From the point of view of Islam, the issue of sustenance and livelihood of the people has been taken by Allah Almighty and the ruler as a resource is responsible for delivering to the people what Allah has taken responsibility to deliver to the people. However, those texts in which the issue of sustenance is entrusted to Allah, are lessons and instructions for the ruler that he should fulfill the duty of supporting the weak and poor people of the state; Whoever has authority over the servants, is responsible for fulfilling the rights of the servants and is responsible for them. This paper studies concept of protection and state Responsibility in the light of Sīrah of the Prophet Peace be upon him. It argues that state is responsible for the protection of its citizens.

Iqbal has examined economic philosophy in the context of feudal economic system, capitalist system, Marxist and Islamic ideas. Iqbal's economic thoughts are openly expressed in "ʻIlm-Ul-Iqtiesād” and his poetry. Iqbal wants Islamic economic system. Provision of universal human rights, equal distribution of wealth and equal opportunities for progress of mankind. Which can be achieved through Islamic economic system.

Marriage is a legally and socially sanctioned union, usually between a man and a woman. It is a social ceremony that is continued in every religion of the world, in every region and in every nation, because it is related to the survival and continuity of life, which if left, the human race will be cut off. Christians believe that marriage is a gift from God. In Islam, marriage holds great value and importance. Islam and Christianity, both Semitic religions, have some commonalities regarding the concept of marriage. In both Islam and Christianity, the importance of marriage is emphasized, some relationships are forbidden for marriage and there are severe punishments for those who marry with mahrams. In both religions, certain conditions of marriage are necessary to fulfil. In both religions, the husband is declared as the ruler and administrator, and it is ordered to treat their wives with love, compassion and gentleness. We found some differences regarding marriage affairs. Unlike Islam, celibacy is permitted and encouraged in Christianity. Islam allows a man to have up to four wives at the same time while Christianity allows only one marriage. In Islam, there is a clear concept of haqq-e-mahr, while in Christianity there is no such concept. This article presents a comparative study of the concept of marriage in Islam and Christianity.

Impact of Leadership Practices on School Environment and academic Achievement at Secondary Schools: A Study of Nasirabad Division, Baluchistan 领导力实践对学校环境和中学学习成绩的影响:俾路支省纳西拉巴德分区研究

The aim of this research study was to investigate the Leadership Practices, School Environment and Academic Achievement at Secondary Schools in Nasirabad division, Balochistan province. The study was also aimed at exploring the effect of head teachers` Leadership Practices on Academic Achievement and School Environment at Secondary Schools. The related literature was reviewed which dealt with different aspects of leadership practices along with school environment which suits to run the school matters better of learning and teaching environment which eventually lead to improve academic achievement of students. Methodology: The descriptive survey design with quantitative approach was used to conduct this study. A descriptive survey approach is more appropriate for collecting a huge data from the large number of sample at one point in time (Babbie, 2007; Cresswell, 2008). Likert Scale Questionnaire 0.5 was used to collect the response from participants. Data Analysis: Statistical analysis technique was used to analyze the data via SPSS statistical software Findings: The findings of the regression analysis revealed that there is a positive impact of leadership practices on school environment. It was also revealed by the statistical analysis that the better leadership practices can bring about a prominent change in students` academic achievement.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) stated that the best earnings are those earned through one's own efforts. In this regard he cited the example of the Prophet David, who used to earn his livelihood with his own hands. Quran emphasizes the concept of self-sufficiency in the verse: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" (Quran 4:97). Prophet’s companions, including Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), continued his practicing his teacings and deeds. Concept of migration is not solely about physically moving from one place to another; it also encompasses the idea of actively working for one's livelihood. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the best of all creation, engaged in trade to support himself and his family. He set an example for his followers by emphasizing the value of earning a living through honest labor. This paper argues that Islam encourages self-sufficiency and discourages dependency on others, as evidenced by the teachings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions. By adhering to these principles, societies can achieve economic stability and eradicate poverty, ultimately fostering a prosperous and pleasant community.

In traditional Islamic eschatology, it is claimed that Jesus Christ will return in the Second Coming with Imam Mahdi to kill the Al-Masih ad-Dajjal ('The False Messiah'), after which with the ancient tribes Gog and Magog (Yajūj Maʾjūj) would disperse. While the public is of the opinion that miracles are contrary to reason, it is contrary to reality to judge them by experience or reason, therefore the news that we have received through Allah and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, whether they understand us or not, is not reliable.  What will be done about the issue of the second coming of Christ, which is related to several news of the Qur'an and Hadith, so it is not appropriate to judge it by reason and experience, regarding the words that have appeared in the Qur'an and Hadith, and believe in them. Jews are not only waiting for the arrival of their Maseeh, but they are making regular efforts to seat him on the world throne. Even muslims should prepare thereself as a nation and according to the needs and requirements of this time.

