Productivity of Cows of the Ukrainian Red-Spotted Dairy Breed with Different Genotypes According to the TLR1, SLC11A1 and CSN2 Loci 根据TLR1、SLC11A1和CSN2位点测定不同基因型乌克兰红点奶牛的生产能力

The use of methods of marker-associated selection opens up new perspectives in the context of maximum realization of the productive potential of animals, which makes the issue of the application of modern scientific approaches in animal husbandry particularly relevant. Considering this, the analysis of the productive qualities of cattle with different genotypes according to the set of candidate genes is one of the most urgent tasks of animal genetics and breeding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the productive qualities of cows of the Ukrainian red-spotted dairy breed with different genotypes according to the TLR1, SLC11A1 and CSN2 loci. Genotyping of cattle individuals was performed using the PCR-RFLP method for TLR1 and SLC11A1 and AS-PCR for CSN2. The analysis of productive qualities of animals was carried out by comparing the parameters of three lactations for each group of animals according to the indicators of average milk yield for 305 days of lactation (kg), protein content in milk (%) and milk fat content (%). The study was carried out on the basis of previously obtained results of individual typing of individuals according to research loci. According to the results of studies conducted in the experimental population of cows for the toll-like receptor 1 (TLR1) locus for the first and third lactations, the dominant values of the yield index are characteristic of homozygotes with the GG genotype, while for the second lactation the highest values of yield are observed for homozygous individuals for allele A. At the same time, a probable difference between the indicators of individuals with different genotypes was not established.No significant difference between the groups of cows with the studied genotypes in the parameters of fat and protein content in milk by the TLR1 locus was also found. SLC11A1 is characterized by a characteristic difference from the previous gene, as two mutations forming haplotypes – CC-AA, СG-AA and CG-AT out of nine potentially possible variants were found in this locus. According to indicators of milk productivity, animals with the СG-AA haplotype had higher values of milk compared to other haplotypes during all three lactations (the difference is probable). The greatest differences were observed with the CG-AT haplotype. According to the indicators of the content of milk protein and fat, no probable differences between individuals with different haplotypes were established. The variability of signs for all lactations was at a low level. As for the beta-casein locus, according to the results of the conducted research, no significant difference in the indicators of milk productivity of cows with different genotypes was found. The highest confidence values are characteristic of individuals with the A1A1 genotype, however, the difference with individuals with other genotypes is unlikely. In any case, the A2 allele, according to the value of the indicators of homozygous individuals (genotype A2A2),

The role of irrigation in the formation of the innovation and investment environment of the region 灌溉在区域创新与投资环境形成中的作用

The article substantiates the expediency of irrigation development in the South of Ukraine as an important condition for the formation of a favorable innovation and investment environment in the region. It is proved that the development of irrigation in Mykolaiv region requires a systematic approach with mandatory scientific support on the terms of public-private partnership. The economic and budgetary efficiency of the project for the creation of an innovative landfill for sprinkler farming using Smart-technologies has been determined. It is proved that the implementation of the project for 2021-2023 will increase revenues to the state budget and get budget efficiency at 22%.

Optimization of structural and kinematic parameters of separator of vegetable and melon crops It was determined in the article the optimization criteria, which were used to evaluate the quality of the technological process. The main factors influencing the operation of the vibrating separator are revealed: the angle of inclination of the lattice surface, the frequency of oscillations of the sieve, the amplitude of its oscillations, the angle of application of the oscillation force and the length of the sieve. The optimization criteria were chosen: purity, magnitude of injury and the level of seed loss. The ranges of optimal combination of independent factors are indicated. Keywords: vegetable and melon crops, separator, kinematic and design parameters.

Economic efficiency of winter rapeseed growing depending on the influence of elements of technology in the conditions of the forest-steppe of Ukraine The article presents the results of research conducted during 2012-2015 on common chernozem in the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine with winter rapeseed of the Champion of Ukraine variety. The influence of terms and methods of sowing and basic tillage on seed yield was determined, which affected the indicators of economic efficiency of crop production. Their definition substantiates the expediency of combining the following elements: sowing in the first decade of September in a row way (width between rows 15 cm) on the background of plowing by 25-27 cm (as the main tillage). This technology on average for 2013-2015 provided the highest level of yield – 4.54 t / ha and the following economic indicators: relatively net profit of 18.8 thousand UAH / ha, the level of profitability – 113.6%, the cost of 1 ton seeds – 4.5 thousand UAH.

Vegetable components in technology production of meat products The article substantiates and experimentally proves the possibility of using couscous groats in the technology for the production of chopped semi-finished products. As a result of the study of the functional, technological and organoleptic indicators of model minced meat, it was found that it is rational to add no more than 9% of prepared couscous groats to the recipe for beef and pork meatballs. The quality indicators of semi-finished products comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation. Agricultural insurance is an effective tool to reduce financial losses in the course of economic activity in agriculture.The aim of the article is to identify trends in the agricultural insurance market in Ukraine, highlight the factors influencing its functioning and on this basis substantiate the directions and prospects for further development of this segment of the insurance market as a condition for sustainable rural development. The following methods were used to implement the tasks: abstract-logical; system analysis; structural and functional; graphic; monograph; comprehensive analysis. In the study of the relationship between insurance premiums and 7 factors of influence, the method of regression analysis was used. According to the simulation results, it is established that by 53.6% the variation in the volume of agricultural insurance premiums depends on the volume of crop production by agricultural enterprises, by 52.5% – on the share of insured area and 92.1% on the average insurance rate. The value of the coefficient of determination according to this model indicates that the variation in the volume of insurance payments for agricultural insurance by 96.4% is determined by the variation of these factors. Factors of low level of distribution of agroinsurance in Ukraine are revealed, which are combined into blocks: factors connected with branch specificity of enterprises; factors related to the activities of insurance companies; natural and climatic factors; institutional factors.The directions of development of the agricultural insurance market in Ukraine are substantiated: first, the creation of mutual insurance companies and cooperatives, which will allow to take into account the specific needs of members of the company; secondly, the resumption of public-private partnerships, which will help the insurance company’s customers to develop a variety of sources of insurance costs, restore confidence in insurance as a tool for risk localization and increase the reliability of insurance compensation in the event of an insured event
农业部门目前是乌克兰经济的主要环节,在很大程度上决定了农村地区的社会经济发展。农业保险是减少农业经济活动中财政损失的有效工具。本文的目的是确定乌克兰农业保险市场的趋势,突出影响其运作的因素,并在此基础上证实这部分保险市场进一步发展的方向和前景,作为农村可持续发展的条件。使用以下方法来实现任务:抽象-逻辑;系统分析;结构和功能;图形;专著;综合分析。在研究保费与7个影响因素之间的关系时,采用回归分析的方法。根据模拟结果,确定农业保险保费额的变化受农业企业作物产量的影响为53.6%,受保险面积占比的影响为52.5%,受平均保险费率的影响为92.1%。根据该模型的决定系数值表明,农业保险赔付额的96.4%的变化是由这些因素的变化决定的。揭示了乌克兰农业保险分布水平低的因素,并将其组合成块:与企业分支特殊性相关的因素;与保险公司经营活动有关的因素;自然和气候因素;制度因素。乌克兰农业保险市场的发展方向得到证实:首先,建立相互保险公司和合作社,这将允许考虑到公司成员的具体需求;其次,恢复公私合作伙伴关系,这将有助于保险公司的客户开发各种保险费用来源,恢复对保险作为风险定位工具的信心,并在发生保险事件时提高保险赔偿的可靠性
