Analysis of Chinese Consumer Behavior on Catering Services and Research on Corporate Marketing Strategies in the Post-Pandemic Era 中国消费者餐饮服务行为分析及后疫情时代企业营销策略研究

Since the COVID outbreak starting from February 2020, the Chinese catering industry has been facing an economic downturn. It is well-established by means of other research that the outdated business models that lots of catering businesses have of need to keep up with the contemporary dining consumption trend. Hence, this study aims to determine how the changes of consumer behaviors in the food sector after the pandemic can be better targeted in order to increase profits for the businesses. Specifically, it investigates the approaches to a better marketing strategy for businesses, which ultimately facilitates sustainable development of the Chinese catering industry in the long run. To analyze the trend in consumers' behavior, we took the business model of "Haidilao" as an example and integrate with the status quo of the Chinese. We come to the conclusion that people prefer to order food delivery online, prone to social media’s promotions and various discounts. These results suggest that businesses need to carry out more customized product and promotion strategies that ensure food safety and quality, and at the same time, collaborating with internet influencers to attract more attentions and thus boost sales. In terms of pricing and placing strategy, it's recommended that businesses carry out a more efficient supply chain to cut down costs and also develop various channels to branch out their side businesses, creating a higher profit margin. Thus, the Chinese catering industry is expected to achieve an optimal development pattern and continues making a great contribution to the country's GDP.

New Challenge on Intellectual Property: Smell Trademark 知识产权的新挑战:气味商标

As an important symbol to identify commodities, trademark can distinguish one commodity and service from other commodities and services. Therefore, trademark has been valued by people for its important role since thousands of years ago. With the increase of the vitality of market subjects, trademarks are becoming more and more important intangible assets, and the forms of trademarks are becoming more and more diversified. Traditional trademarks generally refer to tangible trademarks, such as letters, numbers, graphics. But can new type of existence, such as smells, be registered as trademarks? Different countries and regions have different legal provisions and practise, and it is totally different in China, European Union and United States.

Research on the Competence and Quality Model of Huawei’s Middle Managers 华为中层管理人员胜任力与素质模型研究

Middle managers are the backbone of enterprise development. How to effectively manage and develop middle managers in large enterprises is an important subject. Competence quality can be a more comprehensive measure of whether managers have the corresponding quality, can provide comprehensive and detailed selection and management standards, help effective management and development of managers, more efficient play their role. This paper gives a theoretical overview of the competence quality model, analyzes the current situation of Huawei's middle-level staff management, points out the existing problems, discusses the purpose of the company's mid-level employee competence quality model, extracts the competence quality of the company's middle-level employees from the perspective of enterprise strategy, corporate culture and job characteristics, and finally designs the middle-level employee competence quality model, and points out the application area of the model.

Research on the Construction of Enterprise Ecosystem Governance System 企业生态治理体系构建研究

Ecosystem governance is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of enterprise ecosystem development and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of enterprise ecosystem. However, current exploration in the theoretical and practical fields has not formed a methodology system that can efficiently guide enterprises to promote ecosystem governance. This paper fully analyses the importance and particularity of enterprise ecosystem governance, analyses the influencing factors of enterprise ecosystem governance from internal and external perspectives and puts forward the framework and system of enterprise ecosystem governance based on the typical experience of advanced enterprise ecosystem governance, which provides reference for the theoretical and practical research of enterprise ecosystem governance.

The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on China’s Housing Prices 外商直接投资对中国房价的影响

Nowadays, the real estate industry in China can be referred to as an unique economy leading industry. Due to the rapid development of our country’s macroeconomic environment and urbanization process, this makes the real estate market develop very fast, apart from this, the relationship between the overheated investment in real estate market and the excessive and rapid increased price of real estate has become a hot topic of concern for all sectors of society. This article mainly conducts in-depth research on the impact of foreign direct investment on housing prices in China through theoretical and empirical analyses. Through the multiple regression method and adopted the annual data of 2010-2019, analyzed the influence of foreign real estate investment on our country’s real estate prices. The results show that foreign direct investment is positively related to house prices. Finally, It can be concluded that foreign direct investment will increase our country’s housing prices, and corresponding suggestions are made in three aspects: laws and regulations, regulatory mechanism, and early warning mechanism related to real estate and foreign direct investment according to China's national conditions.

COVID-19 happened unexpectedly. The adverse impacts brought by COVID-19 are profound and continuing. For example, the revenues of firms in various fields are suffered from it. But there are still some surviving companies. So the marketing strategy of these companies is significant. This research studies a company called Nintendo that has a very good revenue during the epidemic. By using the Four Ps of marketing strategy theory, it analyzes the marketing strategy of Nintendo[1]. This paper will show the behavior of Nintendo from four aspects, product strategy, pricing strategy, placing strategy and promoting strategy. The product strategy points out that Nintendo designs its products based on the needs of customers, considering more for customers. This allows the buyers to feel more comfortable and tend to spend more in Nintendo. Second, the pricing strategy. Nintendo sets prices above not too much for their single one. Thus more people can afford their products, promoting them to purchase the products. Third, the placing strategy indicates that Nintendo minimizes their costs to maximize their profits and they always prepare a plan B. Therefore, they can avoid some independent troubles to some extent. Forth, the promoting strategy suggests that Nintendo establishes a nearly perfect after-sale system to guarantee the entertainment of the customers, reducing the decline of the number of customers.

Economic Policy Uncertainty, Shareholding of Institutional Investors and R&D Investment of High Technology Enterprises: Evidence from China 经济政策不确定性、机构投资者持股与高技术企业研发投资:来自中国的证据

This paper studies how economic policy uncertainty affect the R&D investment of Chinese high technology enterprises. Meanwhile, it examines the moderating effect of shareholding of institutional investors. Our results show that the proportion of high technology enterprises’ R&D investment is positively correlated with the EPU level of that year. Furthermore, higher shareholding of institutional investors reinforced this positive effect.
本文研究了经济政策的不确定性对我国高新技术企业研发投资的影响。同时,考察了机构投资者持股的调节作用。研究结果表明,高新技术企业研发投入比例与当年的EPU水平正相关。此外,机构投资者持股比例的提高强化了这一积极效应。
