A novel multi-objective particle swarm optimization is proposed in this paper, which can select the optimal grid learning without replacement sampling (WRSMOPSO). The algorithm first adaptively groups the population according to the optimal number of grids, then selects the optimal grid for each group without replacement sampling, and finally selects the optimal solution randomly from the selected optimal grids for learning. In order to ensure the diversity and convergence of the algorithm, this paper also established a new external archive control strategy based on grid technology. The WRSMOPSO and the classic MOPSO are simulated experiments on the benchmark function. Experimental results show that the WRSMOPSO can effectively improve the inverted generational distance (IGD) and hypervolume indicator (HV), which compares with classic MOPSO, the WRSMOPSO shows good overall performance.

In this paper, the five space vector modulation method is adopted on the basis of the traditional finite-control-set model predictive control, which can effectively to reduce the common mode voltage, and suppress the switching losses. The delay compensation is added to the finite-control-set model predictive control to construct the cost function of reducing the deviation from the output current, and calculate the optimal action time of the five vectors. The experiment verifies that the optimal time five voltage vector finite-set model predictive control effectively dropped down the common-mode voltage, improved the symmetry of the three-phase output current and the waveform quality.

In order to study the influence of different in-situ stress and gas pressure conditions on the effect of ground pre-extracted coalbed methane, according to the example of Jincheng mining area, based on the COMSOL numerical simulation software, with the stress of 5 MPa, 10 MPa, 15 MPa, 20 MPa and reservoir pressure of 1.0 MPa, 1.5 MPa, 2.0 MPa and 2.5 MPa, the effect of coal seam stress and reservoir pressure on the surface pre extraction of coal bed gas is studied. The results show that the increase of ground stress in coal seam makes the porosity of the matrix and the fracture tend to close, resulting in the decrease of permeability, the decrease of the flow rate of gas in the pores and cracks, and the decrease of gas production rate and gas production rate, and the pressure of the reservoir is positively related to the rate of coalbed methane production, and the higher the reservoir pressure is. Aiming at the integrated pure electric vehicle, in order to avoid the unintended acceleration caused by the failure of driving control function as the functional safety goal, based on the EGAS three-level monitoring concept, the second level torque monitoring algorithm is researched, and the co-simulation is carried out based on CarSim and Simulink. And the algorithm is applied and tested in an electric vehicle. The results of vehicle test and simulation provides guidance for the safety development of new energy vehicle driving control function.

In this paper two kinds of wavelength demultiplexers with paired and beveled structures that work at 1.3µm /1. 55µm were presented. The various states of the wavelength demultiplexers were simulated and analyzed respectively using the finite difference beam propagation method (FD-BPM), the structure parameters of the wavelength demultiplexers were also designed and optimized. At last, the tolerance, excellence and disadvantage of the wavelength demultiplexers were analyzed and compared.

In order to achieve the security and efficiency of data transmission in Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN), this paper improves the routing protocol based on pheromone concentration factor in ant colony algorithm. By introducing the comprehensive trust degree, this problem is transformed into a combinatorial optimization problem to balance the relationship among node trust value, node energy and link quality, so as to find the comprehensive optimal path. Unlike ordinary wireless routing protocols, this paper also takes into account the security of routing transmission, the load of the overall system, and the stability of message transmission. At the same time, in the routing maintenance part, it can also make use of the trend of trust value slowly decreasing to quickly adjust the nodes with insufficient energy or low trust in the system. Through experimental test and analysis, the improved routing protocol greatly promotes the efficiency of data transmission in WSN, thus prolonging the network life cycle.

A simple foreign object detection (FOD) method for LCC-S wireless power transfer (WPT) system utilizing the long short-term memory (LSTM) is proposed. In this paper, the WPT charging system which was built for electronic devices resonates around 199 kHz. At different distances and misalignment, it was tested with and without the presence of the foreign object (a beverage can). The long short-term memory based FOD method is validated, which only requires the measurement of primary inverter currents in the introduced WPT system. The proposed approach achieves good performance on the low power WPT system with an accuracy of about 95%.
