In an increasingly competitive era, the company developed for its own development strategy and strategic implementation of control measures is especially important. When making the strategic program choices, companies still mainly use the general manager intuition, experience, judgments and qualitative methods. In order to help enterprises to make a better strategy decision, this paper constructs a strategic choice model based on entropy - DEA model. Enterprise strategy of alternative can be carried out by this model for sorting.

The problem of pressure detection in long distance ore pipeline transport is one of the most important technical indexes to ensure pipeline safety, efficient transportation. This paper presents kind of pressure detection method in long distance ore slurry pipeline, with detection loop pipe, micro-differential pressure transmitter and mercury u-tube difference-pressure meter to form the pressure detection. Detection loop pipe is identical with main pipe, parallel set with main pipe. Calculation of the unit on-way resistance in the current velocity and concentration combined detection of the actual length of the loop pipe. Da Hong Shan pipeline in practical application indicates that the method used to pressure detection, not only solved problem of long-distance pipeline pressure detection, but also solve the problem error is fairly great between Theoretical value and actual value for two-phase flow in turbulent state, to protect the long distance ore slurry pipeline security, stability and efficient operation.

With the explosion of data growth, the problem how to retrieve information accurately and effectively comes into focus. To address this issue, researchers have put forward a variety of semantic retrieval models. This paper presents SDDP(Semantic, Density, Distance, Property) model which is an improved ontology-based semantic similarity calculation, and in this model the factors, such as semantic density, semantic depth, semantic distance and the attribute-based similarity calculation, are all involved. It was proved by experiment that the model has more improvement than other models in the recall and precision ratio.

For the complexity of the algorithm for the merger of the regional boundary. A new algorithm — the Full λ Edge List Segmentation Algorithm(FELSA) is presented. Firstly, A new list — edge list in date structure of segmentation region is introduced to improve the boundaries of multi-partition approach, and the updates value of merger list in FLSA algorithm is re-defined. Thus, segmentation algorithm may select the best boundary for the merger according to the edge list. Furthermore, the adjacent part of the region is defined by edge list, so that a new edge can be retrieved more efficiently. The results show that this improved algorithm become more efficient and effective to the merger of image segmentation.

The enlarging volumes of data resources produced in real world makes classification of very large scale data a challenging task. Therefore, parallel process of very large high dimensional data is very important. Hyper-Surface Classification (HSC) is approved to be an effective and efficient classification algorithm to handle two and three dimensional data. Though HSC can be extended to deal with high dimensional data with dimension reduction or ensemble techniques, it is not trivial to tackle high dimensional data directly. Inspired by the decision tree idea, an improvement of HSC is proposed to deal with high dimensional data directly in this work. Furthermore, we parallelize the improved HSC algorithm (PHSC) to handle large scale high dimensional data based on MapReduce framework, which is a current and powerful parallel programming technique used in many fields. Experimental results show that the parallel improved HSC algorithm not only can directly deal with high dimensional data, but also can handle large scale data set. Furthermore, the evaluation criterions of scaleup, speedup and sizeup validate its efficiency.

Having been tested with practical flight data, the method of model building manifests well.

The purpose of standardization of independent patent is to improve domestic technology, and to break down foreign technology barriers. Even though China begin to pay attention to standard strategy, in practice there are many problems need to be solve or harmonize. This article, utilizing a qualitative methodology, studies the R&D and patents standardization activities of nine representative optoelectronic information companies in Wuhan, and identifies factors that influence independent patents standardization. These factors we find in this article, from one perspective, explain the determinants of patents standardization. Thus, it is important for strategic planning at the both macro and micro levels.

In scene matching guidance, some infrared reference images of target area cannot truly reflect the current situation because of the meteorological factors. Therefore, a specific correction model is required. A theoretical computing model was constructed, in which the coefficiency was fitted by referring to the statistical data, and the statistical data of plastic cement and rock were computed to testify the model. The result shows that this model can truly reflect the temperature changes of target subjects, which therefore can provide a theoretical basis for the realtime infrared reference image.

In industrial production, due to coal combustion equipment and combustion technology is relatively backward, thus leading to two serious problems: lower combustion efficiency and environmental pollution.
