The Research on Service Innovation of Theme Hotel 主题酒店服务创新研究

The innovation of hotel products is based on the product design and development of customers' perceived value. In recent years, the e-sports industry has grown rapidly in China. The differentiation and individualization of hotel’s innovative services have been provided enjoy a diverse accommodation experience for hotel customers. This research mainly focuses on "service innovation", "service quality" and "customer satisfaction" to make in-depth analysis and discussion, and provide a set of innovative standards and customer satisfaction basis for the theme hotel of e-sports services. Using SPSS narrative statistics, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson Productmoment Correlation Analysis, etc. Empirical research results: (1) The closer the “service innovation” is launched, the more it has a positive impact on “customer satisfaction”; (2) the stability and quality of “service quality” has a positive impact on “customer satisfaction”. Moreover, the research makes suggestions for the future development of the e-sports hotel as a reference.

Financial institution relationship is widely believed to be essential in mitigating financial constraints for startups to improve performance. Firstly, this paper examines whether and how the relationship between entrepreneurs and financial institutions affects startups' performance.Further,we examines the moderating role of educational background and entrepreneurial experience in this process.

In recent years, the economy of the United States has developed rapidly, but with the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, it has greatly affected the economy and the real estate market in the United States. In such a complex, variable and crisis prone period, the United States must attach importance to and work out effective solutions to deal with the epidemic. This article expounds all aspects of COVID-19's influence on the real estate market economy in the United States. The novel coronavirus pneumonia novel coronavirus pneumonia has reduced the demand for the real estate market in the US market, and changed the real estate sales situation in various regions. The Study on the Influencing Factors of Green Consumption Behavior in Shanghai High-Star Hotels 上海高星级酒店绿色消费行为影响因素研究

This research aims to explore the influencing factors of hotel customers' green consumption behavior, and analyze the mechanism of influencing factors on customers' green consumption behavior. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of 413 customers in high-star hotels in Shanghai and uses exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of hotel customers' green consumption behavior. The results show that: Green consumption behavior includes general behavior and positive behavior. Subjective norms and perceived profits have significant positive effects and high explanatory power on general and positive green consumption behavior. Perceived profit and perceived loss have significant negative impact on general behavior and some positive behaviors, which together with perceived profit reflect the internal psychological attribution of consumers' green consumption behavior; The green consumption situation has higher explanatory effect on the green consumption behavior related to the lodging experience. Compared with previous studies, high-star hotel customers are more willing to take general behavior and positive behavior than general hotel public, and subjective norms have higher explanatory effect on general behavior and positive behavior.

A Three-Stage Model of Digital Transformation 数字化转型的三阶段模型

Digitalization brings convenience to the world and changes the business landscape. However, the scope of structural change that digitalization brings about goes to much broader business practices, for example, how firms begin digital transformation has received little attention. In this paper, I study the practices and separate the digitalization practice into three stages. Due to the uniqueness and interdependence among those three stages, digital transformation becomes continuous and processual. This theoretical model will guide us to analyze the digital transformation of business group. I make our contributions to existing research on the empirical setting as well where one entity goes through the three stages and how it carries out. I switch focus from platform economy to the way to digital transformation of traditional firms, expanding the influential scope of digital technologies and answering the practical issues. Besides, this paper also discusses the application in furniture industry. This paper will lead to findings that can motivate more research on how firms implement their digital transformation.

Thoughts on Humanistic Care of High-tech Enterprises in the Era of Big Data 关于大数据时代高新技术企业人文关怀的思考

The era of big data has come. As high-tech enterprises continue to deepen the application of big data, some problems have also appeared. Enterprises lack humanistic care for employees. Therefore, this article takes the era of big data as the background, and puts forward relevant thoughts on the humanistic care of high-tech enterprises. High-tech enterprises lack of humanistic care due to the nature of the company, the single incentive method, the heavier utilitarianism, and the overly strict rules and regulations. This article proposes to use big data to improve the adverse effects of the nature of high-tech enterprises, optimize the corporate incentive mechanism, so that incentives can mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, strengthen the care for employees ,attach importance to the people-oriented concept and pay attention to the interests of employees, promote employee assistance programs, and realize humanized management and other related countermeasures.

