This paper introduces the findings from an extensive postal survey conducted in Zhongguancun Software Park, which looks at the innovation process of electronic commerce enterprise (ECEs), both incorporated and unincorporated. The implications of management accounting practices on innovation knowledge management in these businesses, are considered. The results indicate that accounting practices is very sophisticated and has an effect on innovation knowledge management in most ECEs. Especially for accounting planning are in a position to utilise fully all available innovation risk reduction mechanisms.

This research develops a methodology for the remote monitoring and diagnosis of manufacturing system. To insure the system in its good conditions, the function of fault diagnosis gets more important than before in the process of repairing. This paper designed and developed a Web-based remote monitoring and distributed diagnosis system (WRMDDS) based on fieldbus and B/S (Browser/Server) frame through the analysis of the need of fault diagnosis. Taking good use of testing information and diagnosis rules, the system realized open and distributed diagnosing process, and provided a flat of sharing information, which is the technique basis of combining testing and diagnosing. During design, we use ForceControl as developing software. It is proved in LAN that the system can utilize present diagnosis rules in database to diagnose fault distributed. WRMDDS is successfully used in rotogravure printing press.

An improved maze algorithm has been first advanced, combining with the rotation invariant theory, to extract the contour of CAPTCHAs which are slant and have random positions. First, take the CAPTCHAs as a maze, in which white pixels represents a potential route; Second, search towards “left-down” in the predefined direction and record the pixels which have been checked; Finally, get the clockwise rotate projection of CAPTCHAs within the paths' closed region in order to obtain the CAPTCHAs' contour features which are immune to rotation, random position, slant and other factors. Experiments have shown that the algorithm has better performance in dealing with CAPTCHAs which are slant and have random positions, its sufficient extraction of contour features reduces errors and improves recognition rate.

Information, objects and people are three major macro elements in the human society. Their inner relations can be reflected by the Internet, the Internet of Things and social network, respectively. Normally, these three networks do not work together. This paper proposes a platform to cluster the Internet, the Internet of Things and social network together. The clustering will promote the developing of the Internet of Things and social network. With the clustered platform, most macro elements in human society can be tracked and summarized. Thus it is easy for scientists to analyze the behaviors of objects and people as data. The future applications of the clustered platform are also discussed in this paper.

In this paper, a physical model device of twelve-accelerometer' inertial measurement unit is designed and manufactured to solve the High-speed projectile attitude angular estimation's low precision's problem. And proposing methods to calibrate misalignment angle and position installation error. According to the mathematical model of angular speed solving with the installation errors, nonlinear least squares is used to compensate accelerometers' installation errors. Simulation result shows that this method can suppress installation errors effectively and acquire attitude of high efficiency. This method has some actual application value.

Based on computational geometry method, a coverage algorithm for wireless sensor network based on matrix is proposed in this paper. In the algorithm, the whole monitored area is simplified to be a matrix. Each vertex in the matrix denotes one node in the network. When the area is covered and connected, redundant sensors are put into sleep status to keep energy. According to energy saving rate and coverage rate, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good performance.

The angle of site for smart ammunition terminal trajectory is difficult to be designed and the time of activating the fuse in the fuse-warhead coordination is difficult to be determined. A design for the damage effectiveness simulation able to be quantitatively evaluated was proposed to solve these problems. Based on the model of damage effectiveness, and the principle of maximizing the damage effectiveness, the timing of fuse detonation and angle of site being the variables, the optimal value range of each variable was obtained through comparing the simulation results. The computing simulation was testified, using a certain radar target as the objective. The results prove that the simulation is able to evaluate the design variables in the quantitative way.

In cpu design, the register file is a necessary device which save the instruction and data. In this paper, we propose a design method for multi-port register file design in the environment of single-cycle CPU system based on the MIPS instruction set and according to the characteristics of multi-port register file,and the VHDL langauge is introduced in order to speed up the development cycle. Furthermore, we discuss the consideration and operational principle of design and realization in detail.The simulation results for the part constructed by FPGA are also presented. In this example which provides the learning and design innovation for other circuit designed.
