The goal of this research is to demonstrate how physical activity in nature in children of developmental age can have benefits on a physical, mental and social level, especially if carried out outdoors. From the analysis of English articles published between 2000 and 2019, 7 publications met the inclusion criteria so they were selected to carry out the following systematic review. Results showed that exposure in nature stimulates higher levels of physical activity compared to indoor exposure environments, with a consequent improvement in basic motor skills. The positive effects were also found in the social sphere with an improvement in functional, constructive and symbolic activities. A correlation was found between neuropsychological abilities that occur in adulthood and the psychomotor stages acquired up to adolescence, because neuronal systems collaborate with cognitive systems: the interaction with the environment acts as a detonator for visual perception, motivation, cognition. This could be of further potential in people with disabilities and psychosocial problems. Also noteworthy are the mental benefits such as increased self-esteem, better mood, self-concept, problem solving skills, increased attention and learning skills as well as stress reduction.

The recent political situation did not bring any positive changes for the Russian Federation and our potential partners. Unfortunately, these negative aspects bear a negative impact on the decision-making of the anti-doping control agency WADA, which banned Russian athletes from participating in the 2020 and 2022 Olympics. Changes that take place in all areas of Russian society have a significant impact on attitudes to physical training and sports. New socio-economic, economic and other conditions as a result of scientific and technological progress have their impact on the value attitude to physical training and sports. It depends on the cycle and phase of development of a person’s life. Young people is the most mobile category of society. The level of physical culture and sports activity of modern youth largely determines the demand for physical training and sports and the effectiveness of their development in society. Therefore, it is so important to analyse the motivating forces that significantly affect both the process of engaging young people in physical culture and sports activities, and the development of the physical culture and sports movement as a whole. It is known that if people are interested in physical culture and sports activities, then it becomes for them a source of psychosomatic comfort, the state of which many researchers call “ an uplifting sense of pleasure ”. Only if participation in physical culture and sports activities is caused by internal motives based on positive emotions and interest, one can talk about the positive impact of physical exercise on personal development. In addition, the main goal of the development of Russian society in the coming years is to increase the average life expectancy of Russians to 80 years. And to do this, it is necessary to master a healthy lifestyle and motor activity for everyone at any age. Relying on these theoretical assumptions, the authors of this article sought to find out the role of motivating factors that boost the sports activity of cadets, to determine what drives them: a sense of duty or a deep interest, a vital need or a need to fulfil the standard of the curriculum and get a credit.

The importance of research showed in the study of some bio-kinematical variables of the long jump for younger heroes of the country and the comparison between them to reach the best performance through bio-kinematic careful analysis and thus get a clear picture contribute to improve the kinetic level and achievement together, The researchers conducted their experiment on two young country heroes of long jump using a video camera type (Sony( With tripod stand as well as a computer type( DELL) With its accessories as well as the software for imaging and biomechanical analysis, where six attempts were given to each player and the highest-achieving attempts were chosen for the analysis. The researchers reached several conclusions. The second jumper achieved superiority over his first counterpart by the velocity variable of the initial horizontal rise stage, but it moved away from its ideal value. Both jumpers achieved an angular transition to the centre of gravity of the body during the rise stage, which was similar by following the values of the angles of decline and rise, but the first jumper touched at a lower angle and left at a higher angle than the second jumper. The researchers concluded with several recommendations. The need to pay attention to the development of the qualities of speed and strength because of their role in achieving achievement with this effectiveness, the most important of which is the speed of the approach stage. Emphasis on reducing the rise time by achieving ideal angles for landing and rise as well as the amount of flexion of the knee joint during the stage.

