Al-Ghazali And Hume On Natural Causal Necessity And Miracles 格萨里与休谟论自然因果必然性与奇迹

This paper argues that Al-Ghazali and Hume arrived at same conclusion i.e.both reject natural causality as a logical necessity however they provide very different premises for this conclusion. Moreover, Hume’s rejection of the natural causal necessity leads him to religious skepticism whereas, Al-Ghazali’s rejection of natural causal necessity leads him to have a strong faith in God and Miracles. The paper discusses the problem of causation in their philosophies focusing on the issues such as: causation as habit; uniformity in the natural order; causation is a mere sequence of observed things; whether causal relation is ontological or epistemological; issues related to miracles and diverse possibilities. Furthermore, the paper also focuses on the issue of Occasionalism and free will with special reference to Al-Ghazali and Hume.

Ethics of Business Advertisement 商业广告伦理

In the proliferation and spread of Islam, the part of the financial manager and busninessmen has stayed extremely huge. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) was a celebrated and legit Arab busninessman, and his high-height colleagues were considered among the conspicuous and effective Arab financial specialists. Numerous sacred rewards have been said in support of authentic and genuine trade in the Holy Prophet's sayings (conventions). Today the manipulation of consumers through advertisement has also become a routine practice. Therefore, it is essential for the businessmen while advertising to maintain the rules and principles set for it by Shariāh  to promote their business and fulfil the rights of the consumers. Advertising of items and services, in itself is not prohibited in Islam because its purpose is to keep the masses aware and to provide them with related information. This paper aims to study the ethics of business from the practical aspect of Prophet’s life (PBUH).

Qualification of Ijtihad: Opinions of the Former Scholars 伊智提哈德的资格:前学者的观点

Allah Al-Mighty send the human beings in this universe with a complete code of guidance in the form of the Qur’┐n and Sunnah of the Prophet (╗AWS). Both these sources guide different fields of life principally. The commandments of the Qur’┐n and Sunnah are unchangeable. No one can ignore them, but the problems of life are endless. And solution of all these problems cannot be presented in a single book. So, the Shar┘‘ah has introduced the principle of ijtih┐d to resolve all these issues.  Ijtih┐d is not to create something new in religion rather it is to tell the point of view of religion about the newly born problems. But it should also be kept in mind that to perform Ijtih┐d there are certain terms and conditions, which if not fulfilled will spoil the concept of ijtih┐d. These terms and conditions have been discussed and modified time to time. The former Scholars of Isl┐m have a detailed discussion on this topic. The Scholars of present era also have focused this topic and have presented its requirements in the current era but in this paper, the opinions of former scholars are going to be discussed in detail. The opinions of the scholars of present era will be presented in the other paper.

The Islamic Fine Arts in the Period of Jahangir (An Analytical Study) 贾汉吉尔时期的伊斯兰美术(分析研究)

The sub-continent has been the hub of Muslim civilization and culture for centuries. Its impact may still be seen on today's civilization. The distinct Islamic arts especially of the Mughal dynasty ruled for more than three hundred years from Babur to Alamgir. The policies of the Mughal Empire have remained the same in almost every era. Gardens, architecture, madrassas, mosques, trade, archery, literature, music, painting and other arts have reached such heights and perfection that the world still appreciates them. Following in the footsteps of his forefathers, Jahangir played an important role in the Indian civilization and fine arts, his literary taste was exemplary. The purpose of this article is to review the work on fine arts in the time of Jahangir.

A Critical Study of G. H. A Juynboll's Methodology in the Study of Hadith 对g.h.a Juynboll《圣训》研究方法论的批判研究

This article analyzes methodology of an Orientalist, G. H. A Juynboll in Hadīth. He is one of those western scholars who has focused on the second primary source of Islamic Law and has developed skeptical theories related to its authenticity and provenance. He relied on early scholars' theories in this discipline and supported their thesis with a bulk of arguments from the early Classical Islamic Sources. A follow-up of his methodology reveals some scientific methodological errors in his studies on Hadīth that led him to a false conclusion. This study discusses the loopholes in his methodology and supports every point with illustrative examples from his works, revealing that Juynboll followed a selective method in his studies and reached his desired/concocted conclusion.

 This research deals with the Al-lawḥ Al-maḥfūz of the preserved plate in terms of its definition, and what is meant by it? And the attributes that God described in the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet  mentioned with the statement of the names that ALLAH called him, and I divided the research into an introduction, and three topics in the first topic dealt with the definition of the preserved tablet language and terminology, and in the second research I talked about the names of the preserved tablet contained in the Qur’an The Holy One, and in the third topic I talked about the attributes of the tablet as mentioned in the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, then the conclusion and the most important results.