The topic of "Aʻjāz Qur'an" has also been discussed since the beginning. Although in the early centuries it was mentioned in the theological discourses of the theologians or in the commentaries of the commentators, very soon permanent compilations began to appear on the subject. Therefore, there is no century in which there is no increase in the scientific capital found on the subject of miracles of the Qur'an. The question arises as to how? How to convey the message of Islam to humanity with the help of Quranic sciences? The Holy Qur'an which was revealed to the last Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, just as he ﷺ is a collection of perfections, so the speech revealed to him ﷺ is also a collection of miracles. The Miracle of the Holy Qur'an the Qur'an is called Aʻjāz Qur'an in Islamic terms. The unique and unique ways of reciting the Holy Quran is one of its miracles. The Holy Quran challenged the opponents and deniers of the Holy Quran that if they are true, they should bring similar words or verses.

The twentieth century A.D was a very important period for Muslims in Pakistan and India. In the Western world, that universal revolution had reached its culmination, as a result of which modern man, instead of Allah himself, reorganized the whole world of thought and action based on inductive science. The tenets of religion that seemed to contradict the new conception of life were abandoned, and with this state of mind, the Western nations gained political supremacy over the Eastern countries. Doubt, atheism and secularism began to take shape here as well. This was due to the attacks on Islam by Western Christianity and Western-nurtured Orientalism. These attacks on Western thought and Christianity were taking place under the auspices of the imperialist powers. At the same time, these nations were teaching civilization to the eastern nations. Muslim subcontinent was undergoing a process of political and cultural influence. In the field of knowledge, these things affected his intellectual perseverance and resilience in the field of knowledge. A trend of liberalism and reconciliation emerged in the religious literature of the time, represented by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. After the establishment of Pakistan, some people with the same mindset came forward who expressed their commitment and deep connection with the Qur’ān, He wrote many books and published journals to popularize Qur’ānic teachings. He taught Qur’ānic discourses and wrote commentaries, but through the maneuvering, and misinterpretation of the Qur’ānic verses, he developed the structure of an Islam whose features were radically different from the real Islam.

People with great imagination can born anywhere in the world. Mawlānā Bahā-ud- Bahā’ī Pitāfī is one such example. He was born in 1238 AH in Ghotki, district of Sindh. He got his education from Syed Ali Akbar Shah in a madarsa. He got married and had 6 children. He learned Arabic and Persian there and began teaching in the same institution. After that, he kept on teaching in far off places, but, ultimately, he settled in a village called Dad Laghari. He was one of the greatest sufi poets of his time. People often confuse him with Persian "Bahai baha ul din". But he is totally a different poet. It is his distinction that he is the first urdu poet of Ghotki. His poetry is full of peculiarities. He adores human beings in various ways and considers them the path to God.

Nowadays, the Muslim Ummah is facing many problems in the field of knowledge, Science and Philosophy. The Muslim world is intellectually backward compared to the West. There is no legitimate pursuit of education and research in influential and wealthy Muslim countries. In addition, Muslim societies are divided into classes in Education Sector. Ancient and modern educational institutions have become antagonistic to each other. Although efforts have been made to harmonize ancient and modern education, but since the beginning of the new century, the educational revolution has come, institutions of higher learning have been established. New research and academic fields and disciplines have been introduced. For this reason, there have been many effects on Muslim thought. In the passion of research, students are shown the path of Skepticism, Deviation and Atheism.  The people of Andalusia were high in knowledge and grace, but Averroes thought several centuries ahead. He was like a modern man who had gone back in time. He is an important Muslim Scholar of the 12th century; he described the usefulness of the continuation of education and research in his books, and tried to connect the scholars with knowledge and wisdom, according to him, it helps to reach God. He explained the utility of Philosophy and wisdom and considered it to a hope for the mankind. Averroes was engrossed in the search for scientific facts and laws of nature and wanted to see the knowledge by religion and reason as harmonious, so that there should be no deep division in the sciences. He drew attention to the teacher adopting the teaching methods according to the mind of the student. He called for faith and belief, and he wanted to keep high-level research within the reach of those who can use these sciences to protect themselves from the evil in their hearts and minds. On the contrary, strange dangers may arise, as he rejected the Atheism and Skepticism. Averroes highlights the importance of acquiring knowledge in the interests of the Muslim Ummah. He acknowledged the supremacy of the divine philosopher and talked about the importance of scientific and research evidence, if the research had continued on this basis, the Muslim Ummah would not have suffered stagnation and decline. Even today, Averroes’ research is a guide for the Muslim Ummah. By considering him, Muslims can regain their lost position. This research has shown that his ideas are the guide in contemporary intellectual problems, and should be solved.