Economic Impact of COVID-19 on China: A Comparative Analysis of SARS COVID-19对中国经济的影响:与SARS的比较分析

The COVID-19 outbreak in China at the beginning of 2020 not only threatens people's lives and disrupts normal social order, but also brings a great impact to China's economy. As an emergency public health event, the economic environment of COVID-19 has changed greatly compared with the SARS epidemic in 2003. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to explore the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the economy. By comparing and analyzing the specific national conditions, international background and development stage of the SARS epidemic in 2003 and the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, this paper explores the respective impacts of the two epidemics on various industries of the economy. The results show that the two epidemics have different impacts on various industries of economy. In order to properly deal with the economic crisis caused by the epidemic, we must adopt targeted policies based on the specific background and national conditions of the outbreak.

Self-Verification: Application in Organizational Management 自我验证:在组织管理中的应用

People always have the psychology and behavior to seek, maintain and strengthen themselves. Once individuals have ideas about themselves, they will try to prove these self-concepts. Self-verification theory believes that individuals have a tendency to understand their true self. Based on the review of the existing research on self-verification theory, the article outlines the connotation of self-verification, the difference and comparison of similar concepts, influencing factors and the objects of occurrence, and focuses on the field of organizational behavior to sort out the theory’s role in organizational management. Application, and finally form the research framework of integrated self-verification theory in the field of organizational behavior.

The Effect of Challenging Stressors on Job Involvement of Post-90s Employees: A Study on the Moderating Effect of Job Values 挑战性压力源对90后员工工作投入的影响:工作价值观的调节作用研究

Young employees in enterprises are facing increasing pressure from time and work knowledge input. Among the factors affecting the degree of work input, the pressure is common and realistic. Based on the survey data of 201 employees, this study explored the “Double-edged”effect of challenging stressors on post-90s employees’work engagement, and examined the moderating effect of employees’work values. The results show that time pressure and work knowledge input pressure in challenging stressors have an inverted U-shaped effect on post-90s employees’work input The interpersonal harmony factor in the employee’s work values weakens the inverse U-shaped effect of time pressure on work input, and the compensation and welfare value plays a positive role in the linear relationship between time pressure and work input The internal preference factors in values showed positive moderating relationship between the two dimensions of challenging stressors and the linear relationship of job involvement.

The Effect Mechanism of Leader’s Harmonious Orientation on Employees’ Innovation Behavior: Based on Mediating Effect of Employees’ Prosocial Motivation 领导和谐导向对员工创新行为的影响机制:基于员工亲社会动机的中介效应

Based on the local cultural background, this research introduces employees’ prosocial motivation as an intermediary variable based on social cognitive theory and social learning theory, and explores the influence mechanism of the relationship between leader’s harmonious orientation and employees’ innovation behavior. Through the questionnaire survey, the following conclusions are obtained: the harmonious orientation of leadership will significantly affect the innovative behavior of employees, which is manifested in that the leader’s sincere harmony orientation significantly positively affects the employees’ innovation behavior; the leader’s superficial harmony orientation significantly negatively affects the innovative behavior of employees. Employees' prosocial motivation plays a mediating role between leader’s harmonious orientation and employees' innovation behavior.
本研究基于本土文化背景,基于社会认知理论和社会学习理论,引入员工亲社会动机作为中介变量,探讨领导者和谐导向与员工创新行为关系的影响机制。通过问卷调查,得出以下结论:领导的和谐取向会显著影响员工的创新行为,表现为领导者真诚的和谐取向显著正向影响员工的创新行为;领导者表面的和谐取向对员工的创新行为有显著的负向影响。员工亲社会动机在领导者和谐取向与员工创新行为之间起中介作用。
