Adult hippocampal neurogenesis (AHN) has been widely studied in many aspects. AHN is showed to have causal relationship with depression and anxiety. Experimental data showed that sex hormones and sex hormone receptors can be a factor that modulates AHN. However, few studies have focused on sex hormones’ effect on exercise-induced neurogenesis, which the detailed mechanism is unknown to people. In this paper, we designed the experiments to find a casual relationship between sex hormones (receptors) and exercise-induced neurogenesis. We utilized castration (TX) and ovariectomy (OVX) to control the hormone level within the rats’ body. Noteworthy, we also tested how can the numerical ratios of androgen to estrogen and androgen receptors to estrogen receptors affect exercise-induced neurogenesis by using conditional gene knockout and Cre recombinase. If the results turn out to be consistent with the hypothesis that the level of sex hormones and sex hormone receptors have influences on exercise-induced neurogenesis and depression-like behavior, we can put forward a treatment on anxiety disorders concerning the combination of exercise and sex hormone regulation.

Early Wittgenstein and Later Wittgenstein each developed a system of philosophy of language. They both offer a solution to the question of the meaningfulness of language. Later researchers are interested in whether and how Wittgenstein’s philosophy of language can function to solve philosophy of other disciplines. Aesthetics and art are one of the major focuses. This paper summarizes possible Wittgensteinian understandings and interpretations of art.

This is an all-media era, for various new media including social media like Weibo and YouTube feature text, graphics, audio and video supported by digital technology, accommodate fragmentation and interactive communication and encourage online/offline social circles integration. This paper first surveys technological advancements and analyzes their impact on media and mass communication in history, then observes various challenges for SOEs and public institutions’ party-building publicity and education, and finally recommends that we should advance with times to break through stereotyped modes and work out innovative strategies.

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and big data, the traditional teaching mode continues to transform. The hybrid teaching mode based on various intelligent teaching platforms (tools) has promoted the in-depth reform of educational informatization. Influenced by the global spread of COVID-19, the online teaching mode ushered in a new development opportunity in order to ensure the normal teaching order during the period of epidemic prevention and control. Taking the online teaching mode of engineering mechanics as an example, based on SWOT analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive, systematic and accurate research on the online teaching mode of engineering mechanics from four aspects: advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and improvement measures according to the research results, so as to further promote the improvement and development of the online teaching mode.

In the context of business communication, the topic of cross-cultural adaptation is often discussed. This research report is committed to discuss the differences in ways American and Japanese audiences interpret animation series and the reason why Japanese anime could become successful in the United States. By combining both theoretical research and a practical example, it was possible to conclude factors for organizations to consider when entering a foreign market, such as constructing local authenticity and adapting crucial cultural values. The most significant discovery, however, is to identify outstanding elements that appeal to a certain group of audiences.

The progress of technologies has been changing multiple business practices, without the exception of business negotiation. In this article, three advanced technologies, including big data, blockchain and cryptocurrency, are focused on discussing how they can influence the strategic negotiation process. It is found that big data would be beneficial for analyzing the profile of the counterpart of the negotiation, that blockchain can contribute to both collaboration and execution stage of negotiation, and that cryptocurrency would enhance the transaction efficiency and credibility. While these technologies simultaneously have challenges and defects, they have greater potential to engender positive impacts on business and negotiation practices. The study results would help nowadays business negotiators acquire more knowledge about applying advanced technologies in business negotiation.

In the context of increasing global connectivity and the development of China's One-Belt and One-Road policy, cross-culture leading has become more and more common, more and more important for not only China but also other countries. Many MNCs start to put more efforts in improving their managers’ cross-culture leadership in order to be more competitive when doing international business. Under such conditions, we reviewed the literature and research on cross-cultural leadership and selected it by searching three keywords: cross-culture leadership, cross-culture and cross-culture management on Google Scholar and CNKI. Then, the selected research is divided into two major aspects: the qualities of an excellent cross-culture leader and ways of improving cross-culture leadership. We summarize the content of cross-cultural leadership and according to these contents, we also summarize the ways of improving cross-culture leadership, both two parts can be concluded in six parts, which mainly focuses on leaders’ cultural adaption ability, leaders’ communication skills, leaders’ cooperation skills, leading skills, professional skills and leaders’ personal characteristics. At the same time, we also find that the current research is all quite scattered from each other and among them lack a systematic link.
