In the category of consumer psychology, color psychology and personality psychology complement each other, while how a specific personality characteristic affects the color choice of female consumers is still unknown. In order to further explore this problem, this paper proposes a method to predict user decision prediction based on eye movement technique. The author explored the nail art pictures preference relations of four personality types and 4 kinds of colors. The research findings from this study have important implications for user-centered marketing recommendation and advertising image design. Based on the consumers' preference, service personnel can infer consumers' personality type according to their behavior, recommend products that conform to consumers' color preference.

The technical basis of the wisdom management of large-scale sport events includes smart city, big data and other technologies. One of the carrier construction of wisdom management of large-scale sport events is the wisdom venue construction, i.e. the wisdom of the hardware and software of the venue. Second is the integration of information resources based on the construction of digital command center. The wisdom management of large-scale sport events needs to promote PPP model innovation, based on the government and social capital cooperation model to widely accept social capital; clear responsibilities to reduce coordination costs; promote the contractor to build and operate the event's venues. The mechanism construction of the wisdom management of large-scale sport events should solidify the foundation and establish a wisdom exchange platform; linkage development and build a wisdom micro-brain of largescale sport events; innovation mechanism to comply with the wisdom management of sport events.

The intelligent management of sporting events refers to a set of specific management concepts, management systems and management methods built on the basis of a two-way interactive platform, using advanced digital technology to coordinate and manage the entire event, and relying on the power of science and technology to achieve constant innovation and optimisation. The multi-dimensional innovations in the intelligent management of sporting events include: the pursuit of two-way interaction in the platform architecture, the digital applications following the technological trends of the times, the rational and efficient allocation of resources, the development of the rules of the platform with a balance of ethics and law, the sustainable and coordinated development of the management concept and the dynamic optimisation of the incentive structure. The sustainable development of the intelligent management of sporting events should enhance communication and cooperation to broaden new ideas of event management; change management perspectives to explore new directions of event management; focus on domestic and international developments to grasp the new focus of event management, etc.

Value Investing Strategy is one of the most favourable investment methods. However, under the complexity and fluctuation brought by the influence of COVID-19, the effectiveness of value investing strategy remains in question. The paper uses heavy asset industry as a target industry and strive to understand the performance of value investing in such industry under the effects of the pandemic. Specifically, four companies are selected in our study to analysis their performance using value investing ratios, including two representative companies(H&E Equipment Services, Inc., United Rentals, Inc., Sonic Automotive, Inc., and O’Reilly Automotive, Inc.)of the heavy asset industry and their competitors, which are considered as value stocks (before COVID-19). The evaluation standard ratios are grouped into four aspects, representing the company’s prices, profit abilities, growth, and stabilities. The study first compares the subjects’ performances in the same periods in 2019 (before COVID-19) and 2020 (after the initiation of COVID-19). In order to eliminate the noise of the influence of normal business cycles, the performance of subjects in the same periods from 2018 to 2019 are supplied as an addition to the previous data. According to the results, the subjects’ performances deviate from the ideal value investing criteria as well as their expected future performance predicted based on their normal performance in the 2018~2019 period (without COVID-19’s influence). Therefore, value investing strategy incurs questionable efficiency under the context of COVID-19, i.e., the relevance of value investing application ought to be reconsidered under such an abnormal economic environment.

With the development of uncertainty and connection of the world, companies increasingly face challenge and crisis from the external environment, which possibly becomes the catalyzer of the failure. Given that the crisis and challenges are difficult to identify and solve timely, there is one kind of leadership style to help companies effectively react to the external uncertainty and challenges, which is called transformational leadership. However, the implement of transformational leadership failed to help Virgin Australia out but leads to the file of bankruptcy with a mixture of factors. Noticing that the transformational leadership in Virgin Australia promotes the company’s reform in product line stretching but increases the financial burden of the company, we focus on the risks and shortages of transformational leadership like neglect of improvement of risk management and organizational resilience to contribute to making up for gap in research. Finally, we propose some solutions to reduce the risks of transformational leadership and supplement the risk management of the enterprise.
