The use of natural ingredients in cosmetics to prevent premature aging caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation is becoming a popular trend in Indonesia. The bad effects of exposure to ultraviolet radiation can cause the skin to lose its elasticity and premature aging which is characterized by sagging, thinning, dry skin, the appearance of black spots on the skin, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. One of the plants that can be used to make natural cosmetic ingredients is green coffee beans (Coffea canephora pierre), where green coffee beans contain alkaloids, tannins, phenolics, flavonoids, triterpenoids and glycosides which are believed to be antioxidant agents. Green coffee beans (Coffea canephora pierre) have poor solubility, so serum preparations were chosen to be able to deliver active compounds quickly and effectively to the skin. The method for checking antioxidant activity used in this research was carried out using the DPPH (2,2 -diphenyl-1-picrylhdrazil) method

Medication errors can occur in the treatment process that can actually be prevented. Errors in prescribing are common and the highest frequency of prescribing errors occurs in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for medication errors in the prescribing phase in outpatient ARI pediatric patients at the Gunug Jati Hospital, Cirebon. This study uses a non-experimental (observational) descriptive analysis method. The data used is prescription data for pediatric patients with a diagnosis of acute respiratory infection at the Gunug Jati Cirebon Hospital in 2021. The number of samples that meet the inclusion criteria are 131 prescriptions. The potential for medication errors in the prescribing phase has met the legality principle based on the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 and the determination of the Medication Error Index (NCC MERP). The results of the patient characteristics based on the highest age were 1-5 years, the highest sex was male. The total potential incidence of medication errors in the prescribing phase is 99.2% with a total of 130 prescriptions, the potential for medication errors in the prescribing phase in the administrative study is 96.9% with a total of 127 prescriptions, in the pharmaceutical study 12.2% with a total of 16 prescriptions and in clinical studies by 35.9% with a total of 47 prescriptions. The results of this study indicate that there is a potential incidence of medication errors in the prescribing phase of 99.2% with a total of 130 prescriptions for pediatric patients with a diagnosis of acute respiratory infection.

Honey has been used in traditional medicine since antiquity. Honey is often used as a beauty and medical ingredient, namely reducing cholesterol, and curing wounds and dead tissues. Combining single garlic and honey is a trend in medicine. They are often used to treat stomach ulcers and stomach acids, inhibit the growth of cancer cells, lower very high cholesterol levels, anti-viral and anti-bacterial, flu, insomnia, and many more uses in health. This research was inspired by the use of diverse honey, with the theme of research on the chemical physics profile of fermented honey with a clove of single garlic. The purpose of this study is to see the chemical-physical profile of honey quality before and after fermentation with single garlic based on SNI 2018. This study used a descriptive method of analysis to observe differences in the physical properties of honey before and after fermentation. Testing includes observations of organoleptic, viscosity, moisture content, and acidity tests. The results obtained by the viscosity of pure honey and fermented honey decreased from 18.50 poise to 1.76 poise. The moisture content before and after fermentation increased from 19.5% to 48.03% as well as the acidity increased from 73.7 mL/kg of honey to 113.00 mL/kg of honey. The chemical physics profile of honey includes organoleptic viscosity and moisture content before meeting the requirements of SNI 8664 2018. While the acidity of honey is higher than the criteria set by SNI. Honey fermented for 2 weeks gets results less following organoleptic awareness, the viscosity value of honey is less than 10 poise, namely 1.7 poise, water content is 48.032%, and acidity of honey is 113.00%.
