revealed the presence of conductive pollutants (leachate  plumes) at the subsurface. The geo-electric sections generated from the processed VES data supported the VLF-EM results. It is concluded that (i)  leachate is still present in the rock formation of the reclaimed dumpsite several years after the abandonment and excavation of the waste materials (ii)  the shallow aquifer is at risk of contamination (iii) the low resistivity of the basement rocks signified presence of leachates.

Analytic technique to determine the energy of conformal antennas 确定共形天线能量的解析技术

The conformal mapping (CM) mode is engaged for conformal antenna strategy using the geometric representation of the CM. For some conformal antennas (CAs) have the same shape, actuality able to segment a shared rough system, which is an essential improvement of this method in these CA optimizations (CAOs). Different parameters of CAs are optimized. The function reactions in this sample are selected as starlike distribution. The assessments of efficiency, gain and accuracy with the commercial software Mathematica 11.2 are prepared. The suggested method is mainly appropriate for CAO. Moreover, we formulate the energy operator in a 2D geometry, when the discharged field is detected over a semi-circumference in the far zone.

The new trends in networking: IOT, 5G and cognitive radio 网络新趋势:物联网、5G和认知无线电

The domain of networking and wireless communication is rapidly expanding to the point where traditional legacy networks research is nearly complete, and they are supposed to be an elder. IoT, the Internet of Things, and the 5G radio communications are the newest networking advancements. These two technologies fulfil all of the researchers' goals of improving people's quality of life. IoT is a framework that allows everyday devices to become smarter, processing to become more intelligent, and communication to become more relevant. The Internet of Things (IoT) has already made huge progress as a ubiquitous solution platform for the linked world. We also discussed the Radio Cognitive RC, which allows people to connect to networks as secondary users at no cost while the service provided is not as good as that provided to primary users who pay a license to use the network. RC can provide a solution for best-effort IoT applications that do not require constant connectivity and high QoS requirements. This study describes all of these technologies and concludes with a recommendation for using IoT and RC in our further works.

Monitoring the maturity of Ahmeur Bouamer Autochtonous variety and determining of the optimum harvest date 对阿赫默布玛尔自产品种的成熟度监测及最佳采收期的确定

Morphological ampelography characteristics, technological, phenolic and tannic maturities were studied over four seasons (from 2009 to 2012) of  Ahmeur Bouamer autochtonous Algerian variety. During the four harvests, Ahmeur Bouamer's cluster has showed a high quality of morphological  parameters (weight, size, number of seeds/ berries per cluster).The weight was proportional to the size of the cluster which was moderately compact,  thus avoiding the deformation and the bursting of the berries. N,N-Dimethylaniline as corrosion inhibitor for zinc in sulphuric acid medium N,N-二甲基苯胺作为锌在硫酸介质中的缓蚀剂

The inhibitive effect of N, N-Dimethylaniline (DMA) as corrosion inhibitor for zinc in 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 M H2SO4 solutions has been investigated by using weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. The results obtained reveal that inhibition efficiency (I.E.) increases with increase in concentration of inhibitors but decreases with increase in temperature. As inhibitor concentration increases corrosion rate decreases. The rate constant ‘k’ decreases while half-life ‘t½’ increases with the increase in concentration of inhibitor. DMA showed maximum I. E. of 93.51 % at 60 mM in 0.5 M H2SO4 acid at 301 K. The inhibition effect is discussed in view of DMA molecules adsorbed on the metal surface and it obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Polarization curve indicates that inhibitor act as mixed type for zinc corrosion in sulphuric acid solutions.

Antibacterial activity of GVL,a lectin isolated from marine algae Gracilaria verrucosa 疣状海藻凝集素GVL的抗菌活性

Lectins are univalent or polyvalent carbohydrate-binding proteins of non-immune origin that are widely distributed in the marine ecosystem. A lectin was isolated from marine algae Gracilaria verrucosa by G-100 gel filtration chromatography. This lectin was named GVL, agglutinated rat, rabbit, goat, chicken and human ABO erythrocytes. The antibacterial activity of this algal lectin was studied using disc diffusion method. GVL exhibited potent antibacterial activity against bacteria such as E.coli, S.pyogenes, S.aureus, E.faecalis, B.subtilis and coagulase-negative Staphylococci(CoNS) by disc diffusion method. Also, the results were compared with the standard antibiotic Ampicillin. These findings indicate that GVL is having therapeutic applications with great importance in clinical microbiology.

Zinc is common metal used for steel protection. In this work, an alloy Zn-1 % wt. Pb was prepared by fusion at 500°C. The analysis of the corrosion behavior was studied with pure Zn anode as control in aerated solution of 0.9 M ZnSO4.7H2O + 1.63 M H2SO4 at 38°C.The effect of lead impurity on corrosion resistance of zinc anode in zinc electrorefining process was investigated using open circuit potential (OCP), Tafel plots, chronoamperometry at imposed constant anodic potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. Samples were characterized by chemical analysis, optic microscope (OM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the lead impurity leads to degradation of the behavior of the alloy due to negative effect on the microstructure. Lead increases the corrosion rate and decreases the corrosion resistance of Zn-1 % wt. Pb alloy.

Global Climate Change Scale ( GCCS): Development and validation 全球气候变化量表(GCCS):编制和验证

Global Climate Change (GCC) is the increase in global temperature and the change in average climate values. The climate change becoming an 'emergency' that cannot be ignored anymore is called the climate crisis. There is also a need for reliable and validated scales to measure attitudes towards GCC. This study focused on university students' global climate change scale (GCCS) development and validation. In the study, a four factor scale, called Knowledge, Awareness, Perceived R isk and Responsibility, with a n explained variance of 74.51%, was developed. In addition, the general index showing the positive attitude level of high index values towards GCC was 78%, and the index values of Knowledge, Awareness, Perceived Risk and Responsibility dimensions were cal culated as 0.76, 0.83, 0.83 and 0.69, respectively.

Linear annular antennas array design by evolutionary algorithms: A comparative study 基于进化算法的线性环形天线阵列设计比较研究

This paper exposes a comparative study that was made between the adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) and the hybrid model genetical swarm optimizer approaches (GSO) for the synthesis of 1-D equally spaced annular ring antenna arrays for both TM11 and TM12 modes. The synthesis of 1-D uniform antenna arrays is designed as a mono objective problem. The employed optimization techniques are compared in terms of convergence rate and side lobes level reduction. Several original numerical results are provided to demonstrate the performance of the proposed techniques. The results reveal that the suggested array antenna synthesis approach using genetical swarm optimizer outperforms the adaptive particle swarm optimi zation in terms of side lobes level reduction and convergence rate.
