Analysis and simulation of a mono-phase variable-speed actuator driven by a D-modulation inverter d调制逆变器驱动单相变速作动器的分析与仿真

A promising approach regarding variable-speed fractional horse power drives consists in the use of a capacitor-run motor driven by D-modulation PWM inverters. A drive of this kind is not only cheap and reliable but allows also an easy implementation of the required linear relationship between the drive voltage frequency and amplitude. This paper proposes a simulation procedure for such systems that overcomes the problems posed by the complex shape of the resulting drive voltage.

Sliding mode control of DC-AC converters 直流-交流变换器的滑模控制

Switching converters are nonlinear dynamic systems of variable structure. The control of output variables is accomplished by the proper choice of sequence and time duration of OFF and ON states of the switches. The theory of VSS (Variable Structure Systems) and deliberate introduction of sliding modes makes possible realization of rather simple and yet quite efficient control schemes for various types of converters (DC-DC, AC-AC, DC-AC). This paper presents a method for control system synthesis of DC-AC converters in the class of VSS systems.

Small-signal model of coupled-inductor Ćuk converter including parasitic minding resistances is derived, and its essential network functions are presented. The basic model is transformed into an easy to use simplified form with analytic expressions for the zeros and poles locations. The dynamic properties of two practically important cases of inductor coupling are discussed and conditions for minimum-phase frequency response are examined.

This paper presents a study on an adaptive current control scheme for PWM inverters in brushless dc motor drives. An analysis of the control scheme in two operating modes is given and the characteristics are studied by simulation. The implementation of the proposed control scheme using a microprocessor-based system is considered and discussed.

A state-space robust digital controller is designed for a current source inverter fed 3-phase induction motor drive system. Some important characteristics of the drive system are highlighted to aid the design. The controller is implemented using a micro-computer system and tested for its performance.

An ac to dc power conditioner, which draws sinusoidal input current, is described and analyzed. Two control loops are used. The inner quantized-gain current program loop uses variable hysteresis to improve noise immunity. Digital proportional-integral control provides output voltage regulation by adjusting the gain of the current program loop.

An approach to modelling double converters 双转换器的一种建模方法

In this paper an approach to modelling double converters is presented. With these converters two fully regulated outputs can be obtained, controlling the duty ratio and the frequency of the power switch. The modelling method is based on the well-known averaged methods, adapted to consider the influence of the frequency variations in both outputs. As a result, the canonical circuits of the buck, boost, buck-boost derived double converters are obtained. The theoretical results have been experimentally verified.

Terminal measurements are made to verify that latching varies with gate drive resistance and occurs during turn off. dv/dt is varied from 1600 to 300 V/us with no impact on latch. A time-displaced turn-off current pulse demonstrates that latching occurs at very low drain voltages, suggesting a tailored gate drive. A brief discussion of device structure explains the observations.

This paper describes a control scheme of a high frequency, high power current source inverter using static induction transistors to suppress the surge voltage and to reduce the switching loss during the commutation of current. The inverter is operated at a leading power factor, which requires the phase angle of the output current to be adjusted to each specific load point by the controller. The stable operation is verified by the experiments under the commutation inductance, 1.8µH, i.e., 18% reactance (130kHz, 250V, 30A base). As a result, the switching loss is estimated to be half of the conducting loss and the efficiency of the inverter to be 95%.
