This research deals with the problem of the difference between Imam Ibn Mahdi and Imam Wakee of Sufyan al-Thawri The aim of the researcher is to identify the narrations that are based on the difference on it, and the weighting between them. The researcher read; The places of disagreement in the hadiths between Ibn Mahdi and Waki’ in the narration on the authority of Al-Thawri, and I found twelve hadiths, the researcher studied them, and clarified the places of disagreement, and weighted them, and explained their reasons and the faces of error and right in them. In the applied study, the researcher found the validity of Ibn Mahdi’s narration, in the most hadiths in which he differed with Wakee’ in the narration on the authority of Al-Thawri.

Mulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (1280-1302 AH) was a prominent scholar of Deoband school of thought. His services for Islam is unforgettable. He wrote 800 books in his life. He was a great Sufi/saintly figure of his time with a command over Islamic jurisprudence. He compiled valuable fatawa named "Imdad ul-Fatawa”. In this fatawa he has discussed different fields of fiqh, Imdad ul-Fatawa a well-known book of fatwa in Deoband School of thought. The writing style and analysis of the above-mentioned book has been discussed here.

The Covid-19 pandemic is also speculated to be caused by the consumption of non-permissible food-items in Islam. Quran and Hadith are the primary resources of guidance for mankind which complement each other to develop a sound understanding of Islam. A great number of Muslim scholars have devoted their lives for preservation of Prophet's hadith (narrations) and have set principles to distinguish between strong and weak hadith. Imam Daraqutni is one of those prominent personalities who had complete expertise in Hadith sciences, particularly in the field of "Ilal". He authored many precious books in this field, one of them is "Al Gharaib wal Afrad", in 100 volumes. However, this book is difficult to understand, and its chapters are not organized. That is why Imam Ibn e Tahir Maqdisi reorganized this book in order to make it easy for students of Hadith. This article aims to offer a review of these two works.

Through research, we learned about the distortion of the Jews and Christians of their sacred books, the altawrat wal'iinjil, through the verses of the Holy Qur’an, sometimes through forgery, and sometimes through cloaking the truth with falsehood, as well as forgetfulness, concealment, twisting of tongues, and other malicious methods that they used for alteration, distortion, and change. We presented a set of examples for the People of the Book Evidence for this, and we have reached conclusions, including that the Torah and the wal'iinjil are no longer sacred books as God revealed them, and that the Qur’an abrogated all the heavenly books, but we have to believe in them before distorting them, and this is a call to the followers of distorted religions to leave them and believe in the Holy Qur’an.

Allah has revealed Quran for the guidance of all humanity. Several methods have been employed to discuss and illustrate various themes to ensure the internalization of the divine message. If we are to study the Quran and the anecdotal accounts, instances that have been mentioned, we would find a genre of multiple subjects dedicated to the study of such methods. Linguistic rhetoric is comprised of simile, allegories, antonomasia and almost all the other essential linguistic tools to retain the purpose of competent and synoptic deliverance. Amongst such methods one is the maieutic methodology, which is of great importance in the genre of literary prose. It not only serves rhetoric ends but also assures the reinforcement of Quranic commandments. This article, titled 'Questions and Answers in Quran: An Analytical and Exegetic Study' shall explore this maieutic methodology as employed in Quran.

In this study the researcher dealt with the followeds of Emam Moghlatai on Emam Al-Termathi in tadeef of Al-Ahadith through his explaining on Sunan Al-Emam Ibn Magah " from beginning of the book to the end of chapter what came in the amount of AL-Wodo'a, he collect all the followeds, and study them in a critical way, then he found judgments on Al-Ahadeeth, and show through that which of the tow Emams is most rightly. These followeds were three. They concluded the research including the most important findings and recommendations. The Imam Moghlatai used direct words when criticizing the Imam Al-Termethi, with the roles of scholars and their says. The Imam Moghlatai was right in one of his followeds.

This research is one of the important topics. Because it shows the comprehensiveness of the Prophetic Sunnah for all aspects of life, and shows its role in simulating the lived reality, by studying some important models of the hadiths of the Prophet, and benefiting from them in reality, with regard to fools and fools and their impact on individuals and groups, in terms of relations between Muslims themselves, and Muslims and others. The study was limited to the hadiths mentioned in the chapter on foolishness and foolishness, without synonymous or related words, and these hadiths varied in terms of their condition and rank, between true, good and weak. This study is considered as prevention; Because it included prevention and warning against fools and their impact on all levels, and there is no doubt that the preventive aspect is no less important than the constructive aspect. The approach of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, became clear in warning against phenomena and situations that could harm Muslims, including the phenomenon of foolishness and foolishness. Dar al-Arqam has played a vital role in the education of nascent Muslim community during its formative days.