Background: In the present era where the concepts of communication, competition, customer orientation, business are inextricably linked, e-marketing as an element of existing business, plays a pivotal role in maintaining and surviving businesses by attracting and retaining customers, identifying and introducing products. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges and opportunities of digital marketing in the sports industry and to provide a solution for the development of e-commerce in the sports industry. Participants and Methodology: Because marketing is an intermediary between the producer (supplier) and the consumer and plays a key role in the prosperity of business goals of commercial enterprises, the prosperity of sales (product or service), will expand production and increase revenue levels Results: This article tries to examine the effect of e-marketing on the sale of sports products. The results showed that technical challenges do not hinder the implementation of e-commerce in the country's sports industry, but managerial challenges as well as socio-cultural challenges to some extent, hinder the implementation of e-commerce in the country's sports industry. The ranking of the three challenges were: Managerial, Socio-cultural, and Technical challenges, respectively. Conclusion: Economic, commercial and social institutions will support new media as a means to expand their sphere of influence and attract audiences and customers of their goods, products, services, ideas and beliefs. Therefore, e-marketing in the form of a set of marketing activities through the World Wide Web is considered as the most extensive and influential communication network and currently many individuals and companies.

Problem statement. Ageing consists of gradual deterioration of the organism and concerns changes that occurs over time to detriment of functions and structures at the level of organs, cells and systems, with consequent difficulty in dealing with the multiple environmental factors. Physical activity is the most effective way to counteract a sedentary lifestyle and other risk factors. The aim of the study was to investigate perceptions, knowledge and propensities towards physical activity by people over 50. Methods. The present study was designed to describe the characteristics of people aged between 50 and 80+, residing in the province of Salerno. A survey was prepared with Google Forms and administered to the participants by sharing it on WhatsApp. It is consisting of 12 items and aimed at knowledge and perceptions of the importance of physical activity in relation to the second (last), third and fourth age groups. Descriptive statistics were used to express the participants' responses as a percentage. Chi square or Fisher exact test were used as a statistical tool to analyse perceptions on the physical activity. Results. Most of respondents did not practice physical activity (54.4%) mainly because they did not feel like it (43.2%). About 70.3% of the total would accept a personalized training program based on needs to improve their physical condition (82.2%). No significant associations were found (p > .05). Conclusion. The results of the present study showed us that only half of the elderly were physically active. For this reason, it was necessary to intervene with careful information, work regarding the benefits of sports and encouraging coaches and instructors to propose courses of adapted physical activity.

The purpose of this study was to present a practical novel method to calculate the penalty kick accuracy in football. The mathematical advantage considered the ratio of the rectangle goal dimension (1:3) and equalized between horizontal axis as it longer 3 times than the vertical axis. Twelve male soccer players 16 (3) years)), height 174.7 (4.5) cm)), body mass 67.6 (5.5) kg)) volunteered to participate in this study. The players were asked to do penalty kicks where the ball is aimed at the farthest point from the centre of the target portion for shooting. The soccer goal was split into quarters at three different velocities (low, medium, and high) the calculation was conducted two times by height to width ratio (HWR) and the most common method radial error. Kinovea Software 0.8.27. were used for digitizing. The ICC demonstrated high reliability (r = .99) for digitization at the moment the ball crossed the goal line for the inter and intra-ratter reliability. There was a significant relationship between some kinematics variables of the ball and the accuracy outcome of the HWR method in the four sections of the goal (p < .05).

In 2019, a new condition caused by the COVID-19, became a global pandemic, presenting a disparate symptomatological picture. The immune response to the virus depends on multiple factors, making the practice of physical exercise an important enhancer of the immune system, but it is unknown what effects it could have on the very different symptoms. In order to achieve and summarize the most outstanding information on the influence of the different types and parameters of physical exercise on the immune system and symptoms presented by COVID-19, it was decided to carry out a review of the literature in the databases PubMed and Medline until August 2020. The results showed that while high intensity and prolonged volume exercise produces counterproductive alterations in the immune system, increasing the possibility of contracting infections;low and moderate intensity exercise reverses these effects, increasing the benefits, providing the body with better protection against viruses. For the symptoms of COVID-19 related to cough, dyspnea, pulmonary obstruction, hypoxia, muscle pain and neuromuscular conditions, exercise at low and moderate intensity is recommended, while those people who present gastrointestinal symptoms and fatigue are recommended to exercise at low intensity. Exercise is completely contraindicated in case of fever and myocarditis.
